• Alina (7/5): Für den Preis ok, da zentrale Lage und Parkplatz inklusive. - Sehr zentrale Lage, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Der Kontakt verlief super über WhatsApp wobei vor Ort alles seine Mutter geregelt hat. Kostenfreier Parkplatz inklusive, was in der Innenstadt natürlich top ist. Leider war weder das Bad noch die Küchenzeile sauber. Im Bad wurden Haare von Vorbesitzern im Waschbecken und auf der Toilette gefunden. Zwar wurde das Bad nochmal gereinigt, nachdem ich darauf aufmerksam gemacht habe, aber sowas sollte nicht passieren. Zudem ist das Fenster im Badezimmer kaputt, das Wasser sprenkelt aus dem Duschkopf in alle Richtungen und die Klospülung ist kaputt. Nachdem ich einige ältere Bewertungen gelesen habe, alles nicht erst seit kurzem… schade!
• Αγγελος Γεωργιαδης (5/5): Skip this if you can afford to pay 10-20€ for a better place. - The host was great and responded immediately. The location was excellent. Bed was quite comfortable. Decent amenities. Good value for money. The apartment and the bathroom looked like it wasn't really cleaned. The bed takes up most of the space of the apartment, you have to compress it to a sofa if you want more space to move around. The window faces the main street and there is some noise which is bad if you are a light sleeper. The bathroom could use a renovation.

• Hans (10/5): Perfektes Apartment in zentraler Lage mit Parkplatz - Perfekte Kommunikation vorab (Lage, Parkplatz, Wifi, …). In einem hipen Viertel, sehr zentral in sogar die Biergläser waren im Tiefkühlfach 👍

• Filippo (8/5): Ottima posizione ma appartamento sotto le aspettative - Posizione ottima per vedere il centro anche a piedi. C’è un ampio parcheggio all’interno della palazzina. L’appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario. La proprietaria è gentile e disponibile. L’appartamento non era pronto fino alle 18 nonostante avessimo comunicato all’host che saremmo arrivati alle 16 (e il check è previsto dalle 12 secondo l’annuncio). Al nostro arrivo l’host non era presente ma ci ha solo videochiamato dicendoci di aspettare che sua madre pulisse la camera, senza darci altre spiegazioni. L’appartamento è al quarto piano e non c’è l’ascensore, cosa che non è segnalata nell’annuncio. Sull’annuncio inoltre c’è scritto che l’appartamento ha la tv con netflix ma non c’era nessuna tv. C’è la lavatrice ma non c’è nessuno stendino. La finestra del bagno era rotta quindi non poteva essere chiusa. Nell’appartamento c’erano prodotti da bagno aperti e usati tipo saponette e creme, che non è igienico. Per pulire i piatti c’erano solo spugne usate, anche questo poco igienico. Le pentole per cucinare erano letteralmente due. Il wi-fi non funzionava molto bene.

First off, the host gave terrific advice on taxi companies from the airport as well as a detailed video on how to approach and access the property. Then he gave great recommendations for restaurants and bars. Best Booking.com host my husband and I have EVER had. As for the property itself, tidily set up and had everything you’d need - electric kettle and coffee ready to go. Great water pressure in the shower. Even had glass beer steins cooling in the freezer! That we couldn’t stay longer.

• Bruno (8/5): Tirana Visit - Located in central area with plenty of cafes, restaurants and places of interest. Room is well stocked and very clean. It's not so easy to find, no external signage to identify it, and no proper address for Sat Nav to find. Not a problem if you fly in and get a local taxi. Its on the 3rd floor, and no lift, so be fit to get up there with your luggage.

• Eric (10/5): Exceptional - This place was fantastic. The apartment was spotlessly clean and was stocked with all the amenities I could possibly need (even floss picks in the bathroom!). The shower, AC, and big fridge/freezer were great with the hot summer, and the bed was comfy and WiFi was good. The host is very friendly and has some great recommendations on where to eat. The location is also perfect for walking to all the main spots in town. Overall the apartment is very tastefully designed but also very practical. I stayed for two nights but I think it would also be comfortable for longer stays/working remotely. I was initally wary because it had few reviews, but I would absolutely stay here again if we're to come back to Tirana. I wouldn't change a thing!
