• Vanessa (1/5): Here? Never again! - Nothing absolutely nothing There was nothing to like because the place absolutely disgusting. I bring my own bedsheets for allergy reasons. The matras had blood stains, some on the duvet. When I contacted the owner about this I was asked to send pictures so I did, she said there’s was nothing she could do about it and advised me to put her sheet back on the bed and then my own sheets on top. I told her that I am not sleeping on another person’s blood. She advised me to cancel the booking and that she would confirm this with Booking.com so that I can get my money back. The stay was to celebrate my birthday. I left the accommodation in tears, I had to park at a truck parking and sleep in my car because the drive back home was too long.

Facilité d’accès, pièce spacieuse et bien - La situation géographique, le confort , très grande pièce , franchement très agréable Juste les voisin du haut avec un bruit énorme tard la nuit et très tôt le matin

• Béatrice DELBAR (9/5): Très belle expérience ! - L'espace. On s'y sent bien. C'est net, propre. Lumineux. Le lit est très confortable. L'isolation phonique entre appartements. J'ai eu la chance d'avoir des voisins calmes donc je n'ai pas à m'en plaindre. Il manque ne serait-ce qu'une barre pour pendre les vêtements. Je n'ai pas compris le fonctionnement de la TV mais pas grave.

A louca estava suja; O pano de prato estava encardido, nojento, nao consegui usar; As buchas de lavar a louca estavam nojentas também, tudo o que usei "lavei" com as maos e o detergente; Travesseiros desconfortáveis, tivemos dor de torcicolo; As toalhas de rosto estavam encardidas e duras. O que era pra me trazer conforto que era a cozinha equipada me deu nojo.

La chambre il y avait juste un lit ,aucune armoire pour ranger ses vêtements,La cuisine manquait d'ustensiles et le peu qui avait était gras,seul la salle de bain était correcte.Je suis extrêmement déçu que booking propose ce bien dans son catalogue.

Manque d'équipement, cuisine à disposition mais très peu de matériel pour s'en servir (cuillère, ustensiles, planche à découper...) Pas de petit salon à disposition dans notre logement La remise des clés a été compliquée, j'ai dû appeler plusieurs fois pour savoir comment se faisait la remise et savoir le code du coffre qui n'a pas été fourni automatiquement. malheureusement, des poubelles ont été déposées en bas des escaliers et il y avait plein de vers :/

• Markus (6/5): Eine gute Unterkunft mit Steigerungsbedarf. - Es war ein sauberes Appartement in zentral naher Lage.Alles in der Nähe was man braucht. Leute welche offensichtlich unter uns residierten, beschwerten sich über tropfendes Wasser. Bei uns war die Decke im Badezimmer mit einem Wasserschaden versehen. Rund um die Duschtasse war das Silikonartige Dichtmaterial in einem schlimmen Zustand. Es war ekelhaft vergammelt und offensichtlich für das tropfende Wasser im Raum darunter verantwortlich. Ohne Duschvorhang oder Tür ist ein vernünftiges duschen nicht möglich. Die Temperaturdosierung war nur sehr schwer möglich.Es blueb lange sehr heiß.Es fließt alles nach draußen ins Badezimmer. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war sehr dürftig. Der Wasserkocher war defekt. Das Besteck nicht sehr appetitlich. Es gab nur eine Tasse. Das Bett sollte eine weichere und dickere Matratze erhalten. Auch die Kissen sind viel zu klein. Ich habe mir eins bei Jysk gekauft.

The issue was caused by a defective Velux window that allowed cold air to constantly enter the apartment. I believe this problem should have been checked and fixed before guests arrived, especially since the reservation was already confirmed. We informed the host immediately, but we were told that there was nothing she could do because it was already late and that the issue would be fixed the next day. Unfortunately, this did not help us at all, as we were leaving the following morning. In addition to the cold, there was an unpleasant smell throughout the entire apartment. On top of that, during the night we could constantly hear water flowing in the radiator, most likely because it had not been properly bled, which made resting difficult and the stay even more unpleasant. Another negative aspect was the coffee machine provided, but without any coffee available, making it essentially useless. Overall, the stay was extremely unpleasant and I do not recommend this accommodation. The level of comfort provided is far below expectations and does not justify the price paid.

• Étienne (8/5): Séjour très agréable dans un logement bien situé, propre et confortable. - Séjour très agréable ! Nous avons passé 5 jours excellents dans ce logement qui a pleinement répondu à nos attentes. L'emplacement est idéal, permettant de profiter facilement des environs tout en bénéficiant d'un cadre calme et reposant. La situation géographique est vraiment un atout majeur. Le logement était impeccablement propre à notre arrivée, ce qui est toujours très appréciable. L'ensemble des équipements était en parfait état de fonctionnement. Côté confort, nous n'avons manqué de rien : literie de qualité, espaces bien agencés et une décoration soignée qui rend l'atmosphère chaleureuse. On s'y sent vraiment comme chez soi. La communication avec l'hôte a été fluide et agréable, ce qui contribue grandement à la réussite d'un séjour. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation et serions ravis d'y revenir lors d'un prochain passage dans la région. Merci pour cet accueil ! Seul petit bémol : la quantité de vaisselle était un peu limitée, même pour deux personnes.

Attention à faire bien respecter l'interdiction de fumer dans la chambre. Nous avons du aérer et désodoriser la chambre.

L’endroit est d’une propreté irréprochable, très beau, calme et agréable à vivre. On s’y sent tout de suite à l’aise, comme à la maison mais avec le confort d’un hôtel. Je garde un excellent souvenir de mon passage et je compte bien y revenir sans hésiter. Tout était tout simplement parfait !

Petit bémol pour le grand vis-à-vis dans la salle de bain, la fenêtre n'est pas blanchi, il n'y a pas de rideau, et cela donne sur un petit jardin et une entreprise.

• Dans l'âme2 (4/5): Logement à fuir si vous voulez passer un bon séjour. - Aucune épicerie de base disponible dans le logement. La propreté laissait franchement à désirer et plusieurs appareils électroménagers étaient hors service. Pour ne rien arranger, l’accès au logement se fait par des escaliers extrêmement raides, ce qui le rend peu pratique, voire dangereux.
• Jakob Merges (3/5): - Das Apartment war als wir eintrafen noch nicht gereinigt (alte Bettwäsche, schmutzige Handtücher...). Nach einem Austausch mit dem Eigentümer wurde eine Reinigungskraft vorbei geschickt. Danach war es okay allerdings stanken die Kopfkissen und die Bettwäsche immernoch stark. An sich ein schönes Appartement aber bei der Reinigung wird massiv gespart.

• Amir (3/5): Poor - It looked modern and clean It stunk like sewer and humidity all the time. I don't think the sheets and blanket were fresh. There was no WiFi and no A/C. Very hard to climb the very narrow stairs up to the 3rd floor, and more so with a suitcase. Closing the door from the inside was difficult as there were more steep stairs after entering the room. No shades so in the morning is very bright.
