• Ayrton (8/5): - Da localização, muito perfeita! Café da manhã não é lá, tem que ir andando por uns 500m… só tem duas opções, 1 copo de suco ou água e um café. Um ovo c bacon e pão ou sanduíche croque madame. Não tem limpeza diária, e o box ficava vazando, a cada banho tinha que trocar toalha de piso.

• MARIA LUZ (10/5): Facil y sencillo. Muy buena ubicacion - Checkin y checkout super rapidos y sencillos. Muy buena comunicacion. Todo muy limpio y organizado. Facil y sencillo. Lo unico es que a veces se escucha mucho ruido porque comparten entrada con el restaurante de abajo aparentemente pero lo recomendaria de todas formas. Y la ubicacion es excelente.

• Ozlem (10/5): Harika bir yer, tekrar kalabiliriz. - Lokasyon cok iyiydi, teras da konforluydu. 3 kisi icin ideal bir konaklamaydi. Ilk gittigimizde sifre calismadi, oda kapisini acmak konusunda biraz ugrastik. Daha sonra telefonla ulastik ve cozumledik.

• rami (9/5): Easy, modern, clean and affordable. - We had a great stay there as a couple and our friend booked next room from us. The hotel is accesable and in the centre of trastevere which has loads of bars and restaurants to choose from. You are also a short walk from the bridge that takes you to central Rome. The hotel itself is clean, easy access with online check-in (although you are still greeted by receptionist which helps you with the check in). Overall good for an easy stay if you are not planning to be in the room all day as its not the largest of spaces. And the allow Dogs!! :) The online check in process is simple but then you have to do the manual check in with the reception, but online, so doesnt make sense to do the work twice. Uploading documents to the app etc when the staff can just do it for you. They charge 15 EURO cleaning fee per night for the dog as they provide a matt and a water bowl but we stayed for 2 nights and they didn't clean the bowl or mat once - not sure what the charge is for really.
• Parker (3/5): - Loved the location. That was about it. Issues with the shower and flooding. Said they would send someone to look at it but don’t think that happened. No one was there at 10 am when I needed to use the luggage storage.

• Miriam (10/5): Ha sigut perfecte! - Tot, el tracte del personal, la ubicació, la neteja i el fet de poder deixar les maletes a un calaix amb codi sense cost extra. L'habitació era una mica petita però més gran que a la foto, així que tot bé.
• Roger (9/5): Wij hebben een fantastische week in Rome gehad. - De locatie en het Hotel was fantastisch Aan de overkant van het Hotel zit een avondwinkel. Deze man heeft de muziek keihard aanstaan met een hele harde bas. Je hoort de muziek op je kamer van 08.00 tot 13.00 uur en van 16.00 uur tot 24.00 uur. Super irritant. Hierdoor hebben we met oordopjes moeten slapen. Niet fijn.

• Jueryll (5/5): Great area, hotel accommodations could be improved. - Location was great, right in the heart of Trastevere. The bathroom layout was terrible. The position of shower and sink was not ideal. It felt like just 1 step up from being in a hostel.

Staff very welcoming and available at all time. Nice room with all basic confort and more (tea, coffee, chips...) And easy to store luggages before check in and after check out. Highly recommanded ! Maybe because it is Roma, and particularly because it is Trastevere, but despite all the qualities, it remains rather expensive...
• Angela (5/5): Mejorable el servicio - La ubicación, está en pleno trastevere pero en zona tranquila. La cama y las almohadas son cómodas. No hay espacio suficiente para dejar tus pertenencias. Hay que dejarlas por el suelo porque el espacio de armario es súper reducido y la mayor parte está ocupado con cafetera y minibar. En la ducha tarda en salir el agua caliente y desagüa mal. Si tu estancia es menor a 7 días no te limpian la habitación ni te hacen la cama. Lo cual me parece pagar un precio de un servicio bastante elevado para solo dormir. No te proporcionan más, por lo tanto no me parece que el precio esté justificado.

Conceito diferente de hotel… nem é hotel nem Airbnb… O pequeno-almoço não é no hotel Não há limpeza diária Pouco espaço para arrumação . Tivemos de deixar tudo dentro da mala, pois para além de alguns cabides, não havia sítio para arrumar

• Anita (10/5): Rewelacja! Polecam - Lokalizacja:) przemiła obsługa na recepcji, bardzo pomocni ludzie Mieszkając na 2 piętrze mieliśmy problemy z WiFi, ale 90% czasu spędzaliśmy na zwiedzaniu, więc można było przymknąć oko ;)
• BRUNERIE (9/5): - Bel emplacement dans le quartier très vivant de Trastevere qui est un bon point de départ pour toutes les excursions dans Rome L'hôtel est plutôt au calme dans une impasse Éviter cependant la chambre numéro 1 qui est trop proche de la réception Je recommande le jardin botanique qui est vraiment magnifique Je n'ai pas apprécié la chambre numéro 1 qui est une petite chambre pour personne à mobilité réduite avec un lit simple alors que la photo montrait une chambre avec un lit double Les personnes de l'hôtel ont pu me changer de chambre après 4 nuits sur 7 dans cette chambre numéro 1 avec légère réduction sur le prix des 4 premières nuits

• Dóra (8/5): 3 éjszakát töltöttünk a szálláson, ilyen rövid időre megfelelő volt. - Jó elhelyezkedés, könnyű bejutás, kedves személyzet, kávé, tea bekészítés, mini hűtő. A recepció mellett lévő szekrényből bármikor vehettünk tiszta törölközőt, wc papírt,.., Kevés hely volt a bőröndnek, de ez nem volt zavaró, mivel csak az estéket töltöttük ott. De volt több fogas és ruhaakasztó is.

En ese barrio hay de todo y está todo más o menos a 30-35 minutos y caminando vas callejeando. No me gustó que no limpiaran ningún día la habitación. Estuvimos 4 días y medio

• David (1/5): If something goes wrong during your stay, you may find yourself on your own rather than supported by Numa. - Good location and okay price I would strongly caution anyone considering a stay at Numa Rome Tulo based on what I experienced. At around 22:00, repeated fire alarms started going off while the building was also experiencing power failures. Lights were flickering on and off, alarms kept restarting, and eventually the power went out completely. It was unclear whether this was a real emergency or what we were supposed to do. Shortly after, guests were told to leave the building in the middle of the night. We ended up standing outside for about 90 minutes with no clear information, no updates, and no guidance on whether it was safe to return. What made this situation particularly unsettling was the lack of any reliable support while it was happening. Communication was inconsistent and delayed, and there was no clear source of information. In reality, we were left to figure things out ourselves. One of the other guests ended up calling emergency services for everyone, and that became the only way we understood what was going on. Even the next morning, there was no meaningful explanation or follow-up. After everything that had happened overnight, there was still no clarity or reassurance provided. The power outage continued for a significant part of the stay, and it was not possible to sleep or use basic facilities. The entire night, which is the main purpose of booking accommodation, was effectively lost. What stayed with me most is how it felt in the moment: being woken up, told to leave, and then left outside without clear information or support. It creates a real sense of uncertainty and lack of safety. If everything works, this type of setup may feel convenient. But based on this experience, when something goes wrong, you may find yourself largely on your own. I would strongly recommend taking that into account before choosing to stay here.

Room was very small, but I saw it in a photos. The problem there was hot water for more than a day. no compensations offered even when asked. this was disappointing.

• Helene (5/5): - Very kind people. Free food for people running the marathon which was great for us. The location is great. Very noisy: we could feel the vibrations from the bars nearby and hear their music all day and all night long. The showers were small and smelly.

Ίσως θα έπρεπε, παρότι η πολιτική του ξενοδοχείου είναι διαφορετική αλλά, από ο,τι κατάλαβα, και ευέλικτη, να υπάρχει έστω μια φορά υπηρεσία καθαριότητας. Σημειώνω ότι έκανα 6 διανυκτερεύσεις! Κανείς δεν καθάρισε το δωμάτιό μου... Βέβαια, οι όροι ήταν σαφείς. Αν θέλεις πετσέτες, πάρε. Ομοίως, ταμπλέτες νεσπρεσο και όλα τα άλλα. Αλλά ούτε ένα σκούπισμα σε 7 μέρες;

• P0lette (9/5): Très bon rapport qualité prix - L'emplacement est vraiment parfait, on fait tout à pied et il y a également le tram a côté. Parfait le soir pour dîner. La chambre est très spacieuse, décorée avec goût et bien équipée. Très bonne communication pour l'arrivée autonome. Je trouve que 4 nuits sans ménage c'est trop, je ne parle pas d'un changement de serviettes/draps mais bien de passer un petit coup de propre sur les sols et vasque (on n'a rien pour laver nos tasses et verres, par exemple). On entend des voisins de chambre qui ont visiblement oublié qu'ils sont à l'hôtel et qu'ils ne sont pas seuls.

• Sarah (8/5): Great for weekend getaway - Great property in a perfect location for amazing restaurants and bars ! Good bus services nearby but also within walking distance to city centre. Staff kind and helpful, we did not expect there to be front desk staff as noted on booking but there was. Room and bathroom was a bit small but not too bad as we were out and about most of the time anyways.

• Eros (1/5): Allo sbando - L'hotel è nuovo Totale assenza di notte di un custode, siamo stati fuori quasi 2 ore per un allarme incendio finto e nessuno ci ha aiutato. Nessuna insonorizzazione delle camere, un casino enorme.
