- Gabriella (7/5): Good value for money during a fair, but unsufficient communication from the host. - The breakfast was actually quite good, cooffe machine in the breakfast area was excellent. It was a bit unclear with the communication from the host concering my breakfast booking, but the staff believed that I had booked and let me eat. The apartment is clean, although a bit cold with no possiblity of rising the temperature, so bring layer of clothes. It is quiet at night and close to the metro. My main issue was the lack of communication from the hosts. On three different occasions have I contacted them with questions prior to my arrival, but I never recieved an answer. They only send general information on predetermined dates, that didnt answer my questions. I also added breakfast, but never got any notification that the payment had succeded or any proof that I had paid. The app just took the money without changing the status that I now had breakfast included. When looking at it, it only offered the option to book breakfast (again). Only after calling them did I get instructions on how to recieve the receipts, and confirmation that I had indeed booked breakfast, although they seemed a bit surprised by it themselves. I also had trobles checking in (the code for the door) but it turned out it was because I was a few minutes early. I do appreciate finally being let in a few minutes prior to 16.00, but must admit I wasn't prepared that check-in was on the spot 16.00 and not possible a few minutes early. It is hard to time it exactly when you have travelled a full day, and 16.00 is already quite a late check-in time.

In the apartment you can also find a fridge and a microwave oven. Everything perfect! It's curious how such an expensive accommodation doesn't have shower gel. Very strange. We had to wash with liquid soap (ok, it's not a big deal, but just as a thought).

- Nataliia (10/5): Очень хорошие, чистые, просторные апартаменты в центре, но не в шумном месте - Очень хорошие, чистые, просторные апартаменты. Мы приехали на личном авто около 17-00 вечера в субботу, заехали во двор. Было достаточно свободных мест, мы стали на 5 минут на аварийках, выгрузили наш багаж, подняли его в номер, а затем поехали искать парковку. В 5 минутах нашли открытую парковку Parkplatz Uferstraße, Uferstraße, 90762 Fürth еще и бесплатную с 14-00 часов субботы до 8-00 утра понедельника.

CheckIn und Checkout war unkompl - Die Unterkunft war geräumig, sauber, die Betten waren vorbereitet und es gab ausreichend Handtücher. Die Lage war sehr gut. Zentral und ruhig. Sauna hätte extra gekostet, wäre aber mit 15 € trotzdem in Ordnung gewesen. Bisschen schade, dass es keine Kosmetika (außer Seife) gab. Wir hatten damit gerechnet und deshalb kein Duschgel, Shampoo dabei gehabt. War aber auch kein Problem, da es einen Norma direkt bei der Unterkunft gibt.

Situated in a town which was nice for a walk in the evening. Close enough as a base for Nuremberg. The other ‘senior’ residents in the apartment block were also very pleasant and friendly. - Sandra (9/5): Sehr saubere, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in zentraler Lage Fürths - Sehr zentrale Lage im Stadtzentrum. Alles kann zu Fuß erreicht werden. Leider gab es keine Parkmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Wir haben in einer Tiefgarage unter dem Einkaufszentrum geparkt. Ein Rollo zur Verdunkelung des Schlafraumes fehlte, was morgens gestört hat.
- Michal (8/5): Nice accommodation with excellent location - Good accomodation if you want to be near the centre of Fürth and have a base to stay and explore the surrounding cities. The property is clean, provides comfort, the amenities are functional. We have been returning to this property, because it is a good value. There is also lot of shopping and dining options around. Lack of parking space - only two paid spots available, and they are mostly booked out. Hard bulky pillows, we would appreciate some soft feather pillows that provide better comfort. During our last stay, there was an outage of elevators the whole stay, so keep in mind to read all messages that come from the property (there are plenty) where they sometimes mention important information in between lines of other seemingly useless information.

Die Lage ist Ideal um Fussläufig alles Relevante in Fürth zu erreichen und wenn man weiter weg will muss man nur in die Metro vor der Haustüre gehen. Ein Highlight: die Sauna war nach einem kalten Tag ausser Haus eine warme Wohltat.

- Büsra (9/5): Absolut empfehlenswert – mit ganz viel Herz! - Wir haben zwei wundervolle Tage in diesem Appartement verbracht und ich kann wirklich nur von ganzem Herzen Danke sagen. Es war supersauber, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man hat sich von Anfang an sofort wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die unglaubliche Hilfsbereitschaft und Menschlichkeit der Gastgeber. Leider ist meiner Tochter aus Versehen ein kleiner Schaden am Tisch passiert – doch selbst in dieser Situation wurde uns mit so viel Verständnis, Freundlichkeit und Entgegenkommen begegnet, dass wir wirklich gerührt waren. Es wurde nicht einmal verlangt, den Schaden zu ersetzen – das ist absolut nicht selbstverständlich und zeigt, mit wie viel Herz hier gearbeitet wird. ❤️ So eine liebevolle, warme Gastfreundschaft erlebt man selten. Wir kommen definitiv wieder – und können dieses Appartement mit voller Überzeugung weiterempfehlen!

- Posch (8/5): - Sehr gute Lage, U-Bahn in der Nähe. Schönes Appartment. Es war beim Duschen wenig Wasserdruck, war beim Haarewaschen sehr mühseelig.
- Jo (10/5): Best stay! Will be returning next year! - The people in charge are amazing! So attentive! Immediate response in every situation. The beautiful apartment is spacious and comfortable. Everything you need for long/short stay. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner. Good location. Close to supermarkets and restaurants.

- Michal (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft im Zentrum - Top-Lage im Zentrum. Voll möbliertes Apartment. Ruhige und friedliche Umgebung. Mir fällt nichts ein.

- Alexandra Eliza (8/5): - Amplasarea fata de metrou, zona este ok animata cu magazine si restaurante, lenjeriile foarte curate, cafea la discretie, apartament spatios. Era foarte frig cand am ajuns in locatie, insa s-a incalzit dupa ce am dat drumul la calorifer. Nu are gel de dus si papuci. Baia are intrarea din dormitor, putin incomod in situatia in care apartamentul acomodeaza 4 persoane.
- Michaela Dallinger (9/5): Super schöne Unterkunft im Herzen von Fürth! - Super ruhige Lage 10 min von der Innenstadt und 5 min von der Stadthalle entfernt. Lidl ist in 1 Minute zu Fuß erreichbar. Geräumiges Appartement mit kleiner Küche, großzügigem Schlafzimmer und einem zusätzlichen Doppelbett im Wohnbereich in einem Neubau. Großes Bad und super Ausstattung! Alles war sehr sauber und die Dame beim Frühstück (gemeinsam mit den netten Senioren) hat uns extra Rührei für die zwei Jungs gemacht. Es war ein bisschen schwierig ins Haus zu kommen. Das ging auch einer anderen Gruppe so, die am selben Tag angekommen ist. Die Anleitung im Mail funktionierte so nicht. Die sollte vielleicht mal selber ausprobiert und dann aktualisiert werden. Aber per Telefon ließ sich das mit den Vermietern schnell klären.
