• Michael (10/5): Perfect in every way. - Big, spacious. Large old home nicely updated. We actually used only parts of it, but the spaciousness was fantastic. The daily breakfast was a real treat, nicely prepared and delivered exactly as requested. The absolute best part is the perfect location…a quiet residential street in a nice area but literally minutes from every possible point of interest. The host was also helpful in advising what to see and do. Almost forgot, very pet friendly back yard. The oven didn’t work. In the scheme of things very minor.

Location is perfect - walking distance to the Falls and other main attractions. House very clean and in order. Quiet neighborhood. House large enough to accommodate our party of 5. Nice dining and CLEAN kitchen areas. Breakfast adequate but not impressive. One banana for 5 people a bit disappointing. No adequate standard "sides" provided like butter and brown sugar, or coffee creamer. But the first day breakfast was great - the homemade French toasts were fantastic. but went downhill after that....One sandwich (with ham, egg and cheese) was provided on Day 2 was hardly enough for everybody. I was expecting a bit more variety, enough quantity for 5 guests, and creativity with the breakfast fare. After all, it was one of the things that "attracted" me to this property. Many expected TV channels not available on most TVs in the rooms. TV in the master bedrrom (upstairs facing the street) too small to be useful. Big TV in the family room oddly located.

The house had a very horrific smell, it smelled like mold/old furniture/smoke. I had to open all windows & purchase air freshener. The furniture was very old & smelly, pillows were old & needed to be thrown away, carpet on stairs needed to be removed as it was outdated & dirty.

Not enough hot water for everyone to shower, especially if you want to have a bath. Wifi was not available. Breakfast could be better. Had issues accessing the jammed lockbox but host was able to assist.

• Amanda (9/5): Excellent Stay For Families & Pets - Nice, spacious home with plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Very comfortable, and breakfast was excellent! The house did have a strong curry smell.

It was really clean & comfortable being well equipped with all we needed. A few minutes drive from the fantastic falls & attractions. The breakfast delivery was a really nice touch & we loved the pancakes & French toast! The beds were really comfortable.

The location and updated rooms out-weighed the negatives. - The house was neaat and clean and many rooms looked newly remodeled, especially the kitchen and downstairs bathroom. The breakfast was great and we were close to all activities. We loved being able to bring our dogs and the fenced backyard was great. Having four bathrooms was also a big plus! The weather was very hot and when we ran the portab;e airconditioner downstairs we blew a fuse more than once. I requested more towels on the first day and never got them. There was a bees nest in a flowerpot near the front porch that was a concern with kids and dogs. We notified our host and nothing was done.

Très propre et grand comme maison également. Les lits sont très petits (double et non queen) pour 2 personnes. Les matelas sont très mous et pas confortables.

John was great, responsive and the breakfasts he provided daily were lovely! We absolutely will be staying here again next year.

• Ruth (7/5): Not “perfection” as advertized, but adequate and has potential. - Spacious and more than adequate for a family. Well located for Niagara Falls activities and sites. The property manager responds quickly to messages and appears to be readily accessible. Breakfast was great and delivered as requested in a timely manner. This property is a work in progress with what appears to be ongoing renovations. The bottom level is in better shape than the upper levels. However, there are a number of exposed electrical outlets and dangling ceiling alarms. On the upper level the main bathroom toilet flush did not work and the shower curtain and rod, which we found on the floor was not able to be secured by us. There were a number of lamps and fixtures that did not work and poor attention to cleaning as it was dusty and had several cobwebs which had to be removed. Most of the beds and pillows were not in good shape Also, the front hall coat closet is used as a cleaning cupboard and we had no real place to hang out winter coats! Certainly not “perfection” as listed! However, the renovations completed are good and the property has potential to be a lovely place to stay while visiting Niagara Falls.

• Oded (8/5): Good value for money, great location, perfect for a large group. - Great location, very nice and responsive host. The house itself is very big and has a retro charm to it. Breakfast was nice, a bit basic. The bed sheets could be cleaner. Breakfast portions were a bit small (we were a party of six).
