• Dana (1/5): - The flat was clean, but that’s where the positives ended for me. As soon as I checked in, the management’s attitude changed — their messages became rude, short, and delayed, sometimes taking hours to reply. When they did respond, it was often just one or two words, which felt dismissive rather than helpful. When I asked about turning on the heating (it was very cold at night), they ignored the question entirely and instead questioned the pronouns I used in my message. I never got an answer about the heating. This behavior felt intrusive and unprofessional. I had seen older reviews mentioning issues like caved-in mattresses and mold in the bathroom, and the hosts had replied that they would address them. Those reviews were from a while ago, but the problems are still there — one of the bedrooms mattresses is still caved in on both beds, and there is mold still on the shower floor. The building itself didn’t feel safe. There was frequent shouting from other tenants — adults arguing loudly — and the walls are so thin you hear almost everything. Combined with the hosts’ dismissive communication, I felt unsafe and unwelcome throughout my stay. There is also no dishwasher, which might be inconvenient if you’re staying longer. I’ve heard that some hosts behave differently after check-in since they know you’re already locked in, and unfortunately this stay matched that warning. I would not stay here again and would advise others to consider this carefully before booking.
• Marjolein (9/5): Schoon en net appartement in een rustige wijk dichtbij openbaar vervoer om de stad te verkennen - Het lag in een rustige wijk, was schoon en we konden voordat we de stad gingen ontdekken op ons gemak ontbijten. De keuken was van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij hadden best last van de vele vliegtuigen die overvliegen.

• Elizabeth (7/5): Cute, safe, basic stay that could use some upgrades to increase comfort - Clean and quiet, good location, safe. Cute property. Nice to have separate rooms for toilet and shower. Appreciated oat milk packets and coffee amenities. Weak wifi signal did not extend to the bedrooms, some mattresses needed replacement (springs so worn that you sunk directly to the bed frame), would benefit from a better/larger drying rack, would benefit from having a waste basket in the shower room. Some communication was confusing (seemed to come from host and management company separately).
• Claudia (10/5): Great - Very clean, well equipped, bright and spacious A 2nd toilet- we booked the property partially because it had 2 bathrooms- so was a little disappointed we had misunderstood and there was only 1 bathroom split across 2 rooms
• Jennie (9/5): perfect location for our stay. Clean and well appointed - Well appointed and clean apartment. great communication with host. The bathroom could do with a little attention to clean and de-black mould the grout and silicon. The kitchen could do with some pans for the oven.
• Sofia (8/5): Nice and quiet apartment to stay and relax - The apartment is situated in a very quiet place and we never heard any noise. The apartment also comes clean and welcoming, making you feel really at home The wifi didn’t really work when we stayed at the apartment. Different times the fire alarm went on without any reason, since there was no smoke in the house and most of the times, it went on during the night, when all of us were in the rooms, so it was weird and annoying.
