• Andrés (7/5): The apartment has potential, but it requires improvements to enhance guest experience - Elegant location in the Kolonaki neighborhood with a charming bohemian vibe, just a 15-minute walk from the city center. The studio is spacious, approximately 40-45 square meters, features two windows and a balcony, along with good storage in the closets and a secure door. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with an electric oven, kettle, and induction hob which made it easy for cooking. We stayed at the end of the winter and the heating was excellent, we were warm all the time. There was air conditioning, although the remote was missing. The bathroom has been renovated and includes a well-functioning toilet, a practical towel dryer, and an exterior window for ventilation. The owner is responsive via WhatsApp, and promptly resolved an internet issue. The apartment is quiet. The couch is comfortable. Walking down the street, very close to the apartment, you can see the Parthenon. There were many enjoyable aspects in the apartments, and we generally had a good time. The area is on a hill, so you have to get used to walking uphill (5 blocks). The owner does not provide bath or hand towels or hair dryer so I had to bring them myself, which was uncomfortable. There is no bath mat. Only one roll of toilet paper is provided at the beginning (for a month-long stay). Access to the apartment requires going down stairs from street level, giving it a basement-like feel. There is no washing machine or microwave, if you are staying longer that may be an issue. There is only one bedside table with a burned-out light bulb, instead of two bedside tables. The shower curtain doesn't reach the floor, which wets the bathroom floor every day. The shower faucet has a leak. The decor could be improved with a more attractive bedspread, pictures, and properly sized curtains. There is a general musty smell. 7 dead cockroaches were found during our stay; once, a live cockroach crawled up my girlfriend's knee. The internet speed is not very high (around 8mb/s). The internet was down for the first two days, I had a work meeting I could attend. It's not possible to achieve complete darkness at night due to a broken curtain in the kitchen window. I had to buy a mop to clean the floors. The owner didn't want to buy a microwave to keep the rental price low. There are only two pillows, and other two had no pillow cases. The floor lamp is flimsy and seems like it could fall over.
• Mariana (6/5): Pleasant - The location is great, super safe with some restaurants nearby. 10min walking from the center of Athens, amazing! The cleanliness of the place, we had some insects underneath the couch and the smell when we entered was not very pleasant

• Irene (3/5): Poor - Nice quiet area You need to bring your own shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, coffee, towels (unless you pay 2.50 per towel, so 10 euros for 2 people), pillow cases, TV, etc. The host charges everything! Also, there's mold in the bathroom walls.
• Ehad (9/5): Superb - The location is just 15 minutes from Syntagma Square on foot, and the neighborhood is very quiet; we didn’t hear any noise despite Athens being a busy city. The apartment was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The kitchen was exceptional, with everything you need, including an oven, pots, and pans. The host was very friendly and provided clear instructions. Overall, it was a good experience, but the kitchen could have been cleaner, particularly the oven and the baking tray. I had to clean it myself before using it.

The host is dishonest and stingy. - Easy to collect keys and location Shower curtain dirty and mouldy, 1 toilet paper roll for 4 people for 2 days, sofa bed pillows smelled of curry. Only one side table, Pillows on bed were cushions not proper pillows, top lock on main door did not work, only 2 chairs for 4 people, no toiletries as advised on booking. When we requested toiletries we were told that was not included and the description on booking mysteriously changed and no longer there(see photo of original listing). Additional cost for towels ?? Basic necessity!!
• Daniela (9/5): The host was excellent, very responsive and supportive - Location is in a very nice neighbourhood, very calm, safe and nice area, but a bit uphill
• Christoph (2/5): Don’t go there, there are many better places for this price in Athens. - The apartment was dirty and unpractical. The bedsheets were dirty, the bathroom walls were full of mold, the shower curtain were orange from dirt and smelled bad. Moreover, the sink was ridiculously small, so that you hardly could wash your teeth.
• Forozan (4/5): Overall not good experience. The host offered a storage for our luggage after the early check out ( 10am!) for 8.30€ whe - The location was good. Facilities were very poor, there were not any hand towels, shampoo , body wash, TV, hair drier, tea or coffee . We could not find any kettle or toaster in the kitchen.

• Myrto (7/5): Good - The location is convenient. The accommodation was clean. There's mold over the shower. I think it's missing a TV and a kettle and maybe some more coffee table along with the sofa.

• Yevheniia (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was clean, the flat was in the safe area and the host answered quickly and helped a lot. For those who don’t like sport it would be a bit complicated because the flat is located on the hill. Other than that it was funny to realize that we have to pay 5 euro to use a hair dryer and it was quite uncomfortable to not have it in the flat from the beginning of our stay. So I suggest to ask for a fan in advance. Also in the bathroom in the top corner you can see a bit of mold which requires some cleaning. But in general everything was good for a 5 days stay.
• Suzanne (8/5): The apartment was very nice but, lack of facilities to make a hot drink on arrival was disappointing and although very n - It was spacious, clean, airy and big enough for the three of us. The walk from Syntagma to the property, was not suitable for us, it was uphill and steep, as we are 64, 67 and 70 years age, with two of us having leg and hip problems. We would have liked to have been able to make a coffee or tea, but apart from a rather large saucepan, the property lacked a kettle. Other places we have stayed have supplied a minimal amount of coffee, tea, sugar and milk to make a drink.

• Mihai (10/5): Exceptional - It's a greatly placed little property in the center, with 2 great comfortable beds that you can spend a couple of days in. Shops are nearby, the center is nearby, it's clean, the host will reply quick to messages and requests. Just make sure you read the full description on what services are provided and what are against a cost, so you don't have surprises. Going in well informed, everything was fantastic.

• Egidija (8/5): Cheap and well located. - - the location is lovely. The area is nice residential. It is a lovely 30 min walk into the old town. There are snazzy restaurants and bars around. A lovely taverns top only a few steps up into the little park. - exceptinally responsive staff. You will never feel like you have been left alone. - a very secure door - some people here were concerned about it being on the hill — but most Athens is on some kind of hill. It is not a problem. It’s only a gentle slope. - it is cheap. - the bed is comfortable. - it is very spacious - not a single pot. - no kettle. - not a single pan. - a hob and an oven, spatulas and a whisk, but no way to heat up water — ie, no tea or coffee in the morning. - no blanket, only one sheet. - one towel. No bathmat. - medium clean. There were trainer footprints on the sofa. My rucksack picked up sand from the floor.
