• GOPAL (3/5): Overall, our family and kids did not like the property or its facilities. We only managed to stay fo - I only like the location. The property has several issues: there’s only one bathroom, and it’s in poor condition — showers don’t work properly, and the flush leaks at times. No bottled water is provided, and not all bedrooms have air conditioning, which makes the stay uncomfortable.

• toshiyuki (4/5): 客を大事にしない宿であった。 - 到着までに、事前に入札方法の連絡がなく、また電話やwhatsappで何回も連絡しても回答がなく、大変こまった。当日の午後5時にようやく連絡があり入室できた。 洗濯機が故障しており，対応をお願いしたら、金を返すとと言われ怖かった。

• gilles (5/5): - L’emplacement près de la gare est pratique Très bruyant car les fenêtres n’isolent pas vraiment Il y a une différence par rapport à l’annonce qui parle de trois chambres et d’un salon alors qu’il n’y a que deux chambres et un salon. Le salon contenant un lit double et un canapé lit. De plus l’air conditionné est uniquement dans le salon et le couloir car dans les autres chambres on trouve uniquement des ventilateurs.

• BHUVANESWARI (8/5): Good place but staff is not unresponsive - Great location, very clean and well prepared. Spacious and kitchen has got facilities. Staff didn’t send the check in details and not responded to message in booking.com for long time. We were made to wait outside the apartment for a while. No courtesy for guest travelling with family and young children. Wouldn’t recommend.
• Allison (8/5): - Great location—very easy walk to most major sites, and a reasonable walk to the river and things south of it. Easy to access bus lines. Apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable even with 7 people. Kitchen had all basic essentials we needed. The listing says AC, but it’s only in one bedroom and the small hallway, so that was a little disappointing for most of our group. The washing machine also has a sign on it that said it was broken, but it would have been helpful to know that in advance as several people in our group were in need of one by that point in the trip, and it would have been easier to plan around if we’d known ahead of time.

• Roger (6/5): Convient tés bien pour une nuit - Le logement est très bien situé pour découvrir à pied la ville. L'environnement est au calme Équipement de la cuisine un peu sommaire et minimaliste (4 verres pour 8 personnes). 1 chambre sur 3 climatisée et il fait très chaud à Florence en aout ! Bonne literie dans chacune des chambres. Salle de douche/wc petite mais suffisante. Difficulté pour se garer, le logement se situe dans une zone controlée. Il est fortement conseillé de se garer dans un parking surveillé. Nous avons trouvé le Parcheggio Parterre Firenze à 20€ / 24h. Il se situe à 15-20 minutes de marche du logement.

• Andreas (6/5): Nice flat but bring ear plugs - Close to the central station and the main attractions. Very spacious, nice atmosphere, good internet. 2 of 3 bedrooms are close to the street and the noise is not bearable during night. Shower hard to adjust and weak. No contact anymore at day of check-out ( called multiple times, no response to chat ).
• Ali (10/5): - Tesis bizim gibi 5 kişiden oluşan bir aile için çok mükemmeldi. Her odada klima vardı. Havlular ve yatak çarşafları, temizlik mükemmeldi. Mutfakta, kettle ilaveten kahve makinesi, kahve kapsüllerine varıncaya kadar her şey vardı. Mutfak tertibatı çok iyiydi. Pirize takılan sinek koğucu aparatlar her oda için ayrı ayrı vardı. Tesis tren istasyonuna yürüme mesafesinde 10-15 dakika olup, diğer gezilecek yerleri de toplu taşıma kullanmadan gezdik. Tesisten çocuklar dahil herkes çok memnun kaldık. Tesise gece saat 00. 05 gibi geç vakitte geldik. Gelmeden önce tesis görevlisi ne zaman geleceğimiz konusunda bizimle sürekli iletişim halinde oldu. Tesise 00.00'da geleceğimizi hem konaklama formunda, hem de WhatsApp yazışmaların da dile getirdik. Tesisin önüne geldiğimizde, görevli ile 10-15 dakika kadar bir iletişim sorunu yaşadık. Muhtemelen o vakitte uyumuş olmalı. Ancak 00. 15-00.20 civarı özür diliyerek bize kapıyı açtı, talimatları doğrultusunda şifreyi yazarak anahtarı kolayca aldık tesise girdik. Tesisle ilgili yaşadığımız tek sorun bizim tesise çok geç bir vakitte gelmemizden kaynaklanan 10-15 dakikalık bir iletişim problemiydi. Ancak daha önce dediğim gibi görevli özür diledi. Tesisin verdiği konforla bu küçük olumsuzluğu çoktan unuttuk. Milan, Venedik, Roma'da kaldığımız diğer tesisler içinde, en son kaldığımız bu tesis, en rahat ettiğimiz ve memnun kaldığımız tesis, bu tesis oldu.

• Ashutosh (6/5): Pleasant - Locations is very central and close to train station. No Laundry service, shower was not in good condition and worst part is less utilities in kitchen. When you go with family of 8 this is for me not a suitable option.
• Carla (10/5): Great place, great location, and a wonderful host! - We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment is super spacious — perfect for our big group of friends, and it felt so comfortable for everyone. When we arrived, we were welcomed with snacks, coffee, and tea, which was such a kind and thoughtful gesture from the owner. It instantly made us feel at home! The location is fantastic. We found a delicious Italian restaurant and an amazing burger place just a 5-minute walk away. The best part is that we could do everything on foot — sightseeing, exploring the area, and even getting to the train station was super easy without needing a taxi or public transport. The owner was wonderful — always attentive, kind, and incredibly quick to respond to my WhatsApp messages. It made everything so easy and stress-free. The apartment smelled fresh and was spotless when we arrived, which we really appreciated. Honestly, we had the best time and only have positive things to say about our stay. Would 100% recommend it to anyone visiting the area! I honestly have nothing negative to say about my stay — everything was perfect for me. From the location to the cleanliness and the host’s kindness, it couldn’t have been better!

• Raja (6/5): Nice but smelly initially! - Good location It’s a decent property but the place was stinking when we checked in due to really bad sewage smell. It was so bad we couldn’t sleep until very late and it disappeared after a day or so but it was really painful. I got some discount but the landlord agreed to review it further and revert but never got back to me.
• Judi (7/5): Florence Apartment - The space was great. Big rooms. Location to the station wasn’t too far. Hosts were great trying to help with issues we had. Apartment is very clean. The washing machine doesn’t work. No kettle. The shower spray is poor. No additional toilet. No bathrobe, free toiletries, sofa. Might need to update their booking.com profile. Kitchen very sparsely equipped.

We ended up getting ear plugs in order to sleep. It could use new frying pans to cook with. They are very scratched up.

One person in our group was sick and couldn't sleep due the street noise. Two out of 3 rooms are facing the street and you can't sleep. Kitchen has not enough utensils.

• Maciej (8/5): Very good - Good location and clean. Old building and old kitchen. The furniture quality below expectations.
• Ziming (2/5): Bad experience, did not get a good rest :( - The location is pretty good, not too far from the train station. The apartment is too noise for sleeping. During the night, it is like the cars were driving within the house. One of the bed was not cleaned before our arriving, stains on the bed sheet and the quilt did not has a cover… In the kitchen, things are disordered, we washed the plates many times before using it. We also booked apartments in Milan and Roma, but have never seen one like this. Generally, awful experience.

• Naomi (8/5): Good for the price. Spacious and good location - Good location around 10 minutes to the busy area. Very spacious rooms ideal for groups. Very warm in the 2 rooms as there is no aircon in 2 out of 3 rooms. The fans did help. Shower had broken
• Romanof (7/5): Good - Location was close to the train station and attractions. Very comfy beds and pillows. The owner was friendly and let us in earlier. There are 2 out of 3 bedrooms with no air conditioning which affected our rest over the night. The apt has air conditioning in 1 bedroom and in the hallway only. Overall it was a clean property, but the shower did not have water pressure and not enough soap/shampoo.
• Denise (7/5): good stay and the central location was very useful. - Location was very good and central and short walk to cafes, bars etc and some of the sights such as the Duomo. The owners gave us information on a local private parking garage around the corner from the apartment which was great as we had a hired car. In addition they allowed us to drop our bags to the apartment before the checkin time which was also very good. We were only booked for one night as we were flying back from Florence airport the next day. however that night there was a lot of noise on the street and in the apartment complex which disturbed our sleep. Two of the bedrooms didnt have any air conditioning so it would be good to provide fans instead. The apartment could maybe do with a lick of paint to freshen up.

• Tolman (5/5): Passable - Location, roomy Very noisy from street traffic, air conditioner was far away from the bedrooms so they were hot but couldn’t open windows because of the noise; the hot water in the bathroom sink wasn’t hot so had to use shower to wash, the doors were filthy, Host’s phone number wasn’t working and we couldn’t check in. There was confusion on the phones but it took us almost two hours to figure it out. He was using a different number than the one on our confirmation. Not how you want to spend your vacation time.

• Klmehe (7/5): It was fine for a place to use as a base but we would not stay again or recommend to a group. - It was nice to have access to a washer and dryer, there was a great little breakfast spot right downstairs and it was not terribly far to walk to main sites. The noise was NEXT LEVEL. Two bedrooms were flooded with insanely loud street noise all day/night and the master sits on a court yard with neighbors shouting and partying into the middle of the night. Unfortunately, the netflix did not work on most tvs, the air conditioning only cools the master bedroom and the shower leaks out all over the floor which leads to messes. If you plan to hang out at all at the unit, this isnt the best spot as the only shared living space is a dining table -- the only couch is in one of the bedrooms.

• Kamila (5/5): Passable - Two rooms are facing a very busy street, it was almost impossible to sleep. The apartment was somewhat worn. Photos do not correspond to reality. The accommodation was supposed to have private parking, but the owner directed us to the city centre to a paid car park a few kilometres away.

• Chiara (10/5): We had a great stay for a group of 6 girls conveniently located in Florence. - We rented this apartment for a girls trip in Florence and it was great! We were a group of 6 but there was a lot of space. The location was really central, close to the tram, but also close on foot to the city center. Everything was clean and it had self check in so we were able to arrive when we wanted to. There was a kitchen and dining room too if you plan on cooking some meals at home. It was a really nice value for money in central Florence. We loved it all, but there is one bathroom, so keep that in mind if you are a big group. For us it was fine!

• Ravindra (1/5): very bad host, noisy apartment, almost no utensils or plates to eat, not for family - location is very nice, how ever the flat is very noisy. it has old windows which are not sound proof, and you hear the traffic all night host !! a 16-17 year old boy made our arrival a nightmere. I agreed with him in advance that I will be arriving around 11 am and will need a place to put our bags and use the toilet. which he agreed before. how ever when we arrived he refused to give the keys to us. - First he claimed the flat cleaning is ongoing, -> it was a lie as cleaning lady finished in front of us and the flat was ready to handover at 11:30 - When I told him that cleaning lady has finished and flat is ready to handover, he said they need to do some maintenance around 14:00 Hrs, and he can not let us in. ( it was another lie, as we stand out side the flat and no one came to fix anything) I reminded him that we agreed to atleast put the bags and use the toilets, but he refused. We stranded for 4 hours on the street. He had the possibility to help us, but he did not want to help us. Later he realized that he made a mistake, and apologized, but it was of no use, as we lost valuable time, and had a very bitter taste of the whole experience. He did not consider that I have children and my old parents (80+ age) with me. This was very ruthless and un-human act.
