• Gwyneth (5/5): Excellent Parramatta location with easy access to CBD and Olympic Park. - The location was excellent, easy access to the ferry and restaurants and supermarket. Great TV and comfy couch and great balcony area. There was a hole in the bathroom door, sticky surfaces, not enough towels or linen, no facewashers, incorrect wifi instructions, not being able to check in on arrival because it's privately owned. Needs a soft refurbishment,

Finding reasonable car parking options is a challenge. - Great location right next to the Parramatta river where the river ferry starts. You can take the ferry all the way to the Circular Quay in Sydney and quickly and easily see the art gallery, Sydney Opera House, bridge, park, etc.. Has a well equipped gym, whirlpool and small pool. Nice 2 bedroom apartment with a small open air space. Owner was very responsive to any issues and also assisted with obtaining parking at the Olympic Park for the World Cup. Great sunrises every morning. A large mall, including grocery shopping options is only a 15 min walk. Lots of good restaurants in the area. Parking in Parramatta is an issue that while the listing clearly states that no parking is provided with the rental, more information should be provided about the parking challenges at the location. Your choices for car parking in the immediate area are 2hours only during the day or expensive parkade parking across the street. We eventually found reasonable ($8/day) 10 hour parking just a short walk on the other side of the Parramatta river from the apartment next to the school. A heads up regarding this and a recommendation to use the free parking app, which works really well, would have been appreciated ahead of time. The other option is to not go the car rental route but use the train to get to the property. The train station is about a 15 min walk from the apartment.

• Michael (1/5): I would not recommend anyone stay there for fear of their safety and hygiene. - I was meant to be able to collect the key from a locked box, but the host kept texting me during my conference to advise I needed to meet at a specific time, 5:30pm, to collect the key in person. The old used bed linen was thrown in the wardrobe. The bed linen was stained and had long dark hair all over it like it hadn't been changed. The second bed was like someone had just woken up and pulled the covers up with used linen in the wardrobe of that room too. A towel, looking used was hung from the shower. The floors had clusters of long hair in every corner.

• Matthew (6/5): Pleasant - Great location and the host was very accomodating. The apartment had been cleaned but personal items had been left in the bathroom and bedroom. A razor was under the bed which my child found. The previous occupant had used dishwasher and washed up but these were all left for us to put away. There was used food items in fridge, freezer and pantry. The keys were very hard to locate and instructions to collect incorrect. The host however did fix this for us.
• Karen (8/5): Very good - Nice and new and was well equipped. Suited my needs. No parking comes with the property. Street parking is paid parking other than from 8pm at night. Fortunately there is a parking lot fairly close which charged $12 a day which I ended up using.
