Персонал на завтраке не очень приятный, в номере не убирали, убрали только после моей просьбы, Ресепшин работает хорошо. Номер просторный, удобная кровать.

• Simeon (8/5): Okay for a short stay - Nice location, there’s a park nearby, lots of grocery shops and restaurants. Clean and spacious rooms. The view was also great. I had specifically added my arrival time 14:00 and I arrived slightly afterwards but my digital key was still not generated. I had to search for reception to see if I had a problem with the app, but it turned out that room was just not ready at the time. So, I wouldn’t say the check in process is as seamless as advertised. In addition, I stayed only for one night but the cleaning staff bothered me at 10am, and they even tried to enter the room at 11:30 am while the check out was at 12:00. Take into consideration that it might be a bit noisy at night as there’s nightlife around.

• Sebastiano (2/5): Not worth the price. Far from center and not very clean. - The rooms were unnecessarily large The hotel is quite far from the city center and the area is very noisy. At night we could hear loud cars, almost like there were races going on, but that’s not really the hotel’s fault. What I didn’t like was that the rooms weren’t very clean, and on the second day our room wasn’t even made. The breakfast was also really poor. Overall, I think it’s not good value for money considering the location and the cleanliness.

• Nils (4/5): Bad value. Poor cleanliness. Disappointing. - The Gym is decent. The rooms are big (but feel quite empty.) The rooms are not clean or well maintained (See pictures). Also the shower leaked water all over the floor. Careful: The hotel recently changed its policy (01.01.2026) so parking is no longer free! The staff and management were unresponsive to our complaint that the policy change regarding parking was not made transparent at time of booking. The breakfast buffet is quite small and everything was cold (as nothing is kept warm). Overall, for a hotel that’s quite far away from the city center the value proposition is just bad.
• THEOLOGOS (10/5): Μια χαρά - Επιλέξαμε το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο γιατί θέλαμε ένα άνετο δωμάτιο για 3μελή οικογένεια, καθαρό , με πρωινό , πάρκινγκ και σχετικά κοντά στο γήπεδο Arena 8888. Κάλυψε πλήρως τις ανάγκες μας Δεν είχε τηλεόραση αλλά νομίζω ήταν καλύτερα για εμάς που δεν είχε.

• Maria (7/5): - Закуската беше на ниво и разнообразна, паркинга и мобилния достъп също са добра опция, макар че електронния ключ може да доведе до объркване и отключване на други стаи. За три дни обаче освен че беше изхвърлено кошчето, нито кърпите бяха сменени, нито беше почистено. В стаите няма телевизор и хладилник, а в целия хотел се говори само на английски, макар че сме в България.

• ofer (10/5): I like your place very much and recommended it to a friend who organizes seminars in the area - I thought the parking was free, leaving the garage the call button produced no response, so I paid 8.5 euro and parked on the street later.
