• Narendra (9/5): Good except for Internet services - Housekeeping was good, and the towels were replaced promptly. The breakfast spread was large, and they had even samosas. The location is close to the Bund, which is easy to get to all places. The reception staff were in a kind of hurry to check in us and should have taken time to orient us. The internet services were not working when we connected to the wifi - when asked, they said something related to VPN. We have been travelling across China for close to nine days prior - we never had any problems with other hotels' Wi-Fi - only at this place, some weird explanation was given.

• ATR ONE CH (10/5): Wunderbares OLD Style Hotel. Nahe Metro - Wir haben den gleichen Zimmertyp wie bei unserem 1. Besuch genommen. Wunderbares Zimmer. Sehr sauber und ruhig. Dieses Mal sogar mit ein bisschen Aussicht. Uns hat es sehr zugesagt. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und der Portier mit dem schwarzen Hut ist sehr freundlich. Uns hat es nichts gefehlt. Perfekt gelegen. Durch die äussere Erscheinung nicht fehlleiten lassen.

В номере всю что нужно есть. В восторге от комфорта, понравилось всей семье. Уютно и продуманно. Были чай, кофе, вода и приветственные напитки в банках. В отеле чисто и комфортно. Толп людей нет, место удобное, завтрак разнообразный. Всё отлично.

• ATR ONE CH (9/5): Ideales Old Style Hotel um Shanghai zu erkunden - Sehr gute Lage zur Metro und The Bund ist fussläufig erreichbar. Wunderbares grosses ruhuges Zimmer mit edler Ausstattung. Tadeloser Zimmerservice mit täglicher Wäschewechsel, obwohl wir das nicht verlangt haben. Auch der Concierge Service ist wirklich gut. Wir konnten einen Koffer hinterlegen, weil wir am Ende unserer Reise zurück in dieses Hotel gehen werden. Zimmer mit Aussicht an eine Backsteinwand. Aber das wussten wir bei der Buchung eigentlich schon. Dafür war es sehr ruhig

Metro a 5 minuti a piedi per raggiungere velocemente qualsiasi punto della città. Stanza grande e letti e cuscini comodi. Lo Staff: non tutti parlano inglese ma col traduttore si riesce a comunicare. Colazione buona, ci sono opzioni per colazione continentale. Dal bagno veniva un brutto odore

• M.B. (9/5): - La decoración de las habitaciones es muy bonita, amplia y con una cama muy cómoda. El hotel está muy bien situado. Después de estar descontenta porque mi habitación no tenía ningún tipo de vista y explícitamente lo había solicitado, el segundo día me cambiaron de habitación, puesto que me iba a quedar cinco noches. Realmente no leen las peticiones que se envían previamente y tampoco responden a los mensajes. Esto deberían mejorarlo.

• Jasmina (8/5): Great location, but only for a night or two stay - The room was very big and clean. The furnishing was modern and I loved the smart toilet in the bathroom! The hotel is in a nice area, walking distance to the Bund, Nanjing road, and the subway entrance. The mattress on the bed was extremely hard and caused soreness and back pain in the morning. The breakfast was disappointing. Not a lot of choice and the hot dishes were always lukewarm or cold. The cook making omelets and eggs uses no seasoning when preparing food (no salt, no pepper, no other ingredients), so the eggs are bland and tasteless.

I was in a superior category room and it’s totally worth it. My requests were honoured and I overall enjoyed my stay. The location is great. The staff are very efficient but it’s a big and busy hotel, so don’t expect personal or friendly touch, even though all staff were nice and everything went very smoothly.

В здании отеля, за углом есть кофейня, чуть далее от отеля расположен Family mart, на перекрестке есть пиццерия. Недалеко станция метро. так что добраться к достопримечательностям не проблема. Номер чистый, качество уборки отличное. Нам достался номер с небольшим видом на башни. Видел в отзывах, что якобы прозрачное стекло в душ и туалет. Надо просто включить кнопочку около выключателей в туалете и стекло становится непрозрачным. Завтрак в основном подходить для любителей китайской кухни. Хотелось бы расширить варианты завтрака на европейский вкус

Breakfast was also quite good given we are vegetarians and found good options! AC didn’t work. It did not come down from 24 - 25 degrees. So it was quite hot inside the room.

• Tania (9/5): Great place to land if you are arriving in Shanghai and need a place to get your bearings. I travelled with my teenage - Great value for its location, cleanliness, amenities. How helpful the staff is. I had trouble managing the temperature control in the room. It ran a bit warm for me. But they were very accomplished in bringing up a fan right away.

• Dasha (10/5): Отличный отель! - Отличное место расположения, везде можно легко дойти или быстро доехать на такси. Очень чистый отель, просторные номера, прекрасные удобные кровати, умный унитаз. Убирались каждый день. Весь персонал во всем помогает разобраться Не до конца закрывалась дверь в туалете Завтрак мне не понравился, в основном азиатская еда, ходила всего 1 раз

• Andrew (9/5): Great location for a great price. - An historic building that's a short walk from the Bund and East Nanjing Road. Plentiful breakfast offerings, with a mixture of Western and Chinese options. The main Chinese dish was changed daily. The room was large and very comfortable, with a seating area, separate dressing room, and an excellent shower! Just a very minor point, but the hotel uses those little robots to make deliveries to rooms. They're very "cute" (they natter away in Mandarin using a childlike voice, although as I don't speak Mandarin, I had no idea what they were saying), but they could use a little adjustment! On a couple of occasions a robot entered the lift as I was trying to exit, and sensing my presence, it just stopped dead, blocking my way out! I had to physically slide the robot to move it out of the way so I could get out of the lift, and those things are heavy!!

• Elaiza Yvette (8/5): Excellent Location. - We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel, especially because of its excellent location, which was very convenient for getting around. The staff were kind, respectful, and always willing to assist, which made the experience even more pleasant. One area that needs improvement is the Wi-Fi connection. Unfortunately, the signal was very poor, and we were unable to use it during our stay. Improving the Wi-Fi would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.
