Christopher (8/5): Comfortable, convenient apartment in Temuco - The apartment is comfortable and in a good location (in a building with very friendly and helpful lobby attendants), the kitchen is well-stocked, and the bed is large and very comfortable. If you watch TV, there are two large smart TVs. Carolina is helpful and always reachable via WhatsApp; she dropped off some detergent for us to do laundry in the lobby. If you don't watch TV (like us), the bedroom TV gets in the way on one side of the bed. Also, there was some confusion about two things that caused some stressful moments: 1. Communication -- I speak a bit of Spanish but was using Google Translate for messaging on WhatsApp, so she assumed that I was fluent and left a voice message. I recommend communicating with Carolina well in advance instead of just before arrival in Temuco. 2. Payment arrangements -- Booking.com says that the property accepts credit cards, but in the fine print it says that payment by bank transfer is required. Carolina told us that we could pay only by bank transfer or in cash.

Francisco Javier (10/5): - Es una pasada, por la cantidad de detalles que tiene, el buen gusto y las cosas hechas con cariño y estilo, además es muy acogedor. De los apartamentos más completos en equipamiento y limpieza de la zona. Los dueños son super hospitalarios, atentos y resolutivos. Además con parking y estufa de pellets, dos TV hermosísimas y en pleno centro, qué más se puede pedir??? Un super gol para descansar sólo o aún mejor, en compañía.

Ann (10/5): Perfect place for a stay in Temuco - Everything. I came here for a few days to recharge and this apartment fully met my expectations. It is comfortable, beautifully decorated and has a kitchen filled with everything you need to cook. The two large smart tvs were an added bonus.
