Guest Reviews
- Smart (3/5): Excellent location, but less comfortable than a hostel. - Location was very convenient. The toilet leaked so loudly I had to wear earplugs to sleep.
- Charkout (8/5): Very good -
- Michael (4/5): Ok ish - Proximity to all museums In my case room to near front door, being woken up at 4.30 am by laundry man and sounds from hallway as door of rooms are like not well fitting. So good on location and if a room further away from main door might make for a better stay.
- Sophia (5/5): It was okay not too bad but not exceptional - It was in the heart of the city, there was a communal kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave and a kettle. There was a problem with the electricity and hot water on the second day of our stay it was quite unpleasant.
- Dylan (7/5): Good - The location was incredible and the room was spacious and pleasant and the staff very friendly and helpful. Due to its central location, it was quite noisy late into the night which had nothing to do with the hotel.
- El (8/5): Very good -
- Andre (8/5): Very good -
- Catherine (7/5): Good - We arrived and got a bit lost but after finding it all was good.
Key was left for us as we arrived late. Morning check-in the man there was lovely and very helpful.
Location is absolutely perfect, only thing you need to be aware of is it's a lively city & you are right in the middle of it - so yes there is a lot of noise throughout the night.
All up better than I had expected after reading reviews.
- Enis (7/5): Good -
- Urim (9/5): Superb -
- Emeli (5/5): Very short. - Great location. I didn’t stay there after i read about the bedbugs here. I couldn’t get my money back, but i saw the room that looked nice. I told the staff that If they dont have bedbugs they should try to get rid of those comments. It couldn’t be that difficult.
- Bojana (8/5): Very good - Perfect location.
Compliments for the receptionist! The towels and the size of the bathroom.
- Ana (9/5): Superb -
- Erika (8/5): Old but stylish - The location is fantastic. All the main sights are close by, plus one is not disturbed by traffic. The furniture is older but we had counted on that in advance according to the description. In addition, the room was practically arranged and our stay was pleasant. The small kitchen and dining area available to guests was a nice bonus. Also, check-in was super easy, even though we didn't arrive on time. The bathroom would certainly need some upgrade - our toilet was leaking, causing noise in a room.
The staff are not here very often - we didn't mind it, but it could be a problem for someone else.
We were here at the end of October, so we didn't need any air conditioning and we didn't even try the power of wi-fi (who needs it in Florence?! :-)).
And still, mobile signal was not very strong - old house, thick walls...
- Hans-peter (9/5): Superb - Fantastic location, helpful and friendly staff! Great value!
I stayed there with my daughter and we were super happy with the hotel. If you don't expect a luxury five-star hotel, but try to find a great spot in the heart of Firenze, e.g. to explore the city, this should be your choice. We'll definitely come back!
- Barbara (8/5): Great position, comfy. - Perfect position. But at night on weekends can be a bit loud The wi fi didn’t work at some hours, I tried to send a message but I didn’t get an answer, it can get a bit loud.
- Naphattra (5/5): Passable - The location is good but very noisy. noisy and something need staff to help but cannot help for example call taxi to go the Airport.
- Shota (7/5): Good - The hotel location is perfect. The value of the money that I spend was worth of it. The wifi connection was awful. we tried to reconnect but it was working only for a short moment.
- Andrea (4/5): Disappointing -
- David (1/5): Horrible experience. Avoid at all cost - Absolutely nothing. Location was the good Booked 2 double rooms
*Room1 had a broken toilet. Had to use the shared toilet. No lights only lamps.
*room 2 had no lights, only lamps one not working. Toilet seat cracked, and toilet broken, water pouring out the bottom when flushed. Informed the manager, only to be told it was ok when he checked it that morning. . Hard to believe since he arrived while we were waiting to be checked in. Was told it would be fixed, got back to our room only to find towels around the toilet.
*shower screen broken and only had one door. No normal tv channels.
*no air con
*no fridge
*elevator only went up. Had to walk down
*rooms were run down and dirty. Were only left 1 towel between 2 people.
I spoke to the manager about the possibility of getting some sort of compensation. He just shrugged his shoulders and walked away.
*Internet kept dropping out, called the hotel number only to be told he couldn’t do anything about it as no body was on premises and that reception closed at 8pm. So no. TV or internet for our last night.
This hotel is situated on the 2 floor of an old building, hard to get up and down. As stated before, you can not get the lift from the Second floor.
At check out, we had to go downstairs to catch the lift up to bring our bags down. Twice!! It is a small lift.
If it was possible to give minus scores, this hotel would definitely get a -5.
Ruined our stay in this beautiful city. Avoid at all cost.
- Sorina (6/5): Pleasant - The hotel met expectations in terms of value for money. The location is excellent, the hotel is old but decent and modest in terms of conditions, yet it fulfills the need for accommodation close to all points of interest. Although I have repeatedly requested the invoice both by phone and through several emails, I still have not received it. I don’t know whom to contact in order to get it.
- Anonymous (3/5): Poor -
- Doris (6/5): They could work a little bit in the appearance of the room - Great location and friendly staff
- Fasong (1/5): Would not recommend. Very basic. Some facilities and services not in working order. - Location Room is dark, very basic facilities. Mosquitoes. No kitchenette or kettle (which was our fault for not checking). Also no bin. Wifi dpesn’t work in the mornings. Lift also doesn’t seem to work in the morning so we had to lug our suitcases down 3 flights of stairs. Reception staff does not speak a word of English, though that wasn’t too much of a problem. It just prevented us from asking any questions (eg we wanted to ask about laundry facilties). We just grabbed our keys and had to figure things out ourselves. The same staff barged into our room without knocking or checking first - to clean our room. We were taken aback by this! Towels are thin. Check out was 11am. We returned in the morning at 10am to find that staff had already made their way in and left our suitcases out in the hallway! Would not recommend this place.
- Moffat (1/5): Bad - Nothing Receptionist can't speak english, got accused of not paying the reservation even though I already paid it on 14th August. No towels provided, loud and cheap air conditioning, would not recommend for stay
- Mallon (7/5): Good - Very central and clean Staff were never there when you needed them n if you were lucky enough to find staff they couldnt speak any english
- Jin (3/5): Lot things need to improved by hotel - Location Internet is bad
- Linsey (7/5): Good - Yes, the rooms need some renovation like new paint or new outlets. But the location is amazing!! Right in the centre in a nice little area. With everything you‘d need (e.g. grocery stores, chemists, etc.) reachable within a short 4-7min walk.
I wanna note that they don’t normally have hairdryers in the rooms or at the front desk which we were a little surprised, but an hour later the guy at the front desk organised a hairdryer which we were allowed to keep for our stay👍 Our only issue really was the Internet connection… it didn’t work in the evening and since the front desk worker leaves at 8pm we couldn’t ask to get it fixed. So planning for the next day made it really hard since there wasn’t even mobile reception (which was a lot throughout Florence!!)
It usually worked again around 10am in the morning. Also walking around in the shared areas didn’t help as well since there was no connention either!
- Atiya (9/5): perfect for our 2 night stay. close to all amenities and bars. very close to main tourist spots - location excellent room was dark. not enough lighting
- Kupradze (8/5): Very good - It is quite big and comfy room and everything was clean. worth to stay there. perfect location. there was standing air conditioner that was quite loud. Also its ventilating mile was hanging from the window, because of that we were not able to shut the window.
- Martin (1/5): Non-existent. We left asap! - Nothing, we checked out almost immediately after we arrived. The resident pickpocket attempted to rob us less than a minute after we first left to collect our thoughts and decide how to deal with the situation. He tried again, following us out of the actual hotel as we checked out. We chased him, but he laid low until we left the area. He clearly knew we recognised him. Odd how he knew each time that we were leaving…. Everything. The room was tiny and dark. The bedheads were stained, the mattress was lumpy, the towels were as thin as old bed sheets. The lighting was useless, the door to the room didn’t actually fit into the frame. I could go on….
- Patrick (6/5): Pleasant -
- Vladimir (8/5): Very good - The location was great and bed was really comfortable. The toilet was a little bit weird, no toilet seat design...
- Raluca (8/5): Very good -
- Marvin (7/5): Worth the money for a short trip stay - The location is more than perfect! We got a little worried bc of the bad reviews but we really had an amazing stay! We arrived shortly before 8p.m. and there was still someone at the reception to receive us and if we had arrived later they would have left the keys with a note - so no worries there. We had a private bathroom where everything was working - one showerdoor was broken but we could still close it so it didn't bother us. And the cleaning staff never took anything except for the trash. It can get loud outside the window in the morning hours but it's bc the location could not be more central and Florence is a very clean city! Also this did not bother us. I do recommend to give this hotel a try especially the private rooms bc we could not have picked out a better place to stay for 3 nights!!! There was a mosquito in the room but then again they were also in restaurants so it's something that happens.
- Nicco (8/5): Very good -
- Edixon (1/5): I felt robbed, I lost my money, the worst night of my life I spent in this hotel. - The building was gloomy and dark, bad looking, the building smelled bad inside, the elevator only goes up, not down, you have to go down the stairs. The lighting in the room was very bad, the TV didn't work, they didn't provide soap or towels and the bed was infested with bed bugs, the air conditioning was a toy, instead of cooling it heated up and there was too much noise, we had a terrible night, don't come here this horrible hotel don't waste your money
- Jorge (7/5): Good -
- Arthur (4/5): Disappointing - Very well placed in Florence, nice neighborhood, super comfy beds, and high ceiling. So, between the strong smell of cigarette as soon as we got in the room, the absent staff at the entrance (super low security) and the BED BUGS, we were really disapointed.
Also grains of sand in the bed, not super clean floor etc
- Kathryn (8/5): Very good -
- Marta (2/5): Leave that page, keep looking - It is in the historical city center so it was close to all of the tourist attractions. Staff speaking English. The room was not what is was said in its description: there was no TV, the view for the city was a view for a smelly backyard, they do not provide slippers. It was noisy, I could not sleep for almost my whole stay hearing what local neighbours are doing (yelling) and when other hotel guests are coming back to the place (room in from of the main entrance with code that beeps when you are using it with a long beep when you provide the good numbers and the door opens. Room was dirty and old, not to mention the shower without any walls - the bathroom is one big shower cabin. Hotel is on the second floor and you can use lift (that broked during my stay) or you can go by the stairs - just prepare yourself with the flashlight as there is not any source of light on the stairs.
- Ahmed (4/5): 1 gest not 2 - I paid for 2 gestes. It was only me. 1gest I came alone. 1 gest. But I paid for 2 gestes
- Lisa (1/5): Bad - NOTHING!!! I did not stay there, as it was dirty.
- Shahab (6/5): Overall, it is a good place to stay because of its location, just for one or two nights. - The decoration was so amazing that it felt like a movie location. Finding the building was a bit complicated due to the lack of clear signage. It was rainy, and without the help of a neighbor, we wouldn't have been able to get inside.
- Gökçe (4/5): Disappointing -
- Ian (6/5): On the balance, OK. - Location was great. Walking distance to old Florence. Groceries and laundrettes close by. Shower door needs attention as a wheel is missing. Shower head was not on properly. I reseated the o-ring seal and it was better. Some electrical outlets did not work. Some mosquitoes present and no insect spray supplied.
- Fran (1/5): DONT GO!!! unless you no other options - location was good, although a bit of noise at night as people are out and about shower is just a dribble, wall socket broken, lighting is dim so room very dark, tv doesnt work, no smoking sign yet staff smoke in the kitchen, I was given 2 toilet rolls for 10 days .. receptionist speaks very little english.. business lounge is 3 cafe tables and about 3 chairs in a bif space .. kitchen is a very dirty microwave & jug , fridge not very cold.. I tried to use the kirchen as little as possible.. you can only call the lift from level 0 so can go up, but if the lift isn’t already waitjng on level 2, you have to walk down 5 flights of stairs.. reception is empty most of the time and the phone hardly ever answered .. many people turned up during my stay having booked and paid with no one there to check them in and give them a room .. I coukd go on
- Alla (10/5): Hotel Ferdinando II di Medici is a calm, silent place to stay in the heart of Florence. - The location is excellent! And you do not see any personnel - you are independent, can enter the hotel opening it yourself, as a real Florentine citizen, you can use kitchen, etc. I received the key (password) to open the entrance door by email the day of my arrival when, unfortunately, I had no internet access. So I could not open it immediately and became nervous. Then the problem was solved, but the instruction how to open the door should be sent in advance.
- Michel (1/5): Never again - Noisy, windows do not close fully. The light in the corridor remains open all night and comes inside the room under the door. shower door very difficult to open/close. Noise from upstair (water evacuation). Impossible to receive an invoice (no answer over the phone, no answer to email).
- Inga (5/5): Great location, old facilities. - The location is really great. Very close to everything in the city center. It's important when you are a tourist. The facilities are very old. They need some renovation, especially the bathroom. The bed and the wardrobe is ok, because it's old style and that works, but when it comes to the bathroom and the shower, I think it's not acceptable to be like as it was. The shower didn't work well, so it was pretty annoying.
- Pascal (8/5): Easy checkin, friendly staff, no nonsense. - Convenient, great location and value Poor sound and light insulation, had to hang up my pants and a towel to shed the light, see attached photo
- Andersson (1/5): Bad -
- Sophia (8/5): Very good - the location could not have been any better. all the sights were accessable by walking! the rooms were a little bit too dark even in the middle of the day
- Michael (1/5): Bad -
- Lukrecija (6/5): Pleasant - Tha place was in the heart of the Florence, easy to reach the highlighta of the city The noise from the street was big but probably that’s what you get when you live in the city centre.
- Naama (1/5): Horrible - The whole experience was absolutely terrible. We couldn't find the hotel and search it for an hour in the rain. There was no answer on the phone of the front desk. There was no directions and no normal sign indicating of the hotel whereabouts.
There was no one in the reception the whole time we were there. The cleaning lady was the one who welcomed us. She had a note with our names and a higher rate than agreed with Booking.
The room itself was a nightmare. The electricity wasn't working right and there was barely any light but a small flickry sidebed light. The sink was jammed and dripped on my luggage. Not to mention the sink itself wasn't even in the bathroom, but next to the BED. The towels were a rough piece of cloth. The bed made our backs hurt. I literally cried myself to sleep.
Tge second we arrived and took this whole nightmare in, we tried to leave and get a refund. The owner refused. I know it'll be a funny story someday, but I was hoping for better customer service from Booking.
- Emanuele (7/5): If you’re just looking for a priceless location.. - The location is just priceless Very poor service no daily cleaning quite noisy
- Ehsan (8/5): Very good - Location was great. Staff were kind. Room was warm and cosy. Bedding was comfortable. Bathroom and shower facilities could be improved.
- Giorgos (10/5): Exceptional - Great location
Friendly staff Check out at 11:00
- Peter (3/5): Convenient but basic - Location brilliant. bedlinen very clean and laundered. Room was clean. Poor bathroom facilities ,lift not always working. Generally run down. Electric plugs faulty pretty noisy.
- Van (1/5): Bad - Location was absolutely amazing!!! The toilet in our room was broken. The bar on the ground floor and the street is very loud at night into the early morning hours. The beds were very uncomfortable and the room was not cleaned very well upon check-in. The listing says free toiletries but when I asked for more sanitary paper I was told they didn't have any. There was also no soaps for the shower only hand soap for washing your hands. The elevator will not call to the floor the hotel is on although it will take you from the ground floor to the hotel and back down if the elevator is already on that floor. Overall it was a disappointing stay..
- Ibrahim (8/5): Very good - İt was all good , great location, clean room and bathroom, they are changing the sheets everyday
- Bakhriddin (1/5): Bad - Never recommend this place - does not have any conditions and nobody in reception: never! Nothing - delete it from booking.
- Amanda (6/5): Cheap stay in great location, with minimal frills. - The location is great, and they spontaneously updated us to an accessible 4 bed room. For a hostel-like price, it was not bad value for money. Unfortunately, the lady at check-in did not speak english so my high school italian had to do. However, she was very friendly. Also, the toilet needed us to pull the inside mechanism to flush it. There also were a few mosquitoes one night and the soundproofing is quite bad from the street, making earplugs a necessity.
- Modestas (1/5): Bad -
- Christopher (4/5): Disappointing -
- Silvia (9/5): A very nice stay and place to visit Florence! - Location very close from everything! Very good position! A lot of noise during the night
- Barry (1/5): read the reviews before you book - The part where I checked out and left. I can overlook the broken/leaking shower head, i could overlook the lack of toilet paper, i could overlook the -ZERO- customer service. When we booked we got codes to enter and a room number as a message through the booking.com app. We arrive and no one is there. I had asked about leaving luggage before check in and they never acknowledged it. We left our luggage for a couple hours anyways, luckily everything was still there when we returned. But still…. even it it was the appropriate check in time the listing indicated.. no one was there. the place was a ghost town. I eventually tired of waiting and knowing what room number was assigned just grabbed the key off the wall. Fine.. even this i could overlook. Electrical outlets that didn’t work, hearing voices through the plumbing (seriously..) no air conditioning, i can over look this as well. Mosquitos eating us while we sleep (no air conditioning so the window has to be opened) and drunkards screaming at 2am from the window, i can overlook these. Paper thin walls where we could hear everything our direct neighbors did, i mean.. everything, i can overlook this. i can overlook the sink not draining properly. Again, i can overlook all of these things.
what i absolutely refuse to accept, its the gestapo style door pounding when it was time to collect their tax. now.. i can speak very little italian, and i used google translate and i was aware of the city tax. fine. but the way they approached us, as we had to pay it **right now** (we still had 2 more days before check out) and even if im apologizing that my italian is very very poor (basically none) and the guy was condescending about me not speaking italian when i asked (in italian) if they spoke english, no.. just pay the money now. Being disrespected, that i cannot overlook. nor the part where the lady who put her foot in the door as if to prevent us from closing our room door. it was an invasion of space and privacy and i did not appreciate it.
- Asela (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kwan (4/5): Although the actual room is acceptable, please do not stay here unless it is your last and only option, despite the othe - The location One staff in particular had terrible attitude. Checked into our first night, she spoke absolutely 0 English and kept forcing us to pay the city tax by cash because the card machine wasn’t working due to wifi issues, after countless times we’ve told her we do not have cash, only card. And she repeatedly attempted to force us to pay even when we asked if we could pay once the wifi was fixed so that the card machine was working, because we were staying for 3 nights. Despite us making continuous effort at trying to communicate with her through google translate which she clearly understood, she refused to do the same in return and decided to continually speak Italian to us. Out of sheer frustration and patience running out, we gave up in hopes of seeing someone else in the morning as well as having the wifi working again.
- Oleg (1/5): Bad -
- Igor (9/5): Superb - The hotel is in downtown of Napoli, not far from the Garibaldi train station, which is convenient for travelers.
- Ann (4/5): meh - The location was great The staff was not available. We ran out of toilet paper and had to go buy some as there was no one around to help (all day or night). We only saw the cleaning person when we checked in.
- Ilia (8/5): Very good -
- Wardah (6/5): Pleasant - It is a self checkin accommodation and when we arrived there we followed information that they provided to enter our room. To our great disappointment, the key to our room was not there and we had to contact the property and we were asked to take the key for room number 3. We entered the room and there were other customers stuff in there and we were so shocked. we tried contacting the property again and they didnt reply and there was one more key for room number 1, so we took it and entered the room and it was free. It was late and very embarrassing for us. The only thing was ok was the location.
- Michael (1/5): Don’t do it! - Awful. A floor lamp in the bathroom to provide lights. Horrible response from site contact. AC unit was not vented and plug didn’t match outlets. We did not stay. Found another place. Horrible. Any chance of a refund? See above
- Jaynette (6/5): Pleasant - The location was very good Very difficult to find, a small metal plaque by the side of the door.
No- one to check us in, a lady arrived, she obviously worked at the building, she couldn't speak English and shrugged her shoulders when I tried to explain, eventually another woman came, she spoke English and made a phonecard, she then produced a card machine which didn't work on several attempts. Everything was too much trouble for them, we were eventually allocated our room.
- Michail (8/5): Very good - 3 minutes walk from palazzo vechio ,5 min from cathedral. Very good location ! It was a bit dirty on some points of the room, but not something annoying .
- Ersen (1/5): Terrible Experience - Location Definitely do not choose this place. Think many times when buying a room, because the details and photos never match. We took a room with a city view and the window of the room was looking into the building space, it was scary. Someone could enter your room at will through the side window, you could never open the window. The cleaning was so bad we did not complete our stay. You can never reach anyone at the facility, you have to enter and exit on your own, or if you have a problem, unfortunately you cannot solve it in any way.
- Kailey (5/5): Loved the location, but definitely earns its 1-star rating. Hotel was as expected for price - The location was incredible. It was super easy to get from the train station to the hotel, and back again to the airport. Couldn't believe how close we were to the heart of downtown. The check in process was strange and off putting. The poor woman who checked us in looked genuinely surprised to see us and clearly wasnt there for us. I think we got lucky with her walking in because there was no one at the desk. Also there is absolutely no sound proofing in any of the rooms. You could hear every conversation in the hall, and every door slam. We were woken up every day early by people. Also in the stairwell of the building, there was definitely a huge poop left by I hope a dog, but Im honestly not sure. It was there for the remainder of our trip and we had to walk by it each time we left the building.
- Jillian (3/5): Poor -
- Vivian (1/5): Bad - There was not breakfast, there was nobody to give us the key. They are a mess, no one will pick up the phone. They double booked us. We had paid over a month in advance and when we got to the place there was not key. We talk to three different guests and they experience the same. It was terrible. They are not responsible for their business. This was a terrible experience.
- Guillermo (8/5): Very good -
- Ruchika (4/5): Never staying there again regardless of how great the location is!! - No breakfast offered I was bitten by bed bugs during my stay there. I did not see a single staff member during my stay at the hotel. I checked in to find my key in an envelope with my name on it and similarly checked out by returning the key on the reception counter. I asked via email and whatsapp (because there was never anyone at reception) if I could leave my bags at reception after check out but only got an answer at the end of the day by which time it was pointless as I had already lugged my suitcase around all day. It was extremely noisy in the area which is still not the worst thing about a short stay but the hygiene standards at the hotel are questionable due to the bed bugs!!!
- Tashjian (5/5): N/A - location there was no one that welcomed us, the staff came only at 3, and was talking only italian
- Michael (4/5): Nobody on site, not clean. - Good location! Nobody was on site the entire time we were there to check in or check out. We had to take our keys from behind the desk. Additionally, my coworker's room had bed bugs. Rooms are extremely dim, not sure if a towel was provided or not...it could have been a blanket.
- Joshua (1/5): Bad -
- Vladimir (7/5): Florence's heart - Location was great, we lived inside of the Florence's heart. Not enough light from lamps inside. Place just to sleep, but we walked outside most time.
- Chip (1/5): Good location but so this hotel was disappointing. - Owner was no where to be found. No staff. Lots of problems and no one around . Talked to other people and we all had the same problems. Backed up plumbing, electrical problems, etc Lights need to work at entrance of hotel on 2nd floor. It was pitch dark. A sign of some sort would have been helpful pointing in the direction of hotel. Floors were dirty. Shower could have used some Clorox and an additional fan in the room since there was no air conditioning.
- Ffion (1/5): Awful. - Do not stay here, very creepy. Couldn’t get hold of staff to check in. Made me feel very unsafe and ended up moving to a new hotel
- Victor (1/5): Do not stay here - Nothing Next to no communication or sympathy from the owner. We had a train delay travelling from naples and had avised beforehand that we would be behind scheduele. Arrived literally minutes late and there was nobody to check us in. We spent 2 hours trying to contact the owner in vain. Other guests we spoke to while trying to find a solution mentioned that it was common for the staff to leave for the day before the check in period was over. In the end they charged us the full cancellation fee and completely ghosted us even though we actually showed up! Avoid!!!
- David (5/5): It was good for a one star - There was an elevator, an air conditioner, and a bathroom in the room Required some maintenance (the shower door was broken)
- Ann (2/5): Very poor - We couldn't charge any of our appliances because the plugs didn't work in the room. A lot of guests arrived later that evening who didn't have a room for them. Or were double booked. Our room was nice and spacious. The bathroom was outside which I didn't mind. a lot of other customers had a bad experience. The location is very good.
- Kevin (10/5): A super hotel to stay at for exploring the city. - We had a very comfortable stay. The hotel is in a great location for exploring the city. Not really a dislike, the property is rather dated.
- Etienne (5/5): Passable - Central, friendly lady at the reception that is trying to be helpful as much as she can The internet did not work. I was assigned to the wrong room and had to change halfway through. The hotel is not easy to find, a simple plate announces it on the street and you have to know the code to enter. Then, it's on the 2nd floor but with no sign telling you you have to go up. There's an old and super small elevator, it's unclear to me if someone in a wheelchair can ever get up there.
- Mehdi (3/5): Just location is very good but all in all not good - Just location Light the room is so low and dark
Air conditioning didn’t work well and the air in room so hot
The stuff cant speak english and she didn’t exist any time
- Shubhra (1/5): Bad - - Person was always missing and unreachable.
- very unorganised, unapproachable, not collaborative, doesnt pick up calls and very slow to respond to queries.
- Dont recommend this place to anyone unless this is your last option
- Aidan (1/5): Waited for two hours at reception for someone to check us in but there was no one there. Called and messaged multiple ti -
- Victor (8/5): Very good stay at an affordable price. - Location is great! It is very reasonable on affordability. Perhaps a new coat of paint to refresh the looks.
- Olesia (10/5): Exceptional - This location is in city centre. Staff is nice. The property is nice. Good price quality.
