• Luca (10/5): - La struttura è accogliente, pulita e curata nei dettagli, il che rende l’ambiente piacevole e rilassante fin da subito. La camera era spaziosa, ordinata e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Un punto di forza è sicuramente la posizione, comoda per spostarsi e visitare i dintorni. La proprietaria è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronta ad aiutare e a dare consigli utili per il soggiorno.

• Laura (5/5): Buona la posizione ma assolutamente da rivedere la pulizia e l'organizzazione - Stabile molto curato, camera spaziosa, zona lontana dal caos ma posizione comoda x girare tranquillamente a piedi. Purtroppo lo staff praticamente inesistente, pulizia generale della camera assolutamente da bocciare, copriletti macchiati e strappati, nei cassettoni sotto al lettino c'erano coperte e cuscini impossibili da utilizzare perché immersi nella polvere, in doccia lo scarico non funzionava quindi piedi completamente in ammollo, ci sono stati lasciati due rotoli di carta igienica x 3 notti ed eravamo in 3, mai cambiati gli asciugamani, la colazione inesistente, finite le capsule di caffè non sono mai state ripristinate e da mangiare non c'era nulla.

Ci sarebbero dei lavoretti di manutenzione da fare(vedi presa elettrica nel bagno). Colazione non in struttura ma in un vicino bistrot che in quanto tale non era preparato adeguatamente x la prima colazione.

A localização do apartamento é ótima, perto de tudo: pontos turísticos, mercado, restaurantes. Realmente vale muito a pena, recomendo com certeza. Simona is a very attentive host, always willing to help with anything we needed. The experience was excellent! The location is perfect, close to everything – tourist attractions, supermarkets, and restaurants. It’s definitely worth it, I highly recommend it.

• Hui (10/5): Exceptional - The staff were very reachable via WhatsApp and very helpful - they helped us book a 5am taxi to the train station. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It was relatively close to the port and very close to public transport. The front door was a little hard to unlock, we had to get the help of the staff on our first day before we figured out how to get it open. The kettle also wasn’t working when we were there. But otherwise we really enjoyed our stay!

One bed was hard (but not impossible to sleep on) daily cleaning and clean towels were provided. Easy access to transportation, city sites, shopping and restaurants. Thank for a easygoing vacation spot. Would utilizing and recommend this facilities for anyone interested. One bed was hard.

For such an amount, choose a hotel, not this B&B. - The apartment is located right in the center of Naples, with easy access to the main shopping street, bars, restaurants, port, metro, and the distance to the train station is 25 minutes on foot. The room is very expensive for what it offers. I paid 120 euros/night for a room that included breakfast and city tax. The room is part of a regular apartment, every room in this apartment is rented. The Capri room I stayed in is very small, with cheap Ikea furniture, a good size bed, but with hard corners that you keep bumping into given the narrow space, and not very comfortable pillows; the bathroom is very small, it is part of the room, probably a former dressing room transformed like this. The shower is just a narrow space where you sit covered by a plastic curtain, dirty at the bottom, without any other protection for the water to flow and spread everywhere. The soap and shampoo provided surprised me in a particularly unpleasant way. Only 3 small bottles (15ml each)/room. It is not enough for 2 people. I had to buy shampoo and soap. The room is clean, a housekeeper ensures daily cleaning (garbage is picked up from the bin, the bathroom is cleaned and the bed is made, even if it is not necessary). But the sheets do not change, remaining the same throughout the stay. The view from the room is good, towards the port, the sea, the castle in the city but the window is blocked, without the possibility of taking pictures or airing. The breakfast included in the room price is basic (a small cup of cappuccino and a croissant), served in a dirty bar nearby, a bar where the wind was literally blowing, and where the croissant was served on a napkin, without a plate. A cappuccino in Naples costs around 1.5 euros, but so does a croissant. So, breakfast cost about 6 euros (for 2 people) out of the 120 euros paid/night. Another unpleasant thing was the insistence of the owner to remind me to pay him 18 euros, the city tax for 3 nights*2 people, the tax not initially included in the total amount. I was also told to vacate the room by 10.30am upon check-out and asked to leave my bags for another 2 hours.

• Petr (8/5): Good place for a short stay in Naples - The location was very central and despite having windows to a big street, the room was quiet. Also, the size of the room was big and the bathroom was nice and modern. It is a good choice for a short stay in Naples, even though a bit pricey. It was not clear where the entrance to the building is - it could be better described beforehand. Also, we had some trouble with getting in the building because the receptionist wasn't there, but we got advice from the contact person via Whatsapp, so it was fine. Also, the blinds were not working properly and made the electricity turn off. We were also promised a sea view and there was none which was a disappointment. Worst of all, breakfast in a nearby café - no choice, just a coffee and croissant, definitely not a proper breakfast, no good quality or service.

• Kanan.d (9/5): Cozy place in good location - Easy to get from airport. We took Alibus which costs 5 euros and get off in second stop (Port of Napoli). From there it is 7 minutes walk to the B&B. Host was very kind and helpful. She helped us to reserve place in restaurant, answered all our questions. Room was very comfortable and cozy. When I booked room we were two people and it was written that it is double room we booked thus when my friend wanted to join us, I thought it will be ok. But when we got to B&B, we were given one room and the door to second room was locked. At the end we had to pay extra fee to get to that room. Water in shower was a bit tricky, you had to wait for it to get hot or cold, so it took 5-7 min to regulate water.
• Amy (8/5): Very good - Convenient location for us, although we were only there for one night. Its relatively close to the castles. The room had comfy beds. There is no breakfast, but there are coffee shops nearby so we just visited one of those. The person looking after the room and booking was very helpful and responsive with any questions I had. Its 11 storeys high. It was fine for me, but the person I travelled with does not like heights. Personally I would stay again if/when I return to Naples.
• Yasmine (6/5): Nice place to stay in . - perfect location , amazing view, very close to the metro station , port and all what to see in naples at a walking distance . the guests were too noisy , coming back really late with absolutely no respect to the fact that they were in a shared accommodation . it was not easy falling back to sleep after their return. the AC works but makes a lot of noise which also made it hard to sleep . the towels seem to be a bit old and too used . although we had our own but would’ve been better to see new clean towels .
