• Eric (8/5): A pleasant stay in the heart of the bustling part of Hong Kong island. Not perfect, but I’d stay again! - I stayed for 4 nights and found the location as the best part of my stay. I met Amy, who speaks perfect English, in the reception area - a completely different building, but only a block away (you will get lost on first try lol). After checking me in she walked me to the actual building (I stayed in the dorms) while giving me info and even recommendations in the area. The dorms are on the 20th floor of a large apartment complex, accessed by two elevators and tho the windows are narrow has an amazing view of Victoria Harbour. The beds are comfy and the communal kitchen was really nice & clean. The washer (no dryer) was a nice surprise and free! To summarize the area was in the heart of bustling Causeway Bay, steps from a local grocery store and Don Quijote. Many restaurants and Victoria Park nearby too! Buses, trains everywhere! It took me a day to get used to the showers in toilet setup lol. It’s someone dated, but it keeps you clean. The first 2 nights my roommate was inconsiderate with his noise at odd hours, but once he left it was peace & quiet. I really can’t place blame them on what other guests are there, I guess it’s the roll of the dice.

• Wyatt (9/5): - Amy and Dan are super lovely and were very helpful. The room, and bed especially, were extremely clean. The hostel is right around the corner from Causeway Bay MTR, so it's easy to move around the Island. It was a bit hard to find the entrance to the hostel and I couldn't find instructions in my booking (maybe I didn't look properly). The entrance is "Hong Kong Mansion".

• Sindy (8/5): Basic room but Pleasant & Clean. - Excellent location and very clean, good services and friendly staff. The lift is a bit old and run down but it’s safe and clean. I wish the pillows were softer. I stayed in a 3P room, the double bed use spring mattress which was a bit dented on left and right. Next night I slept on the latex single bed mattress which was more comfy though it’s thinner than the double one. The kettle was sparkling clean inside and the shower room was spacious.

Размер номера очень маленький для двух человек. Вытяжка в сан узле работает очень громко и неэффективно. Не экономьте на отеле в Гонконге, иначе будете разбиты каждый день.

• Zachary (3/5): UGLY, Door wouldn't lock, - The only pleasant thing was that it was in a good location. It was UGLY... I normally don't have too high expectations when I travel abroad, but even some local dates I had over told me it was very very ugly. Looks like it's a mental hospital. I travel all around Asia and this was the ugliest place i've ever stayed at The door lock was broken and the cleaner walked in on me naked twice. She would knock for 1 second and then walk in quickly. I had to block the door with my luggage because it wouldn't lock and I was afraid staff would come in while I was sleeping. The water would be hot for 60 seconds, then ice cold. It was almost like they did this on purpose so that you would only take 2 minute showers. The drain on the bathroom floor was broken, it came off and there was just a big hole exposed on the bathroom floor.

• Jason (9/5): Safe, Clean, Comfortable - Very nice hostel and good value for the price. Beds were capsules and had many lights and sockets. Sheets and pillows were clean. Bed was comfortable with privacy curtains. Rooms were quiet considering how close they were to the Main Street. There were 4 bathrooms and showers compared to the 10 beds in the room so there was always one available. Lockers were provided as well. Location is close to the metro. You just have to take the elevator sharing with other people in the building which is par for the course in Hong Kong. Nil

• Gabriel (10/5): - I must admit that I did not have big expectations when booking a hostel at this price given how expensive staying in Hong Kong seems to be, and how poorly other hostels in this price range tend to score. However, my experience with this hotel was very positive. The dormitory was an apartment inside one of those older residential buildings. The building leaves a few things to be desired, but the dormitory room itself was clean, and in fine condition. The capsules were placed in a way that gives more privacy and I had a comfortable bed. All the amenities were provided. The laundry was free, but you had to use your own detergent, which ends up being much cheaper than coin laundry. There were lots of detergents from other guests though, I'm sure many of them were left behind. I think the hotel could provide labels to identify which ones are leftovers and maybe allow other guests to use them. The location was ideal, with many food options in the close vicinity and MRT, tram, and bus access in about a minute walk. Furthermore, the lady at the reception was very kind and even gave some tips about the area. Overall a really good option. I am grateful to be able to stay comfortably in Hong Kong at this price.

• Guillermo (9/5): Excellent mixed bedroom in city Center Hong Kong - La posizione era eccezionale. Il palazzo è vecchio e sporco, ma la camera era veramente pulita.
• Vivian Massiel (8/5): Alojamiento limpio con buena ubicación - Mé gusto que estuviera relativamente limpio. Si pude ver personas haciendo la limpieza. Pude hacer el check in super tarde (11pm). Había agua caliente y casilleros para tus cosas. El colchón se siente como dormir en el suelo. Deberían cambian el colchón de las camas. Lo otro que fue extraño es ver esa ducha+inodoro + lavadero (súper raro pero te acostumbras), se mojaba todo. Ademas no hay cocina pero no la necesite. Un poco caro el precio para lo que ofrece pero al menos estaba limpio.

• Giannini (8/5): Exceeded expectations - For the price I felt that I got an extremely good value. In the best location you could be it came with a comfortable bed, shower amenities a television and fridge. They would also come and clear out your trash. Amazing for a place just to sleep in. Honestly for the price I couldn’t complain much, they did not make my bed I guess but I expected much worse in general.

• Hongbo (9/5): 房间干净，地段繁华，交通方便，很棒很满意！ - 虽然不算完美，但真的是很不错的入住体验。（拖了这么久才想起评价还没写，实在抱歉！） 1. 最重要的，很干净！虽然旅馆所位于的香港大厦很老旧，但打开客房门看到里面干干净净又整洁明亮，感觉很惊喜。 2. 地段很好！旅馆坐落在繁华的铜锣湾、楼下就是步行街商业区、出了大厦就有叮叮车，然后走很短的距离就可以来到铜锣湾地铁站，反正就是各种方便（在香港的三天里每天去楼下的7-11买咖啡和雪糕哈哈哈） 3. 经营旅馆的小姐姐！真的好棒好温柔！我们赶到旅店，办理入住时告诉我们，给我们升了大床这样住着更舒服些，还嘱咐「有问题要及时联系，我会担心的」。哇，总之就好棒。 4. 其他一些细节，比如客房里给准备了大陆国标的转换插座，来之前还在担心英标插座的问题，多虑了～ （p.s. 说起老大厦的设施和电梯，回来后拿照片问了一下AI，回答说很可能是三菱在70年代的产品，动力和安全系统已经被更换和更新，却依然在使用当初的轿厢和面板——当看到这古老的设施还在以当初的样貌良好地运行着，这好酷！可以说是香港之旅的特色记忆了。） 1. 首先最明显的问题，太难找啦！刚来的时候围着香港大厦这栋大楼转了几圈不知道哪里是入口（楼下的商场也有电梯但显然不是），而在香港这高楼林立的地方GPS定位乱飘。最后找到了大厦入口后就顺利了，门口的值班人员示意我们上11楼办理入住。但一开始真的太迷啦！不知道如果在订房后的站内信里提供一个简单的图示会不会好一些呢？ 2. 没有办法洗衣服。不过香港旅馆这种狭小的地方嘛，也能理解啦。 3. 旅馆里提供的是平时家里穿的那种塑料拖鞋，而不是酒店客房常见的那种一次性拖鞋。这个我觉得有必要提一下，因为有点顾虑卫生问题呢。 4. 空调是窗机，这个当然也可以说是香港特色。声音确实有些大，不过反正没吵到我睡觉就是了（笑）

Close to MRTs, the staff member who check us in was really informative and nice and gave us good recommendations. Great price for location. Also super powerful shower The check in building was a block away from the building we stayed in, so was a little tiring moving our heavy backpacks up one block of flats, to then be moved to another block down the street. Apart from this we rate this really high thank you!
• International (7/5): Good - Excellent location very near Sogo in Causeway Bay, Via ctoria Park. We'll equiped - bed curtains, plenty of hangers and hooks in the apartment and bathrooms, terrace areas, staff including Dan and Amy were helpful. Noisy and inconsiderate guests making too much noises in the morning and at night ( into 12 pm), partly because it is an apartment with cubicals and beds around the living room with sitting and working desk. Guests therefore took liberty to think they could use it anytime. I suggest management stop the lighting at 11 pm, in line with their note reminders of quiet time from 11 pm onward. I won't return though everything else were quite good.
• Anne (9/5): All I can say is that our stay was definitely worth the money. I hope they can add more inclusions i - The room was spacious, and they cleaned it every day. Plus, they refilled the tissue and bath soap even without you having to ask. The place was also accessible and close to the MTR station. Maybe the only thing I didn’t really like was the air conditioner — it took a while to cool the room. Or maybe it was also because of the weather since it’s summer. But all in all, our stay was excellent!

Big fridge + freezer for communal use in the hallway… 3 windows for daylight and ventilation…good hot shower and big dubble bed… 100% central position for citylife & nearby Welcome food supermarket ! 5 min. from Causeway metrostation & 10 min. from busstop to Airport… Amy & Sam are very welcoming and serviceminded and always availlable… Only can recommend this place for discovering Hong Kong !!!
