• Marina (10/5): Fantastic Location - Locaaaatioooonnnn! Literally steps from the coliseum. Group of 7, space was a little awkward but we made it work. Host was always available and welcoming, even left a basket of local treats! ALSO, I ended up asking for a pickup from the airport and host helped set it up. I was so grateful after a 12 hour flight. Clear instructions. Nothing really. If I was to be very picky-- It was a little warm and we couldn't figure out thermostat. But host seemed to read my mind and pointed us in direction of A/C unit I didnt even know existed that was hidden very well. Honestly, just book it.

• Joanne (7/5): We had a fabulous time in Rome - Excellent location with easy access to all Rome has to offer Unfortunately we had terrible neighbors above making it impossible to sleep. This is not the fault of the property owners - just very sad that we had to experience this during our stay.
• Nicole (9/5): Overall it was good - Owner provided some amenities like a few snacks, plenty of towels, free wifi. It was a nice place location was excellent, 2 blocks from the colosseum and close to metro. Parking was tough, and we found a garage that was underground and safe. 45 euros overnight. Overall the place was great, clean and everything we needed. It’s an open loft concept. Couldn’t figure out the pod like coffee pot, but we found the traditional Italian ones and they worked great/

• Susana (10/5): Increíble sitio, increíble ubicación - Lo mejor de todo es la ubicación, a un paso literalmente del Coliseo. Está decorado con un gusto exquisito, es súper confortable. Tuvimos un pequeño problema de humedades en el baño, pero se lo comunicamos al anfitrión y lo solucionaron de inmediato. Por poner un pero, es que, éramos 7 mujeres, y aunque hay sitio de sobra, no estaría mal algún espejo más 🤗.

• Michael (10/5): Perfect location! - This was the perfect place for our family of 5. Right around the corner from the Colosseum, quick walking distance to two metro stations and many sites of interest. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Łóżka wyposażone w wygodne materace , trochę mało światła dziennego natomiast to nie był problem ponieważ i tak większość dnia spędzaliśmy na mieście . Świetna lokalizacja tuż obok Koloseum, blisko stacja metro i autobus. Check in i check out bezobsługowy, kontakt z opiekunem bezproblemowy, pan Giorgio był bardzo pomocny 😊 Przywitała nas miła, słodka niespodzianka oraz zapas kawy na cały pobyt ❤️ Polecamy! słuchawka prysznicowa oraz ruszająca się deska klozetowa do wymiany

• Chantelle (10/5): - The location of this property was perfect, whatever direction you went within minutes there were restaurants/cafes. Supermarkets were also close by walk. Literally steps from the colleseum. We had 4 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of space.

• Vince (2/5): Not my accomodation of choice - The location was good. No privacy, both bedrooms are open so if you want privacy then not recommended. I thought there would have been a glass door or something but no. There isn’t a proper air conditioner, there is only that portable one which wasn’t really omitting cold air. You practically need to push the front door off its hinges to get it as it gets stuck. Also more pillows on the bed would be good. Very overpriced for the place! Certainly not worth the 504 euro a night I paid!

• Amy (8/5): Very good - Location was perfect - just steps away from the Colosseum, with a good selection of restaurants in easy walking distance. Great communication and instructions to access the apartment made everything very easy and stress free. Clean, comfortable and spacious apartment for our family of 5, beautifully developed and good use of space. We visited late July and the weather was incredibly hot (as you would expect in Rome) - there is a free standing air conditioning unit in the apartment which definitely helped but was still very warm, especially for sleeping.

• Jennifer (10/5): Rome Apartment - The apartment was beautiful, clean, and conveniently located. Giorgio was very helpful with entry instructions , restaurant recommendations, and getting us a taxi for 5 with luggage to airport. Bidet doesn't work properly, water only a trickle.
• Daniel (9/5): Nice stay, great value for a 5-person family - The location was a 10/10. Truly steps away from the Colosseum. The photos on the listing are accurate, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a washer machine in the bathroom. The apartment sleeps 7 comfortably. The host is easy to contact and communicate with. We lost power on both days we were there in the evening, for about 5 minutes. The second day we lost power the water heater did not turn back on, so we had cold showers. The unit had an AC, but it is too small to keep up with the Rome heat (it was around 35 degrees during our stay).

• Loriann (9/5): Very nice loft with an incredible host just steps from the Colosseum! - The host was very responsive and accommodating, allowing us to leave our luggage early on check-in and late on check-out. Only issue was that the switches were not labeled and in trying to figure out how to turn lights on in the bathroom we inadvertently shut off the boiler leaving us with only cold water. Once I messaged the host, he told us how to fix the issue and we had hot water again. Loft was very nice, but the location was the best part, it was just steps from the Colosseum! Switches/outlets could be labeled.

• Nicholas (9/5): Amazing stay in a fantastic location! Everything we needed for our family of 6! Would stay again! - This was a really great place to stay in Rome! We knew from the description and reviews that it was in a great location, but honestly didn’t know how great it was until we arrived! Another huge bonus is that there were no stairs or elevator to get to the apartment. It fit our family of 6 just perfectly and had everything we needed! We had some issues with the WiFi which was a minor setback, but the owner was very attentive and fixed it as quickly as possible.

It was clean and ideal for a big family or a group of friends, very nicely decorated and equipped with Coffee , treats and water in the fridge ! Excellent location to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. The kitchen facilities could be improved for a family of four with glasses and toaster etc.

• Daniel (10/5): Amazing flat in the heart of Rome - The stay was amazing. I got contacted by the owner couple of days before and suggested a lot of places where to eat, what to visit, where to go for shopping... Check-in and check out was smooth and fast. Also, during our stay we noticed that toilet door had a loose handler, so he came and fixed it the next day. The house has perfect location as it is literally next to Colosseum, Roman Forum, and also to the church where Moises statue is displayed. There are plenty of buses connecting with the rest of the city and places to visit, as well as metro. There are few restaurants and bars around, and also a carrefour that works 24h. I loved the stay, definitely I will repeat if I will come back to Rome in the future :) We didn't have any bad experience or situation with the flat or the owner. Everything was smooth and easy.

Beautiful courtyard to sit in the shade and enjoy the small fountain. Lovely clean apartment with 2 large beds and 1 bath Not a bad negative for most but we had two teenagers/adult girls that wanted separate beds, the extra bed was a stretcher. That would be perfect for a younger child.
• Deepak (10/5): Fantastic apartment right next to Colosseum - 1. Fantastic location right next to the Colosseum. 2. Wonderful apartment with a beautiful loft. 3. Kitchen had coffee, coffee maker and a hot water kettle and all appliances one would need and there were some groceries like sugar, salt, oil as well. 4. The owner/Property Manager was very fast in responding to any query and helped out a lot. They even provided us with storage access after we had checked out. There was no light in the shower although the lack of it did not cause any trouble as the light over the sink was just enough.
• Janet (9/5): King Bed was great. Good location. Quiet and Dark for sleeping. - Good location - just up the hill from the Colosseum. It is tucked in the back of the building so it was quiet and dark - great for sleeping. King bed was great. Owner was VERY responsive and kind. He arranged for a driver from the airport - perfectly on time - Great! Not much to complain about. As most of Italy are historic buildings, the shower, bathroom, and kitchen were modest and the A/C because it was 99 degrees outside, could keep it cool to 75-77 degrees - good enough for sleeping. There was a fan upstairs to help circulate air, which was helpful.

You can’t beat the location. It is literally steps away from Colosseum. There were ton of good food options around us. Our favorite for breakfast was Bar La Licata and Massenzio and Sapori e Delizie I read about the lack of natural lighting in the apartment in reviews. To be honest It didn’t bother us at all.

• Warren (8/5): ROME STAY - Excellent location, so close to the train station. The apartment was big enough for 4 adults and a kid. The host was easily contactable and Provided us with lovely snacks. Host also provided us with nice places to eat and amenities around the apartment. The toilet can be improved with proper lighting( was not working). The shower head was over use, and could have a proper soap and shampoo dispenser compartment.
