• Kim (1/5): Disgusting; filthy; lazy; money grubs; liars; rude; & all wrong. - Nothing, the host are greedy, lazy, rude, argumentative & wrong people. Don’t stay here you’ll be disappointed beyond belief. They want your money plus more, yet provide nothing. They drop off sheets but don’t make beds. Host is deceptive, no linen, no towels, no bathmat, no toilet roll, no tee towels; no nothing, or pay extra; keys not on site elsewhere & no dog confirmed; all this was not transparent before booking, only after in 4 massive emails with conditions & limitations. They state you can pay extra for bedding to be delivered, but they don’t make beds. Keys offsite was not acceptable at a Real Estate, very poor. Didn’t listen to booking with dog not confirmed on their confirmation. Linen & necessities not provided or pay extra huge costs; were not transparent before booking; only after in many massive emails. Dirty, money grubs, poor to no service, hid condition of property, would not let us cancel, harassed us; didn’t refund us. Don’t stay here they’re evildoers. Disgusting people, rude, deceptive, hid excessive amount of what was not included, then wants more money. Doesn’t make beds. Not to be trusted, too much money; property don’t meet expectations. Booking.com took no responsibility nor did they help; try Stayz they & hosts are excellent.

• Sharon (8/5): Comfortable, well equipped home in quiet location. - Nice quiet location. House had everything we needed. Happy that our little Jack Russell could join us on our mini holiday. Electric blankets for winter would have been nice as heating did not reach main bedrooms. Too many keys made it tricky when entering home. Driveway gardens are overgrown in places impacting unloading of car especially during wet weather.

• Willem (8/5): We had a girls getaway and this property offered all our requirements so happy with our choice - It's in a great location, not over priced and comfy It would have been nice to have the personal touch of tea, coffee and sugar sachets just a thought

• Tracey (8/5): Lovely quiet place. Wished I could have stayed longer. - The place was clean & tidy with plenty of room. The TV reception was shocking. Very few channels & the ones I wanted to watch became pixilated after 1min. Then just a blank screen. No heating/cooling in the master bedroom which was a long way from the heat/cooling in the lounge. There was a portable thing that may have been a heater, but I forgot to test it. A LOT of keys. Not labelled. I wrote a G for garden & L for laundry on the ones I used the most.

• Glenn (5/5): Inverloch is amazing, but Serrell wasn't up to you usual standard. - The location is very good Having stayed at Serrell every Queens birthday weekend since 2018, this year was a bit disappointing for a couple of reasons: 1) Inside was not clean, not really dirty, just dusty 2) Only 1 toilet roll supplied for each toilet for the whole weekend 3) The cost has increased dramatically since Covid - including a 30% increase from 2021 to 2022 ($572 ->$749) We feel that we have been excellent tenants iver the times we have stayed, always leaving the home tidy and checking out on time, and we think a reduced rate would be well earned and appreciated
• Julia (5/5): The house offers lots of space and is located in a great spot, however, it definitely wasn’t clean enough to feel 100% c - Plenty of space and convenient access to house through multiple entries. The cleanliness, especially of floors and couches, was very questionable. Lots of dog fur, hair balls and dust. Many dishes and cutlery hadn’t been cleaned properly either.
• Jenni-louise (10/5): the perfect accomodation for a wedding celebrant having to combine both work and pleasure whilst needing to bring two do - we liked this fully equipped pet-friendly family home because of its comfort ability and close access to town nothing - it was perfect for our purpose
