• María luisa (9/5): - Hemos estado muy bien en familia. Los dormitorios con colchones cómodos y 3 baños magníficos. La cocina es muy completa y confortable donde compartir buenos momentos. La comunicación con el anfitrión es muy fluida y amable. Super céntrico para hacer andando gran parte de las visitas a Roma. Muy recomendable
• Chris (2/5): Achtung: es gibt kein Wohnzimmer (das hatten wir überlesen) - es ist laut, nicht sauber und der Preis absurd für dieses - Die Lage in Monti wäre grundsätzlich gut, allerdings war es sehr laut, die unterliegende UBahn und das über dem Appartement liegende B&B bedeutet einen ständigen hohen Lärmpegel Die Polster der Ikea Stühle waren extrem schmutzig. Auf einem der Betten fanden sich Reste von etwas, was nach Fäkalien aussah. Das schlimmste war der Gestank der Bäder - zwei der drei Bäder waren daher quasi nicht nutzbar .

• Marco (5/5): Ubicación muy buena, Valoración del dpto en la plataforma muy lejos de la realidad. Es máximo 3. - La ubicación es muy buena. La respuesta del Anfitrion siempre fue rápida y atenta. La relación Costo calidad es realmente baja. La limpieza del edificio es mala con los tachos de basura al ingreso del edificio. llenos de basura o desbordado algun día. Lo más importante, es que la cama de la Suite, era muy similar a un catre con muy bajo confort como asi tbn las almohadas de todas las camas. El dpto esta bien, pero no vale el precio que pague y mucho menos la valoración que tiene en la pagina. La caja de seguridad no funcionaba, y me dijeron que no estaba disponible... le puse pilas (que no tenia) y funciono sin problmas.

• Desi (7/5): Great location! - The rooms were spacious and the apartment was clean but best of all was the location. We walked to everything being so central but we love walking, the metro is nearby and the big bus hop on hop off bus stop is also nearby. The bed in the main room was a little uncomfortable and made it difficult to sleep but otherwise no issues with bedding.

• Shafiq (8/5): Great Location and host, very comfortable and having 3 bathrooms was a bonus - The location was excellent, less that 10 mins to colosseum and less than 5 minute from the St Maria Maggiore and the hop on hop off bus stop. The host was great, we had an early flight and they accommodated us arriving at 11am. Also were really helpful with some small requests that were provided in good time. The en-suite shower was very narrow was bit difficult to shower in and also come out of.
• Mike H (9/5): 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment with kitchen but no living/family room - It was great to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one en-suite). The air conditioners worked well, we were provided a decent about of key essentials such as coffee, dishwasher, and washing machine tabs. We never cooked but it seemed they had a decent amount of basic kitchenware. The location was good if you want to be around the Colosseum. There are restaurants/cafes and a supermarket within close walking distance along with the subway/ bus stops. We felt safe and it was nice to have a digital key although it was a bit of a pain to find the passcode when arriving/departing. Communication was very good. They checked-in to make sure everything went well and allowed us to check out a bit later. Some small items weren't working or could be fixed. For example, several of the bedside lights were loose and the safe didn't work b/c it didn't have batteries (I assume that it would work with batteries). To be fair, I mentioned them but didn't ask for them to be fixed during the stay. As mentioned in other comments, there was an unpleasant smell coming out of the bathrooms, the water took time to get hot prior to showering, and shower drainage was slow. I wish there was an air conditioner in the kitchen. It didn't matter to us but there is only one TV which is in the kitchen since the apartment doesn't have a living/family room. There is a 50 EUR damage fee charge that is refundable.

• Sarazzadeh (10/5): Exceptional - 10/10 rating is for their communication and understanding. We had a kid and it was a hot day, so they let us check in early. Also explained everything in detail in advance and was very responsive. Three renovated bathrooms were really helpful. Sheets and beds were clean and a complete kitchenate. All bedrooms have good Aircon. A very big supermarket is 2 mins walk away. The cafe downstairs was good for morning coffee and the metro station is just next door. Not noisy at night. The lift is small but is great for luggage. It's obviously an old property so the sinks and drains may need a bit of attention. The dinning chairs, doors, some parts of walls and the floors may need deep cleaning.

• Mmijburgh (10/5): Wonderful apartment, centrally located stay in Rome - We had a great stay at this apartment. It was clean, perfectly located and communications with the hosting company was easy and efficient. It is within walking distance of the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and the Spanish steps. We were a group of friends consisting of 3 couples, and having a passcode entry made it easy for us to come and go separately. The apartment is elegant, and modern and more than spacious enough. Having 3 bathrooms for the 3 bedrooms made the stay very comfortable. There is a supermarket, metro stop as well as bus stops within 200 meters of the apartment There is no living room, as per booking.com, but the kitchen table seats 6, so whenever we were in the apartment, we had a great time relaxing and chatting around the kitchen table. The aircons in each bedroom made a huge difference to ensure a good night's rest since, as in all touristy areas of cities, the streets are too noisy to leave windows open at night. There is a lift to the first floor where the flat is situated. All in all I would highly recommend this apartment for 6 people, an absolute great find in Rome Central city.! Not an issue, just a recommendation. Providing some dishwashing liquid, salt and pepper and a vegetable knife would be great.

• Vėjūnė (8/5): Great location, spacious rooms, and easy first-floor access made our stay enjoyable. - The location was quite nice. We were very pleased with the three bedrooms, each with double beds, and the three bathrooms. The apartment is on the first floor, making the stairs easy to manage. Some areas were dusty. The lock system was inconvenient, as remembering the code every time was cumbersome. Beneath the building, there is a metro line that causes vibrations and noise in the rooms every three minutes, disrupting comfort. Additionally, some showers occasionally lacked hot water.

• Marybeth (9/5): Perfect apartment for a party of 7 spanning multiple generations! - The location of this apartment was perfect for our needs. Very close to metro stop and Termini station...walking distance to Colosseum...plenty of great restaurants within the immediate area (especially Art Cavour across the street - Giorgio and Diana -owners - are amazing!). We were traveling with our 3 sons (10, 12, 16) and my parents (80s) so air conditioning, minimal stairs, wifi, washing machine and 3 bathrooms and enough beds for all was important. This apartment checked all the boxes. Having an access code and not a key for the door was a lot easier when we had so many people in our group. The company that hosts the apartment was very responsive to my questions before our arrival and checked in with us to make sure everything was okay during our trip. We would definitely stay at this location again.
• Lucas (10/5): Brilliant and pleasant. - Apartment was very clean and spacious. We were surprised by the 3 bathrooms. Location was great, coffee shops and metro nearby. The host was very kind and willing to solve any potential issues. It could be a bit noisy, specially from people talking and walking in the stairs of the building, but this is due to the building being very old. Not anyone’s fault.
• Tania (7/5): Good - Host was available to let us into the property on arrival, available to help with the Air con Unit when it leaked Unfortunately there was no living / lounge area to relax in - as a family of 4 (with adult children) this would have been good to know before booking. Our stay was comfortable though.

• Oana (10/5): Exceptional - This property is in a great location. The apartment is exactly as it appears in the pictures! Very spacious for large group or family. Right next to apartments is a wonderful Cafe and Roberto the owner was great …. We had cappuccinos daily there. There is also a laundry mat less than a 2 minutes walk from apartment and the owners there is very helpful. I would stay here again if I am able to find my way back to Rome!
• Tatiana (10/5): Calm and sweet atmosphere from inside to outside!.. - I was doubting to rent this apartment because of few reviews, but this was really good choice 👍🏻 Perfect Location, Clean and comfortable bedrooms each with separate 3 bathrooms, Cosy kitchen, Calm and sweet atmosphere from inside to outside!.. Thanks for everything to the competent and very attentive staff 🤍 i will be back definitely! Only thing would be mentioned is that shower cabin is small and would be great if apartment had balcony, Also heating system on air conditioners is not good, we couldn’t use it but it was normal temperature outside and we did not worry about it :)
