• JM van Dijk (7/5): Geweldige locatie, wel gehorig - Vriendelijk personeel en de locatie is geweldig. Het is zeer gehorig. De studio zit direct onder de bar waar harde muziek is en je iedere voorbijganger hoort. Voor de kookwaren moet je bij de receptie aangeven welke pan je nodig denkt te hebben, want die zitten niet standaard in de keuken.
• ANDRES (9/5): Sentirte como en casa de visita en Manizales - Ubicación excelente , a 1 cuadra de la avenida principal de la ciudad a 10-15 min de zona de restaurantes, el estadio, estación del cable , centros comerciales. Muy cómodos los apartaestudios. Espacios complementarios muy agradables
• Rodrigo (9/5): Óptimo - El sitio muy central y cerca a varios lugares de interés. El desayuno es apropiado, la habitación es cómoda y ofrece un bar en el último piso del edificio. Creo que pudiera ser un poco más económico.

Es un maravilloso alojamiento, ya he estado dos veces y seguiré usándolo cuando viaje a Manizales. Todo ha salido muy bien.

• Angie (10/5): - Excelente ubicación, cerca de comercio, la zona rosa de Manizales, cerca de un centro comercial. Muy cómodo y amplio el apartamento, con una vista muy bonita. El servicio de desayuno es variado y muy delicioso. Viajabamos en carro eléctrico y fueron muy amables en permitirnos cargar en el parqueadero, lo que fué una gran ayuda para nuestro viaje. El personal muy dispuesto a colaborar y fueron amables. Podrían mejorar el tema de la comunicación, ya sea a través de un WhatsApp disponible, o un medio más directo que la aplicación, dónde responda una persona. Habíamos informado que viajabamos con una mascota por mensaje de Booking, y solo me respondieron con un enlace para hacer el check in, por lo que asumi que no había problema. Ya en el hotel nos informaron que no eran permitidas las mascotas, sin embargo, las señoritas de recepción fueron muy amables en ayudarnos a gestionar eso. Tal vez con una comunicación más directa habríamos evitado el disgusto del momento. Al final nos hicieron una excepción por la mascota con el compromiso de asumir costos por cualquier daño que pudiera causar, algo que no le vimos inconveniente. El apartamento contaba con cocina Pero sin utensilios ni nada para poderla usar.

• Andrew (10/5): Beautiful Gem of a hotel in a great location - Great location. Beautiful room and rooftop. Reception was incredibly kind and helpful. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Manizales.
• Nadine (9/5): - Sehr geräumige Ferienwohnung zu einem fairen Preis. Das Personal spricht leider ausschließlich Spanisch. Die Ferienwohnung war mit einer Küche ausgestattet. Leider fehlte es an Töpfen und generell Equipment zum Essen und Kochen.

• Angela (10/5): - El hotel está en un lugar muy bonito y central de Manizales con una terraza muy agradable donde tomar el sol con vista a las montañas del eje cafetero. El apartamento es muy completo y lo más importante es que el personal es muy atento, amable y nos hicieron sentir muy cómodos.

• Adriana (10/5): Great apartments - We got a full two bedroom and two baths apartment (in the 4th floor) that was great and quiet. The apartment had a kitchen. Breakfast was also included. There is a nice terrace to eat breakfast and drink tea. There is also a nice restaurant on the rooftop. Try to catch the view of the nevado! I liked everything but Breakfast could be better.

• Lisa (9/5): Overall excellent. - The staff has fantastic, helpful friendly. The room was spacious with a great view of the city. The bed was comfortable. The shower was hot. When we first arrived, the room had a strong and unpleasant chemical smell which we discovered was due to the laundry detergent used on the bedding. We had to open the windows for a few hours to clear the air. I would suggest the hotel use a laundry detergent without such a strong odor.

• Julián (6/5): Pleasant - Hotel has a central location, near to restaurants an malls. Power supply in room didn't work well, hot water neither; we talked with staff but they didn't fix it. On the other hand, one day they didn't clean the room.
