• Aminsyahruddin (7/5): - Location and facilities around it Cleanliness. Dirt and dust at the ceiling fan. Bathrooms not really cleaned properly, got unpleasant smell. Found hairs at the bedsheet. And also the check in instructions given late. Not to mention the process for the deposit refund took more than 72hrs after checked out.

• Siti (10/5): Good stay. My kids had a terrific time at pool and playground, so did I - I really liked the house and the apartment facilities. The house was clean, and all the amenities inside were tidy and well-maintained. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable too, which is good cause maxis is not clear up there.

• Siti (1/5): Horrible - Pleasing to eye Dont be fooled by the TOTAL PRICE DISPLAYED. more than rm100 hidden fees upon bank confirmation! Had to sneak in without a pass like a thief. No one to aid with check in. Let me wait for almost 2 hours with kids on a hot sunny day. Asked me to sneak in with some random stranger with their access card cause i can only get my access card after the front door (the brown colored door in picture, which i had to sneak in). gave me the check in details after check in time. I could only enter the facility at 4 (which is an hour after check in time, despite ordering for early check in). Upon entering house, floor was all wet. My 1 yo fell down head first from the wet floor. We had to manually dry the unit with towels. Toilet is clogged and mouldy. Stained bed sheet at every room. Did not let me know the check out details before hand. Needed me to take pictures of the place prior to checking out but only gave me the instructions way after ive checked out. And had me returning the key (again had to sneak out the front door without an assess card after i have returned it) got questioned by the guard cause i left the facility without an assess card nor the visitor tag. Took rm200 as deposit. Took a few days to return it. Unit was dirty, mouldy. Clogged toilet. Stained bed sheets everywhere.

• Kanimoli (7/5): Suitable for families. - Slightly disappointed with the cleanest. Saw so many little cockroach, inside fridge, on top of sofa. Not worth of paying RM 95 for cleaning service. Hope improve in this matters for future guests. Otherwise all good, since I booked for last minute since my previous hotel was cancelled.

The check in process was not so smooth. They just conduct us thru ws group chat, the instructions was not clear & they are so hard to reach! They never pick up my calls whenever i encounter a problem to enter the house. The security of the house was so bad!!!! We need to access using qr code to enter the house & need to request a new qr whenever we leave the house. The staff given us only one access card for only one car but we came with 3 cars?! I need to wait for the staff to prepare a new qr code before entering the house???!😂 It was so inconvenient to do so. I had a really bad experience while staying here. pls think twice if you need to stay here with a family. Warning ALERT!!!!!

• Lydia (8/5): Comfortable, clean stay for a family - The apartment was clean and well positioned to drive to local tourist attractions. Beds were very comfortable and it had a good view. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms gives enough space for a family. AC's throughout made the stay comfortable. Check-in process was not very smooth and details to pay a RM300 deposit was only organized right before check-in. Let's hope the deposit is returned timeously...of which I assume I would have to pay the bank charges and currency fees :( The swimming pool, gym and sauna was closed for maintenance for more than a month during our stay, which was very disappointing. The kitchen needs cooking utensils, tea spoons, small plates and more bowls to make self catering possible. There is not enough seating space on the couch for a family of 4. Bathrooms need better ventilation to prevent mould buildup.

If considering, be prepared for QR code expiring, looking for the mailbox to retrieve keys and unclear instructions.

• Xun (1/5): Very disappointed - Nothing We went there around 11pm as we told them that's our ETA. They told us to get the key from the mailbox, but they didn't put the key in the mailbox . We wait until 1 o'clock still no response from their WhatsApp. Very disappointed with the stay. We have to return to our own house at the very late night. I heard that this is not the first time that the owner didn't give the key from the security guard.

Late check in.. Supposed to check in at 3pm but delay to 3.45. Then delay again till 4.30pm.. The unit toilet smell bad. The bath towels smell because they are not dried properly. Toilet host not easy to used.

The host is dishonest & immoral. They will hold your deposit, until you give them a 10-star review. While typing this review, I have still yet to receive my refund despite checking out as instructed, with clean house, no damage. This is because I disagree to write a dishonest review for them. The only reason I booked this property in the first place is due to the pictures on the posting, and the review does not seem so bad. Now I understand why. I bet that I am not the first one they have blackmailed to give a good review in exchange of holding our RM300 deposit. Refer to attached photo of my conversation with the host so that you can make an informed decision before booking this property. Once we arrive there, we realize that M Centura is a Residential Type with so many security points, without any front desk or runner/host to help provide the key before entering the property. The host asked us through Whatssap, to breach so many security points in the property just to get into the mailbox to get the key to our room. Nobody is there to support you for check-in & check-out. Checking-in/out of the property is an absolute disaster. Even the security guards are looking at us as if we are some criminals trying to breach the property. After checking out and providing picture and videos and proof that everything is in order, they asked us to screenshot to them a 10-star review on this property, then only they will refund our RM300 deposit. I refuse to do so, hence I am writing an honest review instead. 3-days after check-out, they suddenly accuse that there is a damage on a table (I do not know which table, since there is no proof of this accusation). Luckily I have taken pictures and videos of the property upon check-out, because I had a feeling that they will do this accusation despite being there to support us for check-out & inspection. Do not book from this host. I hope no other customers experience what we have experienced.
