• Nidia (8/5): Tranquilidad con vistas hermosísimas. - Las vistas son espectaculares. La ubicación perfecta, todo a pasos, comercio, transporte, miradores hermosos, cultura, espectáculos, Comida, mucha cultura y museos, además de aire limpio y descanso en total tranquilidad Aunque la limpieza mejoró, el hervidor sigue lleno de sarro calcificado, imposible de usar y nocivo para la salud. Deben cambiarlo y mantenerlo limpio. Nosotros usamos una olla para hervir agua para los tes y cafés, además de comprar agua filtrada para beberla.
• Nidia (7/5): Valparaíso siempre sorprende, bello y auténtico. - La ubicación que le permite una vista espectacular y cercanía a la zona centrica y comercial. Cocina con artefactos defectuosos como la tostadora que hacia corte del circuito electrico imposible utilizar o insalubres como el hervidor con sarro acumulado hasta mas de la mitad del recipiente. Es decir jamás ha sido limpiado, eso refleja la deficiente limpieza en los utensilios de cocina. A simple vista se ve limpio, pero al andar descalzo los pies quedaba negros de suciedad. Es decir jamás se pasó un paño por los pisos. Baños bien en limpieza y accesorios. Las camas impermeables y confortables.
• Ramírez Castro (10/5): Excelente - La limpieza del Loft y de los espacios del Edificio, jardines, quincho, mirador!! La ventana del baño deja pasar la luz de los estacionamientos. Esa luz da justo a las almohadas de la cama matrimonial.
• Xavier (2/5): Property is magnificent but management is extremely terrible - The apartment is fantastic The company managing the property has made it the most painful booking I ever made. Despite the number of times I asked for communication in English, the only time they did was to get their money. After an outrageous number of messages and sending heaps of documents, it still took 30 minutes to check in with all the documents I already sent. I have booked dozens of stays with booking and never have I had to face this. Ivonne the local host was willing though but that was not enough to make up for the awful booking experience
