• Izabella (7/5): - Personally, I really liked the location. It was tucked away but not too far to walk to the city center. It was also closer to the mountains which was nice for hiking and views. The kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed to cook a few meals (i.e. salt and pepper, oil, frying pan, pot). The room was really warm, which was a big deal on those cold Garmisch nights. The bed was also very comfortable, and the host let us check in a few hours early. There were a few cleanliness concerns that have been previously mentioned that I will message the host about. Nothing that can’t be fixed.

• Malena cintia (10/5): Todo perfecto - Nos dió facilidades tanto a la llegada como a la salida. Las vistas de la habitación son preciosas, está cerca de puntos de senderismo y a 20 min a pie de la estación de tren. Cocina y baño bien equipados

• axel (6/5): - Lits confortables équipements de qualité Des bruits de pas a l'étage d'au dessus incessants. Le prix est un peu cher également mais ça correspond aux prix dans la zone

• Damien (8/5): Prima plek als tussenstop - Ruime plek voor onze tussenstop. Prima voor een overnachting. Gelegen achter de woning van de eigenaar maar privé genoeg om je terug te kunnen trekken.

• Olha (9/5): - Номер в отличном районе, в апартаментах все необходимое, очень уютный и комфортный, можно сделать чай, кофе. За отдельную плату в холодильнике взять вино и пиво. Хозяева приятные и доброжелательные люди. Далеко от вокзала, все слышно так как не очень изоляция, но нам особо не мешало.
• HMA (7/5): Prijs/kwaliteit wat je mag verwachten van een budget verblijf - De locatie was rustig gelegen met een prachtig uitzicht. We hadden een eigen ingang en een prive gedeelte van de tuin. De keuken was wat gedateerd maar functioneel. Badkamer ook prima in orde. En alles was goed schoongemaakt. De eigenaar woonde met haar jonge gezin in het voorhuis. Ze waren vriendelijk, maar respecteerden onze privacy wat heel prettig was. Het bed was erg goed., niet te zacht, We hebben er heerlijk geslapen. In de keuken had er wat meer kookgerei mogen zijn. Zo misten we een braadpan, maar die konden we zonder problemen lenen van de eigenaar. Verder wat kleine dingetjes die aandacht nodig hebben. Maar niets wat het verblijf deed tegen vallen.

• Yuze (9/5): Overall very nice place to stay and enjoy the Alpen. - The location, the view, the room. I think the hot water from the shower is very small, not sure it was a temporary thing or a long term problem.
• Lisa (10/5): Exceptional - Easy communication with the hosts. We had unexpectedly late arrival because of our own change of plans, so did not meet them personally, but everything was prepared for a good stay. Quiet area, a quite big room and a comfortable bed. Outside area with table and chairs. There was a small kitchen, which we did not use. Our personal preference would have been separate blankets for each sleeper, especially because the room was a bit chilly. But for one night stay it was ok.

• Noah (10/5): Worth every penny. - Beautiful beautiful. Clean… smells good and feels good. The owners talk to you one time and then leaves you alone. They are very friendly and very very accommodating should you need assistance. Would and will stay here again. They have a kitchen, so bring food to cook. I didn’t mind it at all but they can hear through the walls if you are rambunctious and loud… if you don’t act like an animal then you shouldn’t have anything to worry about and it was never an issue for me and my testosterone filled group of male travelling companions. If you can’t control your volume then you should probably book something else. Not an issue though.

• Dewan (4/5): Disappointing - It's a family home and they provide a separate room in their backyard. It's far from the city centre and at night the road in front of the house is totally dark.its like a haunted .... They don't provide any soap or shampoo and we can hear the sound of the TV of the owner's home which is so disgusting and we were so much cautious all the time about making any sound .

• Lam (10/5): Amazing hotel in a tranquil and wonderful neighborhood - The atmosphere and the hotel's neighborhood. Though it's a bit off the cit6 center, it offers a unique and tranquil neighborhood that enhanced our stay to the fullest. Not a bit.

• Rafael (8/5): Very good - The girl who showed us the room was very nice to us. The room is spacious, good bathroom, nice kitchen. Comfy beds, pillows. Very close to the city, despite of not being in the main area. I was cold at night.. The heater stoped working. Yes, you can hear the rest of the house next door, but the noise stops early, didn't bother us.
• Jens (9/5): Staying in GP for a visit to the Zugspitze - Parking was available more than enough in front of the home. Even though, we could only arrive later than the official check-in time, the host was able to accomodate us. Some restaurants can be reached in about 10 minutes. Hosts provided additional information on tours. To the city center, train station, and the next stores it is a slightly longer walk (but still manageable).
• Ruth (9/5): Great location, helpful, friendly, clean, everything you need for a few days of stay. - Great location, friendly, clean and good facilities. Liked the fact we could use the garden to sit in, in the evening. There nothing I would change. I would have liked some salt/pepper/vinegar as it would have made my food that better. It’s not something I can travel with!

• Rahul (10/5): Heidi's Home - Heidi's home is a wonderful place to stay.The kitchen is well equipped and the hosts are warm and welcoming.There is a garden where you can sit and relax.its a short walk from Marienplatz and a 1.3 km walk from Bahnof. A hair dryer can be useful to guests,but thats just a suggestion,rest all was okay.

• Ana_petrovic (8/5): Very good - Location is pretty good, near of the street with beautiful houses, around 10 mins walk from center and 20 mins away from train station. There is enough space for 2 people, big bedroom with mountan view, little kitchen and bathroom. Bed is comfortable, everything is clean. Kitchen can serve for some short stay.

• Rahul (9/5): Superb view with comfortable stay - The room was clean and spacious enough with a separate kitchen. The location was wonderful overlooking the mountains from the lawn.

• Stuart (9/5): Nice place, run by a family who know what they're doing. - Nice room, and easy walking distance from town yet extremely quiet. Parking no problem, having a dog with us no problem (just a few extra euros, as most places take these days). A TV would have been nice, as the weather wasn't great after dark (what can one expect in late-October?), but it was no big deal. If we ever return to Garmisch, this will be the first place we look for to overnight.
• Arnon (9/5): Superb - Large room. Good price. Quiet street A bit run down, amenities sketchy. But it was a very good price, so that's fair.
• Bruna (8/5): Good stay - It was better than I was expecting. Nice place for a quick stay. Perfect location, 7/8 minutes walking to the city center. Have in mind this is a house so you can hear pretty much everything going on the house and the neighbours. We woke up at 7 am with the noise from some neighbours working on the garden so I would not recommend if you want to rest or sleep in late.
