Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und gemütlich. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag mit neuen Handtüchern bestückt und die Betten wurden gemacht. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

- Inge (8/5): Eenvoudig maar heel goed op een toplocatie - Ons verblijf in Sinigita Classy was zeer aangenaam. Het hotel is eenvoudig, maar netjes en goed onderhouden – alles wat je nodig hebt voor een comfortabel verblijf is aanwezig. Wat echt opviel, was het ontzettend vriendelijke en gastvrije personeel. Ze deden hun uiterste best om ons welkom te laten voelen en stonden altijd klaar om te helpen, wat een groot verschil maakte tijdens ons verblijf. De ligging is ook een absolute troef: midden in de stad, maar toch heerlijk rustig dankzij het zijstraatje waarin het hotel zich bevindt. Ideaal om alles vlot te bereiken en toch te kunnen genieten van rust. Een aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar een fijne, betaalbare en goed gelegen accommodatie!

They are very helpful, looking after our baggage and always doing their best. The rooms are comfortable and airy.. the bedding is very comfortable. A big thank you to Harry and Hugo who were of good help to us and a special thank you to Richard who did everything to make our stay perfect.. Nothing

We arrived around 1 am and we were greeted by big smile and we got a detailed explanation about everything we should know. The next day we made a complaint about the room and they immediately arranged another room for us what we really appreciated. Sewage smell from the bathroom.

Centrally located near to Train Street. A big advantage is that it is in a quiet alley. This makes it a little difficult to find but it is QUIET. This is very welcome in such a noisy city. Small dining area with over flow seating on outside terrace area. This is ok as long as the weather is ok.

Ob super Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten oder auch der Nachtmarkt. Alles gut zu laufen. Ich mochte es sehr. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Ausblick über die Stadt von der Frühstücksterrasse ist schön. Es gab Probleme mit doppelter Abbuchung, die ich ärgerlich fand. Viele Städte in Asien haben Probleme mit Abwasser. Das riecht man, läßt sich aber nicht ändern. Das ist kein Problem des Hotels.

Staff is extremely kind and helpful, which was an added bonus because this was our first accommodation after we arrived in Hanoi. We made use of the airport transfer taxi via the hotel; very convenient! They also provide tours, we booked a cool day trip to 3 locations in Ninh Binh and everything was arranged perfectly. Rooms are nice and beds are comfortable. We really enjoyed having breakfast on the roof terrace.

- Sarah (9/5): Tolle Lage in Hanoi - Das Hotel liegt für Touristen sehr zentral, viele Highlights der Stadt wie zum Beispiel die Trainstreet von Hanoi liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch ist ein kostenloser Transfer vom oder zum Flughafen im Buchungspreis enthalten. Da gab es nichts.

- Mymy (7/5): Great location and value for those that are not very meticulous about rooms - The location is great - easy walk to the lake, train street and a lot of other places but far enough from the noise of the heart of the old quarter. The staff was accommodating too. Although the rooms were big enough, and the bed and pillows were comfortable, there was a smell of mold throughout the floor and our room. There were broken items in the bathroom (broken tiles, stains, missing mirror). Could use a renovation.

Unser Zimmer war gross, sehr sauber und komfortabel mit schönem Bad und himmlischen Betten- die beste Matratze in 5 Wochen Asienreise! Es scheinen nicht alle Zimmer auf dem gleichen Level renoviert zu sein... wir waren zuerst in einer oberen Etage, da waren Bad und Boden älter, aber durchaus auch okay! Uns wurde alles organisiert und es hat bestens geklappt, das Personal war sehr freundlich! Die Dachterrasse könnte auch tagsüber geöffnet sein, sie war nur für's Frühstück verfügbar!

- Monipulator (9/5): - Early Check in war super. Wir sind mit zwei kleinen Kindern angereist und konnten früher unser Zimmer beziehen. Der kleine Innenhof war super, dadurch konnte man auch mal draußen sitzen oder mit den Kindern spielen. Sehr guter Zimmerservice und Mitten drin. Die Straßengeräusche muss man in Kauf nehmen wenn man so zentral wohnen möchte.

- Mavis (6/5): Can’t Beat the Location in Hectic Hanoi - This property was located exactly where we wanted to be, in the middle of the hustle and bustle. They did offer a small buffet breakfast, which so I have to set us up for days of exploring. The entrance is located in the alleyway and is easy to miss the first time around. But the property made a good effort to describe how to get to the entrance. Probably an updated photo of that area would help even more. The staff made a great effort and were a very apologetic when things went wrong. Going so far as to be sure that our inconvenience was recompensed in someway. And I appreciated the efforts. While the building is older, more attention could’ve been paid to cleaning up the rooms, in particular of the shower stalls. Some bleach would not have gone amiss.

- F (7/5): Great location but a bit too cozy. - Great location! Right in the middle of the old quarter. The staff were really helpful and very nice. Buffet breakfast on the roof was really nice with good views of Hanoi and good food options. The photos don’t really match reality. We have a family suite and the rooms were small, this is normal for the old quarter but it meant that the shared shower was off the master bedroom and the shared toilet was off the second room.
- Macnab (1/5): Would not recommend this hotel. - The staff very friendly, accommodating and helpful The two rooms we checked into had black mould in the bathrooms. Our room drains stank the whole room out. Although the linen was clean, they were threadbare. The breakfast was awful, went upstairs for a drink to see the view after lunch and staff were sleeping in the kitchen area. Although we booked and paid for 4 days we checked into another hotel after 2.
