• Gü S. (5/5): - die Lage war super und die Ruhe, man hörte kein einziges Auto, nur leider in der früh die Nachbarn Es hat vom Abfluss furchtbar gestunken ( vermutlich Dusche), WC Spülung funktionierte nicht immer, Betten sehr unbequem, nur italienische Fernsehsender, Duschkopf kaputt
• Katie (8/5): Lovely apartment in a great location - The apartment was in an excellent location, very quiet and felt very safe. The apartment was very sparse on basic equipment eg no mugs when we arrived. However the host did bring some once we asked so that was really helpful. On departure, the link with the lockbox code had expired so we couldn’t leave the keys in the right place.

• Mark (6/5): Voldeet niet aan de verwachtingen - De locatie Donker (niettegenstaande de lichte en bijgewerkte foto’s), niet heel proper (douche), muffe geur, ontoereikende huisraad (1 tas om uit te drinken, moet je die dan delen?), de toegang dient met een app te gebeuren maar werkt maar half ( de deur naar de hal van het appartement opende niet met de app, gelukkig was het tijdens de werkuren en was de conciërge daar, buiten de werkuren sta je voor de deur en kan je niet binnen …)

• Housna (9/5): - Propreté, équipements dans le logement, situation géographique, superficie de l'appartement L'accès à l'appartement le soir un peu difficile pour la première fois. Il manque l'aspect humain, on fait le check in en ligne, on se débrouille tous seuls pour accéder au logement avec les multiples portes de l'immeuble, ça aurait été bien d'être reçu par quelqu'un et pouvoir échanger à minima à l'arrivée.

• Agnès (8/5): Un endroit agréable pour un séjour prolongé - Le calme, la superficie, le fait que le wc soit indépendant des chambres Difficulté d’accès à l’appartement le soir de l arrivée : il faut préciser que l’heure d’arrivée est impérative. En cas de retard de train ou d avion, le dispositif d’entrée ne fonctionne pas. Manque d’accessoires pour les repas , en particulier manque de tasses, de théière, de torchon, de cuillères … odeur désagréable dans la salle de bains.
• Anna (9/5): Would come back and recommend staying there. - The location is great, it’s quiet and peaceful. You can walk to different locations easily (not just Duomo but also Chinatown or Corso Buenos Aires) or take public transport easily too. Also, restaurants and a small supermarket are a very short walk away. There is a beautiful courtyard with a gorgeous smell of a blooming tree. We loved it! We enjoyed staying there and resting in between sightseeing. The facilities were great and easy to use (we used the oven and electric kettle but there’s more to offer). Nothing to do with the owners and likely cannot be remedied but there was a bit of a smell in the bathroom from sewage movement in the building, I think. Still totally worth staying in such a brilliant location and when you close the door the smell doesn’t affect the rest of the apartment at all.

• Irene (9/5): gerne wieder, sehr empfehlenswert! - Schönes Appartment, viel Platz, schöne Schränke mit zahlreichen Kleiderbügeln, gute Klimaanlage, sehr ruhige Lage; Küchenausstattung etwas mäßig, zB falsche Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine, wenig Geschirr, Geruchsproblem im Bad ( Abwasser?) am Abreisetag konnten wir leider telefonisch niemand von der Agentur erreichen (hatten etwas in der Wohnung vergessen, auch kein Concierge etc zu erreichen für die äußere Haustüre!)

• Bernadett (9/5): - We (myself and my 19 yr old daughter) travelled a lot this summer around Europe, and this was one of our favourite places to stay, shame we booked only 2 nights. The apartment is spacious, very clean, well equipped, and at a great location. We could check-in much earlier, what was a huge help as we had big suitcases to drop off. Getting in was straight forward, instructions were clear. Received the instructions by e-mail, no video was sent, but it was easy to follow. One suggestion is to give us a colour code, which key opens which door.,as there were 4 keys... was no big deal, we figured it out, but it would make it even more straightforward. Very safe in a very green courtyard. Have to walk through a lush garden to reach the apartment..lovely! We had a great stay! Highly recommend it.. Absolutely nothing to mention...
• Simone (8/5): Super Lage, nette Unterkunft, angenehme Umgebung! Gerne wieder! - Die Lage in diesem Viertel ist wirklich optimal! Es ist sehr ruhig und angnehm und man kann die Innenstadt zu Fuß erreichen, was wir immer gemacht haben. Es sind viele kleine Bars/Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe, was sehr angenehm für den Heimweg ist! Kann ich absolut empfehlen! Wir waren zu viert und hatten genug Platz. Bei der Ausstattung in der Küche habe ich eine Schere vermisst. Sonst ist aber alles Nötigste da.

Nice living room and kitchen area Coffee machine - we were supposed to have been left coffee pods but there were none . We were told we would Get them but I had to ask several times before we got them . We were left 1/2 roll of toilet paper for several days, Ended up having to buy toilet paper
• Vanessa (1/5): Stay away! - The location was nice. We had the absolutely worst stay here!! Stay away from this property. We were only here for 3 days, and arrived a little early at the appartment so i texted them a day before to make sure we could store our luggage somewhere. They agreed at dropping off our luggage 1 hour earlier than check-in, which was nice. But when we were on the way i texted them to make sure of the early drop-of, but no one answered. I aldo texted them again when we arrived close to the appartment - but no answer again. When we finally managed to check-in, we wanted to makw use of the washing machine that is equipped in the appartment. However, there was no detergent avaliable to wash your clothes with. And it gets even worse. On our second day, we had bought some pasta to cook for dinner, and after 2 minutes of turning on the stove, all the power went out. I tried texting the hosts both on whatsapp and on Booking, but i got no answer at first. We waited almost 40 minutes before we just got sent a long, very bad video on how to “reach the fuse” - it was located down in a basement with many doors and was very complicated to reach. We tried to open the door for approximately 15 minutes and could conclude that we die not have the right key. We then texted the hosts again, asking wether we had the right key, or what else we could try to do. However, their response was extremely rude and not very helpfull. They kept claiming that we had the key or maybe that “some other guests took it off and left it in the appartment” ??? Not to mention that they blamed the power outage on us, and told us that we were using too many electric appliances at once? Mind you we only tried to cook pasta using one stove. After 1 hour of bad communication they finally sent someonw from the staff to come look at the problem. He arrived approximately 1 hour later, and clearly did not know anything about the problem or the building. He told us that he does plumbing normally, and is not an electrician.
