Lily (5/5): Quite disappointed. Expected better. - Location. No key in mailbox on check in. Dirty tag left on the kitchen counter. No hot water in main bedroom bathroom. Sink faucet handle in main bedroom bathroom retracts and shuts off the water. No proper tea towel, only a small piece of cloth for wiping the kitchen counter. No instruction booklets on how to operate the oven and TV. Mattresses worn out and sinks in the middle. Bedsheets were crumpled. Noisy, loud chair movement from floor above.

Atiqah (1/5): Waste of money ! - Nice location The AC in the unit 17-11 is not working ! Especially in the master bedroom. It’s not a bedroom. More like sauna ! Me, my husband and 2kids, 1year old baby and 3years old kid have to sleep at the hall on the smelly futon bed. My kids can’t sleep, cranky n sweating all night ! They only send someone the next day at 10.30am and say will get someone else to help. But no one came till it’s time for us to check out. No sorry, no thank you, nothing ! We pay almost Rm400 for a sleepless night. This unit also dirty ! Bunch of cigarettes butt on the balcony that just be swept to the side. Extra mattress/ futon bed also be thrown on the balcony. Full of mold bathrooms!

The instructions given for self check In was very clear and easy. I don’t like the dining chair, it’s heavy and when you drag, it makes a lot of noise. It would be nice if you have an Air Fryer.

Sometimes I felt property lacks a bit of owner love, it just lack some small stuff: it has washing machine, but you don't have a place to dry clothes, you don't have hooks for the towel. The view from the window, you just don't have it, it just a walls of nearby buildings

The room was not in the best condition where one of my friends says its not clean properly in some areas, utilities provided are not either looks use and water heater one of them is broken, toilet handler and toilet door seems to malfunction. Overall, it is 50/50 for me.

The appartment had everything you need. 2 bathrooms with rain shower, 1 bathtub, kitchen, dining area etc. Good AC in every room. Great swimmingpool and decent gym. The photo’s look like you can see the full petronas towers but a new building takes part of the view away. You Only see the top of the towers from the swimmingpool.

Ahmed (7/5): Almost luxurious living if only not for the problematic facilities - Location is less then 5 minutes walking distance to Pavilion shopping centre. Good and friendly security services, even provided free car park space. The rooms are nice and modern, with very good master bedroom bathroom. Swimming pool and gym at the top floor with excellent views of the city. Host is very helpful and allow us to check out late. A/C system at the living room keep on switching off needing it to be reset all the time, washing machine provided cannot be used, TV is too complicated ending up not using it at all. Or else it would have been a very splendid stay.

Diana (3/5): causing trouble, difficulties, and discomfort. - none We do not recommend this place, as it is very misleading and poorly managed. Firstly, you are not allowed to check in before 3pm. After waiting until 3pm, there was no key in the letterbox, so we had to call multiple times and there were delays in everything. The key was passed to us at 3.15pm. There was no one at the lobby or reception, and the Airbnb owner only communicated through WhatsApp via an agent. By the time we entered the unit, we were already tired. The unit was very smelly, rundown, and not well-maintained. The bed definitely needed to be changed, and there were only two old pillows in one room. The washing machine couldn't be used because there was water inside. After complaining, they asked us to wash our clothes in a different unit, but the clothing was returned to us wet, even though we had clearly stated to make it dry. After further complaints, they mentioned that they would arrange for pick-up to send the clothes for drying, but this was not informed to us, and we found the clothes hanging on the door wet in one bag. We had to walk to a self-service laundry to wash and dry our clothes with our own money. Yes, they refunded the cost, but it was very inconvenient. Additionally, the TV was not functioning, and even though a late check-out was offered, we were very stressed out staying there. Please note that there is no free parking, and overall, we feel that this place is overrated
