• David (9/5): Very good apartment - Great location, charming and very helpful host. Easy self check-in. Plenty of space, good supermarket nearby. Quiet street. Excellent washing machine. Lovely neighbour. Parking spot immediately in front. Price is very good. I would happily stay here again, but there are some negatives: the water flow is low, and so it takes time to run hot. We were comfortable in early May, but note that the A/C is only in the sitting room. The double bed is squeezed between the wall and wardrobe, so no space for a bedside table or light. The mattress is not new, and a bit lumpy. But these are fairly minor, and (like I wrote before) I would book this again next time.

Теперь могу сказать, что согласна с каждым из них - квартира отличная, а Хайям - замечательный хозяин, дружелюбный и готовый в любое время оперативно решить ваши вопросы относительно жилья. Резюме: шикарное расположение, близко к центру, но в то же время на тихой узкой улице (мне было важно, тк путешествовала с двумя маленькими детьми). Все фото соответствуют действительности. В доме есть все необходимое для проживания и даже больше. Единственный нюанс, в двух спальнях нет батарей и поскольку сейчас не лето, там было прохладно спать. В остальной части квартиры было комфортно 👍🏼 спасибо Вам, Хайям, и Вашей супруге за наш чудесный отдых в Баку!!! Здоровья и благополучия Вашей семье 🙏🏼🥰
• Sajeel (10/5): - So, our stay at Mr. Khayyam’s apartment in Baku was fantastic! The place felt like home, spotlessly clean, cozy, and perfectly located. It’s super accessible to the Old City, Nizami Street, public transport, and awesome malls. Best of all, Mr. Khayyam was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. Truly a home-away-from-home experience!
• Djalal (10/5): - L'appartement est situé au rez de chaussée sur une ruelle très calme où il n'y a pratiquement aucun bruit Il est très bien placé la rue nizami a 3 minutes de marche il ya un magasin Bravo a 200 mètre ouvert 24 h, un arrêt de bus a 4 minutes l'emplacement est vraiment idéal. L'appartement est composé de 2 pièces et salon l'eau chaude la climatisation ainsi Qu'internet sont disponibles . L'appartement est équipé de tous l'essentiel et très propre. Le propriétaire n'était pas présent physiquement mais il nous a accompagnés par WhatsApp avec beaucoup de sympathie et de Bon conseil son premier souci s'était notre satisfaction. Je conseille vivement ce bien. Rien

• Да5ия (10/5): Вернулись бы сюда ещё раз. - Чудесное расположение. Вроде как и в центре, но в то же время тихая улочка. В апартаментах было всё для комфортного проживания. Мы чувствовали себя как дома. Хозяин Хайям всегда был на связи и старался помочь по мелочам. Рекомендуем однозначно. Иногда поздно ночью шумели соседи, но это мелочь.

• Luminita (10/5): Very pleasant holiday - Very good location, very friendly and helpful owner. Clean and spacious apartment, in a quiet and safe street.
• Cheema (9/5): Superb - The house is exceptionally clean, and the pictures don’t fully capture its charm. It’s in a very convenient location, and I was able to walk to all major attractions with my family and a toddler in a pram. The neighborhood is safe and has a supermarket, salon, and several dining options close by. The host is very responsive and always available to provide any necessary support. The bathroom could use some renovation, as it doesn’t quite match the overall quality and appeal of the rest of the house.

• Maria (10/5): Comfortable stay - Pictures don't do justice to this place. It's spacious, aesthatically pleasing but cozy at the same time. Kitchen has everything one needs for cooking, laundry etc. It was a nice gesture by owner for providing basic staples like salt, cooking oil, detergent, cleaning supplies etc Owner, Mr Khayyam is very cooperative and responsive. Location is spot on, easy access to public transport, Bravo stores and nearby attractions etc but quiet enough to relax
