There is a public bath nearby to rest and recharge, while experiencing Japanese Sento bath 3. Great place to stay for many nights 1. It would be perfect if the bath tub can be used
• Sani (8/5): Very good - Kota was great. he personally leave a message welcoming me to the property. The instructions to check in is clear so I don't have any problem with that. The location is also great. you can reach convenience store, tram station and bus stops within 5 mins walk. The trams stops directly in front of Zoshigaya train station and you also can reach the station within 10-15 mins walk. The room is small, but clean and has all you need. I particularly liked the fact that there is a washing machine with free detergent. it allows me to pack light and not carrying heavy luggage (the room is on 3rd floor with no escalator/lift). the neighborhood is quiet but it gets dead quiet after 8pm with no people walking around but it is very safe to walk alone. the room is a bit dated. the walls shows sign of age and the toilet does not have bidet. the bathroom also become very cold (I visited on early March) because there is no heating, only fans for ventilation. the room is on 3rd floor with only stairs to use so if you have a lot of luggage it can be a problem.

• 維平 (9/5): Excelent - The room is very clean, and the location is very quiet. There is a 24 hours convenient store just next to the place. I have nothing to complain.
