• Philipp (9/5): sehr schöne, grosse und helle Wohnung in guter Lage mit Parkplatz - Der kostenlose Prakplatz im Hinterhof und die Lage zur Innenstadt waren sehr gut. Die Zimmer waren alle sehr hell, der grosse Tisch im Wohnzimmer und der Balkon mit Morgensonne waren auch sehr schön. Die Übernahme und Abgabe der Wohnung war sehr einfach. Bei Fragen per Nachrichten über booking wurde immer sehr rasch geantwortet. Wenn ich überhaupt etwas sagen kann, dann das Licht der Lampen zum Teil sehr grell war, so dass ich eher gelbes und warems Licht bevorzugt hätte. Für eine so grosse Wohnung hätte ich mehr als nur 1 WC und 1 Lavabo erwartet. Der Wasserhanhn in der Küche tropfte zum Teil uns schein nicht sehr hochwertig zu sein, aber wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung.

• Eva (9/5): - Very cosy, light and spacious apartment. Kitchen was very well-equipped. Comfortable balcony. Rooms / house was very quiet - perfect for a good night’s sleep. You couldn’t reach the apartment with the baby buggy as there were some stairs in between the elevator and the door of the apartment.

Toller Service Alles sehr sauber, nur Der Geschirrspüler hat shyon etwas Abnutzung Erscheinungen innen. 1 Parkplatz für!3 Schlaf Zimmer also 6 Leute ist etwas wenig - schwer in der Umgebung einen zu finden außer Parkhaus
• Doris (10/5): Schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Apartment in Zentrumsnähe mit Parkplatz - Moderner und großzügiger Wohn/ Essbereich mit Küche, 2 kleiner Schlafzimmer, ein großes Schlafzimmer. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Duscheinrichtung in der Badewanne, WC extra. Aufzug vorhanden, bleibt im Halbstock stehen. Parkplatz im Innenhof vorhanden.

• Petra (10/5): Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. - 5 Minuten zur Straßenbahn, zum Billa, zum Spar, zur Apotheke. Ins Stadtzentrum max. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet.

• Anna (9/5): Für einen Städteurlaub in Graz, ist das ein ideales Quartier für mehrere Personen - Top Lage, Gute Ausstattung, Geschirrspüler Waschmaschine, Ein Besen wäre ideal um die Küche zwischendurch kehren zu können.

• Ana Belén (10/5): - La ubicación muy cerca del centro de la ciudad. La amplitud del apartamento y lo luminoso que es. Habitaciones amplias y sala de estar grande y acogedora. La terraza es también un punto a tener en cuenta. Por decir algo, que solo tiene un baño para el número de personas que caben en el apartamento.

• Simon (8/5): Zentrale Lage mit Parkplatz, gerne wieder. - Die Lage war sehr gut, die Wohnung sehr geräumig. Drei Schlafzimmer zu haben war super. Eines davon schaute auf die Straße und war etwas lauter, wir haben einfach nicht in diesem Zimmer geschlafen. In der Küche war alles notwendige vorhanden (Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, etc.) Einen Parkplatz zu haben war außerdem toll! Ein Zimmer war etwas lauter. Auf Booking hat der Gastgeber nicht auf unsere Nachricht reagiert, aber wir hatten auch keine dringende Frage, es war nur eine nebensächliche Nachfrage, daher haben wir's dabei belassen. Der Gastgeber hat uns eine Telefonnummer gegeben und wäre dort wohl erreichbar gewesen.

• Tanja (9/5): Hier fühlt man sich wohl.... - Schöne große Wohnung mit chicer und moderner Ausstattung. Genug Platz für die ganze Familie. Gute Lage - man ist schnell in der Altstadt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Jammern auf hohem Niveau 😉 - ein Brotkorb wäre schön gewesen.
