Liucija (1/5): Apartment been canceled last minute - Nothing Last minute been told that my booked apartment is not available, left me and two kids outside London street after long journey. They simply apologise and offered find another option by myself. Never happened before, not sure who to blame owners or booking.com who did mistake like that which let me book not available property . I end up to pay more for hotel and plus a lot for car parking and still waiting for refund ,can take at least one week or more ... I'm disappointed lack of communication between owner and booking.com, it need to be improvements so no one ever experienced what I did.... I would say if you choose this apartments, before your journey contact owners and make sure is really available and ready for you.

Theresa (8/5): Perfect Location. Would use again. - Location fantastic, despite being on a busy road. We were 2 woman and a child and felt completely safe walking the 10 mins from Shepherds Bush underground/overground late at night. Apartment was equipped with one double bed in the bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. The flat had all the main essentials; use of the washing machine makes all the difference when travelling light. As it is in the basement flat there is a little courtyard that you can use to hang your clothes out to dry. Overall the place was clean and bright and worth the money. A couple of wee extra things would make a difference - bathmat for getting out the shower, tea towel for the kitchen. As I say nothing major. The kitchen is small, but it is London and you need to adjust your expectations. If you are a light sleeper you may want to bring a pair of earplugs to drown out the noise of the road at night but to be honest we all slept great after a day of walking around London.
