- Gillian (2/5): What you reserve is not what you get. Owner changes the rules after you reserve and pay in full. - The location was beautiful. The view was stunning. The drive to the cabin had very nice roads and the stores nearby were very convenient. The area was quiet and we were able to take a hike at the park and see waterfalls. The property was not as the description. There were only 3 beds and no sofa bed. The listing said that there were 3 queen beds, 1 double bed, and a sofa bed. There was no kayak available. There were no hangers to put our things away. The property sent a poorly translated guide after we had paid in full with strange rules and penalties that were not included in the listing description on booking.com. The property also changed the listing after we had reserved and paid to say that it was no longer dog friendly. I had only searched for properties on booking.com that were pet friendly and had 4 bedrooms with 4 beds, and felt that the listing did not honestly represent the property and amenities. If I had all of this information up front, I would not have reserved this property and would have stayed somewhere else.

We especially loved the fireplace, which made the evenings cozy. The kitchen was fully equipped. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and out, which made everything smooth and stress-free.

We found this place last minute later in the evening and Laura was nice enough to make sure that we get her place for the weekend. When we got there everything was super clean. I highly recommend going to this chalet if you’re in the area. You won’t regret it!
