Guest Reviews
- TRACY (5/5): Staffs are nice and accommodating, they let us checked the room first nothing fancy/luxurious except the location wa - Great location and secured Its outdated need to do some repair. Water leaking seen within those plastic vinyl floor in the master bed room early in morning after shower. Microwave was not clean.
- Debra (3/5): Unfortunately unsatisfied - Location, scenery Extremely Poor Cleanliness and Maintenance
My experience with this condominium has been deeply disappointing due to the overall lack of cleanliness and basic upkeep. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear that cleaning standards are not being met. Common areas are dirty, hallways often look neglected, and dust and debris are left untouched for far too long.
Inside the unit, the situation is no better. Surfaces are grimy, appliances appear poorly maintained, and there is an overall feeling that the space has not been properly cleaned or prepared for residents. It’s not just a minor oversight, it reflects a consistent pattern of neglect.

- Robert (8/5): Nice condo right in the heart of the action. Perfect for 2 couples or families with children that would benefit from sep - Amazing location if you want to be close to the Scotia Bank Arena.
Great view from windows and balcony.
The underground parking was reasonably priced at $25 and was able to fit our Yukon SUV. There were also full size pickup trucks parked in there. It’s a bit of a chore to get checked in, but the host meets you there to make the process less confusing. You have to switch elevators to get up to the condo which was fine just a small nuisance.
There is only availability to park one vehicle, but we found nearby parking for our second vehicle no problem
The shower did not drain well so by the end of your shower you’re standing in about 6” of water.

- Burns (8/5): Amazing location, great host! - The host, location, view and comfortable bed were all great. We had no water the last day, to shower before our flight home. Although this was not the host's fault.
- Buddy (5/5): Acceptable all considered - Location is unbeatable. Can reach many downtown attractions within 20 minutes on foot or about $10 on uber ride. The view of CN Tower at night is amazing. It is advertised as luxurious condo, but the inside of the unit does not live to the expectation, e.g. cheap bathtub liner, cheap towels, tired looking furniture. It looks like a once-luxurious unit that is not maintained adequently. The cleaniness needs much improvement also. Having said that, it was priced appropriately for the weekend that we were in Toronto. It was expensive but there were not much better options at the time. Overall, our experience is acceptable.
- Anny (6/5): Passable - L’emplacement Pas de confort à la salle de séjour.
- Siân (9/5): Fantastic views and location - Location was excellent and the views from the apartment were breathtaking as it’s on the 43 floor. Next to the Scotiabank Arena, opposite the Union Station and easy walking distance to the CN tower, aquarium and the lakeside.
The property has 2 full separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Washing machine and dryer were a bonus. Brand new blinds except in the en-suite. It needs a little facelift, just cosmetic and the bench stool looked unsafe.
The kitchen needs dishes, cutlery and glasses. The few there are mismatched and there was only 1 fork so not ideal if you plan to eat/cook there.
- Claire (7/5): -
- Nabil (7/5): - Location The bathroom. No enough pressure in the toilet. The waste did went through. The AC in the living room not working properly. The curten was not fixed.
- Hagop (10/5): Great spot with amazing views. Awesome host - Clean and conveniently located N/A
- Veronica (10/5): Amazing. I really Hope to return in the not too distant future. - The location is breathtaking. And exceptionally convenient to all major attractions. Everything we needed was supplied. Ege our host was prompt warm informative and welcoming. Excellent customer service. As stated in previous reviews. The curtains need attention.
- Appleby (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was amazing! Looking forward to my next stay here ☺️
- Lillian (8/5): Very good - The location The blinds needs to be replacing, , panels for missing from the blinds, bathroom tub wasn't draining properly.
Over all a nice place.
- Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Extremely central location
Comfy beds
Amazing views
- Carvell (9/5): Superb - I liked how close we were to Ripleys and the view of the CN Tower. I didn't like that it was pretty ruffed up. The apartment blinds were missing many slats. I noticed that there was no mattress protective cover on the bed. The living room floor was very badly scratched. The main bathroom was missing the fan cover on the ceiling. The owner or person who took care of us was very pleasant, however.
- Sumit (9/5): Nice host, cleaned property but small living room. - Location and view from the property Very small living room
- Kristel (10/5): Skyscaper - Great location, great view!
The host was very nice - we were able to store our luggage before check-in, quick responses.
The apartment had everything you needed - for washing clothes, basic things for making food/coffee, as well as shampoo and gels in the bathroom. There were two bathrooms! The introductory letter was a bit mean :)
- Quique (7/5): Good -
- Audrey (7/5): Good - location was amazing and the Views The apartment needs alot of work the floors arent soft and the shower curtain was hanging onto its dear life and it was cheap looking. what it lacked though it made up for with the vies. also they wouldnt let us use the pool cause we were only staying one night which i didnt understand.
- Berezowski (10/5): Would recommend it highly - The view was fabulous
- Sue (6/5): Actually apartment was nice clean and comfortable. Building management was bad. - Location
It was clean and comfortable We had a fire alarm at midnight and had to walk down 43 flights and didn’t get back into till 2am
There was no fire. It was a huge mess no body was running the evacuation, there was no collection point or check in the management of the building was in complete disarray and could not get the lifts to work again. We had my 81 year old father with us so we had to wait for the elevator to work again. It was frightening and very inconvenient.
Also there were signs every where forbidding short term rentals so we worried we were going to get kicked out.
- Al (2/5): Cheaply minimally furnished, in a grubby state of disrepair is not "luxurious" in my boo - the check-in was efficient; the location was excellent; the host answered immediately when called about a problem (which shouldn't have happened in the first place); good coffee and tea supplies. that's it, nothing else. This "luxurious two-bedroom condo" is anything but - it wasn't even decent. One review called the condo "worn". that was generous. There are deep black gouges all over living floor, spongy boards that sink under your feet in the hallway (water damage?), blinds that are so broken they can't close - with the sun beating in the air conditioning couldn't keep up; toilet seats that slid sideways, broken towel hooks, toilet roll holders falling off, a broken picture frame, broken cap on the kitchen faucet that wouldn't stop running except in one specific spot. The walls are grubby and chipped. I wiped up a bit of splashed water on the floor in the bathroom when we first got there and my tissue came up black (yuk!). The minimum you hope for is a bed...even that was broken...the side support was broken off and the mattress below the frame on one side - how someone could have put a clean sheet on that bed without noticing the slope is beyond me. The owner did answer his phone when i called and sent a repair person but it cost us two hours of a short holiday. We expected small, but even so this is a tight space for four people if you are hoping to actually eat and hang out for awhile (two counter stools, seating for three in the living room, no table).
- Amanda (5/5): Great location and view - The host met us at the door right on time. They were welcoming and very friendly.
The view was outstanding. The towels were damp and didn’t smell clean. The bedding needs to be updated (no cover sheet and holes in the sheet). The bathrooms also needed a good cleaning (vent hood, corners around the toilet and bathtub). Floors all scratched. It is an amazing location and view but the condo could use some TLC.
- Elrasheed (9/5): We admired the way the owner Shahzad treated us and welcomed us - Location and friendliness Nothing. There was some repair work on one of the elevators which meant extra crowdedness at the single one
- Samantha (10/5): IT WAS A GREAT STAY FOR DOWNTOWN TORONTO - GREAT VIEW - LOCATION - SUPER FRIENDLY - ACCOMODATING - GREAT SERVICE FOR LATE BOOKING MY HUSBAND SAID THE HEIGHTS BUT I LOVED IT LOL
- Linda (8/5): Location was wonderful for all our events. However it would have been far more comfortable if condo had some TLC. - Location, layout, view and the amenities. The unit is in need of some care and attention. Blinds were missing slats and not functional. Drapes in bedroom were not functional. Shower curtain needs to be replaced. Bathroom vanity lights not working. Outlet not working in master bathroom. Sheets needs to be replaced. Needs paint and an overall deep clean.
- Romanelli (7/5): good value - the views are incredible.
thé place is spacious and location is ideal the walls and floors could benefit from touch-ups. the floors were not vacuumed which was a surprise. that said, the bathrooms and kitchen were clean.
- Gray (8/5): The location was perfect for us. It was a nice condo. - location, view, amenities, parking, cleanliness main bed was uncomfortable
- Liz (4/5): A good nights rest is so important when travelling, unfortunately our group did not sleep well. - Host was great and very friendly! Location is amazing! Parking is reasonable and convenient. Great balcony and decent living room set up. Kitchen was a bonus. I hate having to give a negative review especially since the host was super! Unfortunately, there were quite a few key things that were poor for the price point and for a comfortable overnight stay:
1. Both beds were uncomfortable. The master bedroom bed is sinking from the head to the middle. We had to sleep at the foot of the bed.
2. Pillows are uncomfortable and probably just over used.
3. It got really cold at night and there was no way to turn up the heat and duvets are thin.
4. Bathroom overhead sink lights did not work.
5. Hallway bathroom door did not close or lock.
6. Bathroom showers looked like there was mold.
7. Ensuite bath curtain floats into you while showering.
8. Floors need a redo. Badly marked up and sinking in some spots.
- Christine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vibha (8/5): Very good -
- Margaret (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vikki (5/5): Toronto downtown - View and location were amazing. Great to have a washer and dryer. Dirty. Shower and counters needed a wipe before using and floor needed to be washed.
- Loretta (9/5): it’s not a hotel and so loving Toronto, it felt like a place I wanted to stay in. I loved it - fantastic location, minimal to look after could use fresh paint, fluffy towels
- Kimberley (9/5): Superb -
- Lei (7/5): Good - The location is very good. Host is friendly. Room is clean. A lot of TV or movie program to choose. Easy access to or from this building. Building security is very good. Minor things for improvement:
Curtain and floor need a little repair. In balcony, there is a safety issue with its structure of building itself, not the owner's fault I believe - objects are easy to fall to the street down there, through the openning at the floor of balcony, like children's toys etc.. This is easy to fix by adding an additional safety net to cover this openning.
- Mamma (8/5): Very good -
- Cynthia (8/5): Very good - Absolutely loved the location....we were able to walk everywhere from there, no need for a car at all. Nice clean place with everything there that you need. Not really any dislikes other than some things are dated and could use a little touch up here and there. Didn't like that the curtains were not very functional and was hard to open or close so when we finally got them to close we didn't open them anymore.
- Rahul (1/5): Dirty rooms with excellent location but owner is a nightmare. - Owner was very very rude. Basically, the worst I have met in any hotel/ airbnb stays. Whole experience was really bad. Super rude and non-cooperative owner who fought with everyone is the building.
- Tapsitis (8/5): Would book again! - Location was fabulous- walked out the door and the scotiabank and a mall was right there.
Longos was super close also Bed was a bit uncomfortable and some of the blinds broken - when the walls are windows especially in the bathroom should be fixed.
- Anonymous (10/5): I’d come back again - location expensive
- Paschoaletto (7/5): A good enough option within an overpriced region. - The location is perfect, right in the heart of downtown, and connected to PATH. The view is outstanding. It's an old unit, there's mold building up on wet locations (bathtub, sink), the curtains could use some care as well, some of the blinds are missing (and hanging in the closet). And we met the maintenance team for the heat pump cleaning before we checked out.
- Carol (1/5): Bad - The location
The views Curtains that didn't shut and were hanging off the track
Blinds that were broken missing slats in sitting room and en suite
That dust and condom we had to sweep up from under the bed
The large black kitchen bin in sitting room without a lid
- Leanne (8/5): Very good - Location was great and they communicated well. Property needs a bit of TLC, but overall it was good.
- Sophie (8/5): Very good -
- Cory (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wenyao (9/5): Awesome night, nice view - Everything is good and awesome. only thing that is not good is the AC at dinning room, too hot
- Gilles (9/5): Superb - The location was perfect for leaving the car parked and being able to access sites and facilities via walking. The owner was incredibly nice and thoughtful as she gave us the tour of the condo and explained everything. She also found us a prime parking spot. AND THE VIEW!!!! OMG!!!!! The view is breathtaking. The owner was very gracious. I plan on booking her condo again in the future ☺️ This is a very minor issue ... The two bedrooms were very comfortable tempaturewise as the AC worked very well in those rooms, however, for some reason, the living room and kitchen were quite warm and humid. We were able to use a couple of fans provided by the owner, which made things quite bearable. Like I said, I found this to be a minor issue which DID NOT TAKE AWAY from our wonderful experience.
- Alana (9/5): Amazing location for family getaway with a stunning view! - LOCATION!!!!!!!
Great staff! Very accommodating. Time to upgrade pillows.
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- Joy (10/5): Would not hesitate to book this unit again - The location of this property is perfect, steps away from Union Station and the Rogers Centre. Each bedroom had access to a full bathroom. The staff who greeted us was so friendly and accommodating. we arrived later than planned due to traffic and her flexibility was so appreciated. The property is fine for two couples. You do need to take two separate elevators to get to the unit, but the elevators were accessible and we did not have to wait at any time.
