Damiano (4/5): Unfortunate Event - The apartment itself is nice, the furniture is new and the location is convenient, near the bus stop, communication with the owner due to a problem we had was good. as the title suggests, we were unlucky because the beds were infested with bed bugs which caused us skin irritation. However the communication with the owner was correct, for the fact of the disinfection of the apartment and for the full refund of the stay.
