Spazioso,confortevole e pulito attrezzato di tutto dagli utensili per la cucina alla bigliancheria da letto e da bagno. Il proprietario davvero gentile,premuroso sempre presente e preciso a fornirci tutta informazioni inoltre ci ha offerto la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli sia al check-in che al check-out
• Ruth Cataldo (9/5): Beautiful, clean flat in a great location - It's an excellent location for exploring London! There's loads to do in the local area and it feels very safe even in the evenings. The flat was exceptionally clean and well maintained. All the rooms were a good size which made the stay really pleasant The sofa and chairs in the living room were quite uncomfortable as they double as beds if you have extra guests.
• Marcelo (10/5): Atendeu perfeitamente nossa expectativa. - Localização próxima a supermercado e cafeteria (03 minutos) e ao metro (05 minutos). Não foi problema para nós, mas é importante destacar que a casa possui escadas. Essa informação era conhecida.
• Wera (9/5): - Die Lage ist sehr gut, außerhalb gelegen, ruhig und fußläufig zur Themse mit einer U-Bahn-Station um die Ecke. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter freundlich und schnell. Die Größe der Wohnung und die Aufteilung der Räume ist perfekt für vier Personen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Die Möbel und Räume sind zum Teil etwas abgelebt, aber das ist nur eine Kleinigkeit.

• Zsuzsanna (10/5): Lovely apartment in a good location with a very kind host. - We had a great stay at this apartment. It is a well-equipped, clean, split-level flat with two bedrooms, located just a few bus stops away from the centre of Hammersmith. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures. The apartment was very comfortable for four people. Seb, the host, was very attentive and easy to communicate with, and he provided detailed information before our arrival, which made everything very smooth. We would happily stay here again next time we visit London. Nothing in particular. Just a personal note: although the apartment can accommodate up to six people, in our opinion it is most comfortable for four guests.

Foi uma óti - Espaços confortáveis, móveis são bem conservados , boa decoração. O aquecimento não fica bem distribuído entre os cômodos , o segundo banheiro que fica embaixo é bem frio .

Ma ciò che devo dire è la super gentilezza, professionalità e veloce nelle risposte SEBASTIAN, il proprietario della struttura. Gentile. Disponibile, da tutte le spiegazioni di cui hai bisogno ! Tutto pulito e ordinato ! Servizio di cortesia bagno ! Cucina ben attrezzata ! Tutto perfetto ! Vicino la struttura ci sono molti locali per fare colazione, pranzo o cena … e comunque con la metropolitana ci si sposta velocemente in qualsiasi luogo si voglia in base ai gusti personali! Luogo bene termoriscaldato. Torneremo sicuramente in questa struttura di Sebastian se torneremo a Londra 😍

Amplia casa de dos plantas y pequeña terraza, bien distribuida, camas amplias y muy cómodas, ventanales, amplio salón cocina, todo lo que puedas necesitar está, sensación de comodidad y limpieza en cuanto entras a la casa. Sofá cama del salón cómodo y con un suplemento de colchón para hacerlo todavía más. Mucha ropa de cama y de baño, hasta albornoz y zapatillas de estar en casa. Electrodomésticos y menaje de cocina completísimo y limpio..También encontramos azúcar, sal, té, infusiones, etc. El dueño muy atento en todo momento Que no hubiera luz en las mesillas de noche, pero no sé si eso se estila allí….
• Claudia (9/5): - Tolle Lage. Mehrere Buslinien und die District line um die Ecke. Supermärkte, Cafés, Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Großzügiges Appartment .Schön eingerichtet. Betten sehr bequem. Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit Kleinigkeiten wie fehlende Nachttischlampen und etwas wenig Geschirr.

Très bon contact avec l'hôte, facilement disponible et à l'écoute Petit bémol : le canapé lit du salon était peu confortable pour dormir. Il mériterait d'être changé (en revanche, c'était parfait pour le reste de la literie !)

• Andrea (10/5): Bellissimo appartamento!!! - Bellissimo appartamento su due piani, pulitissimo, vicino a molti negozi e ristoranti, e soprattutto alla metropolitana che in pochi minuti dà la possibilità di visitare Londra. Peccato che ci siamo fermati solo 3 notti! L'host è stato gentilissimo, con descrizioni on-line dettagliate e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Consiglio questo appartamento! Nulla, per noi tutto ok! Essendo un appartamento su due piani, potrebbero esserci problemi per chi non deambula.

• Geir (9/5): Recommended - Spacious rooms, modern, well equipped, clean and nicely furnished. Large and good beds. Quiet and nice neighbourhood. Only 2-3 min walk to bus, 5 min to tube. Lots of restaurants and stores for whatever you need. Check out the authentic pubs by the riverside like the Dove and the Black Lion. Also several cafes and for dining we were particularly happy with Fire and Flames across the street. Attentive and nice communication with the owner. Nothing in particular

• Jacques-henri (8/5): Overall great experience - Spacious property with very reactive and nice host moment away from Ravenscourt Park. 2 nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Clean and quiet. The sofa in the living room is very uncomfortable and thus the property is very convenient for 4. Not so much for 5 or 6. A teapot is missing and maybe some more recent kitchenware would be a nice to have.

He arranged an early check-in, a late check-out, and even let us store our luggage in the storage room after check-out. We were absolutely delighted with our stay and will definitely return! I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service

Sebastian is a nice host eager to help whenever it was needed. Most of the things that you need to use are already there and you do not need anything to bring. Thanks for everything!
• Oby (10/5): The property was great, the location was splendid but the host; Sebastian is awesomely AMAZINGLY - This property was everything i wanted for a long stay, family vacation with two young kids. It checked off on all that was important to me; the size of the property for a family of 5, proximity to transport links; there was a train station about 5 mins walk from the house, buses stops all through the street by the side of the house, Sainsburys local and Tesco express were within sight and walking distance and Ravenscourt Park was right around the corner for the kids to play in. There are an array of stores and shops on the street in front of the property and a 15-20 mins walk would take you into the busy center where the Livat Shopping Mall is located. The house was clean and lovely with a beautiful terrace that i personally considered the star of the apartment. But the most amazing asset of this property is the host; Sebastian. He is truly a wonderful host and person. I was quite skeptical of the listing when i saw it was new to booking.com but his transparency in providing every needed information from the point of reservation and all through our stay put paid to my fears. He was super responsive and helpful; Quick to provide information you might find helpful, extra items we required in the flat and maps to anywhere we needed to locate. He graciously allowed us a late checkout and even gave us a parting gift!! He made the entire process feel less transactional and more like having a family member close by. I would say that the property was great, the location was splendid but Sebastian is awesomely AMAZINGLY. I would book any of his property in a heart beat. Nothing
