Zanella (5/5): Il soggiorno non è adeguato al costo giornaliero. - La posizione vicino ai punti più interessanti della città. La struttura è un po’ vecchia e ha bisogno di una buona manutenzione di base a cominciare dall’ascensore mal funzionante. Il soppalco in legno che ospita il letto scricchiola al passaggio e provoca vibrazioni rumorose inaccettabili durante la notte. Il bagno non ha finestra verso l’esterno e non ha aspiratore, il piatto doccia filato è malfermo, specchio piccolo e posizionato troppo in alto. Illuminazione scadente in tutta la struttura, le finestre non isolano dal rumore esterno. La presenza di persiane è la mancanza di tende non permette il completo isolamento dagli sguardi esterni durante la notte quando le luci sono accese.
YC (7/5): 闹中取静的好位置，但上厕所需要爬楼。 - 位置极佳，房东热情欢迎并推荐了餐厅，有电梯，虽然在闹市也比较安静。 loft的结构，客厅、沙发床和厨房在下面一层，厕所和浴室在上面一层，腿脚不好的人上下会不太方便。浴室洗澡容易水流满地。

Maria Francesca (9/5): Una bella scoperta Napoli! - L'appartamento è centralissimo, ben collegato ai punti strategici della città, nelle immediate vicinanze di via Toledo e quindi anche della metro a due passi. Nei pressi della Funicolare centrale, di piazza Plebiscito e del lungomare, non distante dal centro storico. Sotto la struttura la pasticceria Poppella famosa per il fiocco di neve e tante altre prelibatezze. Gli spazi interni sono ampi e luminosi. La posizione del bagno leggermente scomoda per chi ha dormito nel divano letto.
