• Nataša (10/5): The owner was very helpful and kind and we had great time. - The property is very nice, even if the neighborhood might give a different impression. The building itself is well-maintained and visually appealing. I also appreciate having a garage, although the parking space can only accommodate cars up to 4.15 meters in length. The kitchen has everything you need.

• Delimari (10/5): Υπεροχα - Πεντακάθαρο σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία το ζευγάρι πολύ φιλικό να μας βοηθήσουν με πληροφορίες για τα πάντα η τιμη απίστευτη για το διαμέρισμα που είχε τα πάντα μέσα το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα . • ANTONIOS (10/5): Μοναδική διαμονή - Επισκεπτόμαστε την πόλη σίγουρα δύο φορές το μήνα… ήταν με διαφορά η καλύτερη διαμονή που είχαμε ποτέ στην Αθήνα. Απίστευτο σπίτι, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις ανέσεις… νιώσαμε σαν το σπίτι μας και σίγουρα θα το επιλέγουμε σε κάθε μας επίσκεψη στην πρωτεύουσα!!! Επίσης, πολύ θετικό το γεγονός ότι υπάρχει ιδιωτικός χώρος στάθμευσης. Τέλος, ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ εξυπηρετικός και ευγενικός. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα!!! Όλα ήταν υπέροχα

• ΝΑΥΣΙΚΑ (10/5): - Πολυ όμορφο και καθαρό σπιτι, σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή! Ευγενεστατος και εξυπηρετικος οικοδεσπότης!!
• Jennifer (8/5): TOP Wohnung wenn man ein kleines Auto hat und Ohropax zur Verfügung hat. - Sehr freundlicher Besitzer, sehr sauber und komfortabel. Und das größte Plus war der Parkplatz unten in der Garage, auch wenn dort nur ein kleines Auto rein passt. Ein Kritikpunkt gibt es leider zu der Lautstärke der Nachbarn über der Wohnung. Leider hat man diese 24 Stunden am Tag und auch leider Nachts sehr laut gehört und das trübt ein wenig das sonst gute Gesamtbild.

• Kostadin (10/5): - We stayed here for 5 days. The location is great. Very gueit and safe neighbourhood wirh a nearby supermarket, bakeries and cafes and restaurants. There is a bus stop and metro station in a few minutes walk. So connecion to all landmarks in Athens is very convenient. The apartment is spacious and well equiped, it even had contat eye solution. Impecably clean. The bed and the sofa really comfortabe. The best part is the huge balcony with wonderful furniture. I sincerely recommend it.

Власна підземна парковка - це великий плюс в Афінах, де на вулиці ніде залишити авто. На час нашого перебування температура була вище 40 градусів, але в кожній кімнаті кондиціонер, тому в апартаментах було комфортно. Ті, хто буде відпочивати в менш спекотний період, зможуть оцінити чудово облаштовану терасу.
• Laura (7/5): Medio aceptable. - El anfitrión era majo y contestó a nuestras preguntas. La casa es grande, y en general cómoda y limpia. Hay un supermercado muy cerca a 2 minutos. La ubicación es horrorosa, el barrio está desértico, totalmente abandonado, calles sucias y viejas. Además no está nada bien comunicado. Está andando a 45 minutos del centro y no tiene ni bus ni metro cerca. Nos tuvimos que mover constantemente en Uber. La cama muy muy blanda al igual que las almohadas. Las vistas de la terraza a un edificio abandonado. Y por último, cada vez que te querías duchar tenías que encender un interruptor 15 minutos antes, apagarlo y ducharte, durando el agua caliente alrededor de 5 minutos de reloj.

• Jenny (10/5): Excellent stay really recommend - very lovely to have space and veranda all very clean and air conditioning quiet did not disturb sleep Everything lovely we walked to centre of town all the time and initially took tourist bus to experience lay out of town so we knew best routes to walk in really loved Athens had an amazing time from lovely cheap cafes to higher end meals and so loved all the museums and felt welcomed by hosts and many other greek people me met. Excellent value. all lovely
• Andrić (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was excellent and very clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host is extremely kind and welcoming. The metro station is very close, making it easy to reach the city centre, but you can also walk - it takes around 35 minutes on foot, perfect for exploring the streets along the way. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Athens!

• Renee (9/5): Lovely place, lots of little streets around to walk through - The photos were exactly how the property looked which was a bonus. Decent size, good facilities to use. The carpark design was horrible. Such a steep driveway, and there's a section of wall so you can't go Straight in you have to slowly turn it in. Getting out is also stressful, if you don't take a bit if accelaration, the car wont make it up. When you do accelarate so the car makes it out, people driving past glare at you or beep at you.... which is quite rude considering you are trying to get your car out so you don't roll back down. Also, at the end i was told i owe an extra 1.50 euro/night. Which is already covered in the breakdown. Which was very strange, as all the different accomodation i had stayed at in Greece, the break down of payment for each of them was exactly the same and not one other host asked for more money. Just we wary if you are told to pay the more money than you need to!!

• Gaoyun6982 (10/5): Great stay in Athens - A host met us in the apartment. Showed us all facilities and gave a useful recommendations about neighborhood. Simple and effective! The apartment is in walking distance from the metro stations (~20 min light walk to the line 1 and ~23 min to the line 2) or you can use trolleybuses or buses from the closes stop (~3 min light walk). The neighborhood is calm and the supermarket is nearby, also a street with many restaurants and cafes is close by. The apartment itself has everything needed and super clean! Can't think of anything to complain about :)

Unfortunately we can not use parking space since our car is caravan and we have upper suitcase snd the garage is very steep . If we new this before maybe we won't selected this place since parking in Athens is something like luxury :) and it was for us priority.

Apartment was also very clean and good location. Near the metro and cafes, parks, grocery stores. The apartment is located in residential area so it was quite. There is nothing we didn't like :)

• Dan (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is close to the Victoria subway station (10 minutes walking) which makes connections to the main points of interest for tourists. All around - 5 minutes walking in every direction - there are coffee shops, mini markets and tavernas for all budgets. It has its own parking space which is very important if travelling by car in Athens. Very good and promplty communication with the host. They are nice and helpful people.

• Fatih (10/5): Nice house - This flat is very suitable for families. Has a large balcony. Another important opportunity is a parking garage. Location is very close to center of city. You can go Akropolis by car in ten minutes. Everything was ok.

The large terrace was perfect for breakfast and evening relaxation. The best convenience was the mosquito nets! They were in every window (terrace and bedroom). The flat is well protected (windows secured with sliding burglar bars). For those needing to cool down, air conditioning is installed. I wish everyone to come across such great places!
