• Suwito (8/5): Our experience of staying in London is made happy and perfect by this beautiful and neat apartment. - The apartment is clear and neat, exactly as what is shown in the photos. The apartment conveniently located near to supermarket, bus stop and train station. There is no lift to go to the apartment which is located on the 4th floor. It is very challenging to carry up and down our big luggage thru the staircase
• Ka (10/5): Exceptional - Staff is helpful, communicate via whatsapp speedy response! Place clean and tidy! Everything were prepared such as utensils, salt and pepper, cooking oil, washing powder 3 floors stairs!! It is hard with heavy luggage

• Acker (1/5): Poor property and no hot water supply for shower - I stayed 4 nights but 3 nights out of hot water supply at night and caused we didnt have hot shower.... We tired to communicate with the property and replied "sorry" and said they will come up with compensation. However, my trip was over 10 days, no one reply and follow up even ignored my Whatsapp.... I would never book this again, and never using booking as they are not protecting customer. Poor apartment and booking platform.

• Anca (10/5): Fantastic holiday and accommodation. Will definetly return! - Clean and welcoming apartment, in a great location (4 min walk to Acton Main station / Elizabeth Line) within 15 minutes access to central London Nothing to mention
• Ian (10/5): This property over delivers on expectations. - Clean and well maintained property. It has everything you need with some nice personal touches. Great location the balcony is an added bonus. The hosts were amazing at checking in during our stay. The stairs (but worth the effort).
• Amy (7/5): Decent enough, but could be improved - It was very modern, close to amenities and a nice touch that there were things like fruit, bottled water in fridge, t-bags and dishwasher tablets. The sofa isn't particularly comfortable to sit on, maybe because it's a sofa bed. For a family of 4, we couldn't all sit down together as the sofa is too small for 4. The beds were fairly comfortable but not big enough, very narrow and you don't have much room to turn over, without feeling you were going to fall out. The hot water was not very reliable and we didn't seem to have any on the first night, after my son had a bath, so the rest of us were not able to shower or bath.

Walking distance 5 minutes to the train station, 2 minutes to the market. Super modern and comfortable No lift or elevator
