Condo had everything we needed. We visited in the extreme heat wave of summer. No A/C but that is normal for ski resort. There were fans available in every room, so that was appreciated.

• Robert (9/5): Big value at Big White - Location was great. Great communication with Joanne. Kitchen could do with an overhaul. Some sharp knives, duct tape holding the cutlery drawer together. 2 coffee makers?

• Bennett (7/5): Had a fantastic stay in this unit. Perfect location and contains everything you could need. - Check in process was nice and straightforward. Bike storage room was very useful. Location was perfect Couple days with a large group of screaming children running up and down the hallway for a while. Hotel staff didn't seem to try to intervene. Took a number of hours for garbarge to be emptied upon request too.
• Sean (7/5): Summer stay at a winter resort was great! Our first time biking at Big White and this wallet friendly unit was great fo - Location was perfect. We were there to mountain bike in the park, and this unit is right in the village. It housed and slept our little family very nicely. We bought groceries in the market down stairs to cook breakfast and snacks and saved a little money on the eating out. Everything you need is there. Underground parking with lots of room for a full size pickup truck and little rolling carts/bins to haul your gear up the elevator to your room. Wifi worked well and the kitchen was well stocked. Dishwasher was a nice touch too! “Didn’t like” feels very strong as we had no issues. I would note that Big White is really a WINTER resort. As such, most of the buildings (this one included) do not have air conditioned units. However, the air cooled down nicely at night and there were big windows that opened and fans to move the cool evening air through the rooms. No problem sleeping. This is one of the older buildings at Big White and it shows it’s age, but it’s clean and everything works. The communal hot tub was also drained, which could be a summer maintenance thing as there were few folks around.
• Jason (9/5): - Excellent condo. Clean and spacious. Perfectly situated for the lift. The blinds on the room would not go all the way down and the lights from other buildings at night would shine in your face. And the ac from the restaurant under the condo is loud if the window is open.
• Tam (7/5): The condo was great. It had everything we needed in a great location. - The condo had lots of room and we really appreciated the bunk beds in the second bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped and the location was close to everything we needed access to. I would definitely stay there again It was hot and the condo is not air conditioned so we slept with fans on and the windows open which was very comfortable. We were however a little surprised to be woken up by construction noise right outside the condo at 5:34 am on a Friday morning.

• Kim (8/5): It is a lovely and clean two bedroom with everything needed for a comfortable stay. - The location was great. We were working in the area and this condo was perfect for our needs. Another fan or two would have made the bedroom and living area more comfortable in the hot weather given that there is no air conditioning in the unit.
• Don & Judy (9/5): it was a great week at Big White. - It would have been nice to have a broom and dust pan in unit and access to a vacuum cleaner.
