• Kerstin (7/5): Traumhafter Blick - Der Blick vom Balkon ist einfach traumhaft. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Matratzen sind extrem durchgelegen. Die Parkplatz Situation ist eher für kleine Fahrzeuge geeignet.

• Roger (4/5): - Geräumiges Apartment Schöne Sicht auf den See Wohnung war nicht sauber - riesige Staubschicht unter dem Bett - Haare in der Dusche (bei beiden Duschen) - Küche wurde nicht benutzt, da nicht sauber Betten waren extrem unbequem Google Maps zeigt die falsche Adresse an (ist dem Vermieter bekannt, aber leider steht davon nichts in der Check-In Nachricht)
• Cara Lena (5/5): - Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon, relative frisch renovierte schöne Badezimmer Die Wohnung war leider nicht sehr sauber, gerade die Küche war sehr schlecht geputzt, in der Kaffeekanne fanden wir noch den Kaffee vom Vorgänger.
• Ricardo (5/5): Vista bella, ma solo... - l'unica cosa buona era la dimensione della struttura La struttura non era per niente pulita... 160mq con 2 ventilatori piccoli disponibili, senza aria condizionata... Primo piano con le finestre verso alle scale, non permettendo così lasciarle aperte... Più che altro, mi hanno chiesto altri 10 euro per poter parcheggiare sul marciapiede di fronte al palazzo... Le luce in salotto era scarsissima e assente nel balcone...
• Manuela (1/5): INCUBO DA CUI FUGGIRE/ NORME IGENICO-SANITARIE INESISTENTI - Se state pensando di alloggiare qui attirati dalla vista sul lago NON FATELO: è veramente l'unica cosa che troverete. Partendo dal fatto che abbiamo dovuto sollecitare l'host, più volte anche telefonicamente, per avere le informazioni di accesso all'appartamento (arrivate 1.30h prima del check-in), ci è stato proposto un "posto auto" con il contributo aggiuntivo di 10CHF ma, oltre a trattarsi di un ingresso in un garage, lo abbiamo trovato occupato dovendo, ulteriormente, contattare l'host (presente in un altro appartamento). L'alloggio era vergognosamente sporco e nessuna norma igenico-sanitaria è stata rispettata. Stoviglie opportunamente riposte ma sporche di sugo e olio; cumuli di polvere sparsi qua e là; muffa nei bagni anche dentro i cassetti; sanitari che, a nostro avviso, non sono stati mai puliti; lenti a contatto usate nei cassetti; briciole di cibo in ogni angolo; mozziconi di sigarette sul terrazzo, sono solo alcune delle sorprese che abbiamo trovato. Per l'ennesima volta, abbiamo contattato l'host che ci ha mandato un addetto il quale, dopo aver recuperato le stoviglie sporche, ci ha comunicato che, forse, avrebbe fatto intervenire la donna delle pulizie ad una non precisata ora e avrebbe chiesto al padrone di casa di farci uno "sconto", lasciandoci, infine, con un "Per fortuna non è rimborsabile" con tanto di gesto di sollievo sulla fronte. Inutile dire che, l'host è scomparso da quel momento e noi siamo stati costretti ad abbandonare l'appartamento dopo un'ora dal check-in, visto che era a rischio la nostra salute. Abbiamo richiesto, amichevolmente il rimborso ma, poiché non è avvenuto, ci stiamo muovendo in maniera alternativa. Vi lasciamo qualche foto a dimostrazione di quanto avvenuto ma ne abbiamo tante di più e di peggio. L'unico rimpianto è di non avere foto delle stoviglie...

• Hanneke (7/5): Voor 1 nacht prima. Maar voor langer verblijf niet zo geschikt. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is prima. - De locatie was wat verder van het centrum dan gedacht Miste wel keukendoeken en appartement was wel heel erg groot voor 2 personen

• Alexandra (4/5): Good view but poor quality inside - Apartment is spacious and enough for big group of people. Terrace view is amazing. Overall the facilities need renovation and update. But the biggest issue was cleanliness - it was not properly made after the guests - some hair, used soap were found, a lot of dust in the rooms (again, probably due to the overall condition of the apartment), also there were ants in the bathroom. On-request parking is actually placing the car in front of the garage for 10 CHF. No hair dryer and communication with the host was not very hospitable as we were recommended to go to the housekeeper and ask for it.

• Stephanie (7/5): A large apartment in a quiet neighborhood with fantastic views - This large apartment was on a quiet street only a 20-minute walk away from the train station. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the fantastic view. The kitchen had a huge fridge and a stove with oven. It was pretty well equipped except for garbage bags and paper towels. The mattresses were unfortunately a bit uncomfortable with springs which made noise when you moved and which poked into your ribs. The bathrooms could have used some shower gel and normal shampoo (there was one bottle of Head and Shoulders in one shower). It was good to be able to bring our dog for a fee of CHF 18 per night.

The apartment was also spacious, quiet and beautiful. - kitchen cabinets were dirty with oil stains! - balcony windows were dirty with oil stains! - bathroom (shower) was not completely clean, had some pinkish stain on the ground. - Almost no facility, not even a tea bag or a tiny coffee capsule. - No blanket/cover for the beds and pillows.
