It's a disgrace that this is still possible today. This studio wasn't 50 m², but barely 30 m², and above all, > far from finished. The door to the neighbor's was just a cardboard door with a gap of about 10 cm underneath, through which you could hear the neighbors when they were on the phone, talking, laughing, and the baby crying. All of this wasn't enough; the stench of their cigarettes kept us awake all night. This connecting door didn't even have a handle, just a hole you could see through. > The noise from the eight air conditioners outside in the eight-bay duct was so loud that even earplugs didn't help; the sliding window simply wouldn't close properly. Its quit in night, no voice from outside. We had zero problems with this apartment, if i come to athens again, i would definitely stay here. Thanks for everthing.

What I loved the most was the big shower and super comfortable beds and crisp linens! Mr Vasilis is super kind and helpful. Will stay there again Would have loved a washing machine instead of an oven as I don’t cook on holiday!
