- BLowers (8/5): - Loved having access to the garden
Although compact for 2 people it was perfect for 1 night.
Staff responded quickly to any questions
- Fergal (9/5): - Great location , very convenient if going to an Arsenal game. The room was comfortable and clean. Check in and out was simple and efficient. Highly recommended.

- Raziya (8/5): Good for short stays for one person though - Close to train station, good kitchen and was clean get clean towels hairdryer and good heat and pressure on shower Very small and compact, there was mould on the roof where the shower is, smelt of dust around the bed, the curtain didn’t work to go up . Shower is quite small for tall people
- Arturo (3/5): Alojamiento mediocre - Baño en malas condiciones y sucio. El lavabo estaba atascado. La habitación era claustrofóbica, difícilmente podían caber 2 personas allí.
- de Gouveia (9/5): - Somewhat near the station if you know your way round but all good
- Karen (2/5): poor room and replenishing - the location was great the room was very very small like a cupboard the kitchen was shared which was not a problem but there were no paper cups left for us in the morning and all the coffee and milk was used so we had to go without a drink
- Debrah (9/5): Superb -
- Sean (9/5): Superb -
- Dobrochna (7/5): 🦧 - it's alright for the price for a short trip for the first time in my life the water in the shower was TOO HOT 😅
- Ariel (7/5): Good - The location was great for me. It was a 10 minute walk to the metro station but I personally enjoyed a little walk. The facilities were available on my floor. There were also locks on the doors that secured safety. The only thing that wasn't up to my expectations was the washing machine. The washing machine wasn't working and I had emailed the host to let them know. The machine should be working now on the floor I had stayed at. Other than that everything else was great.
- Marcela (5/5): I would recommend this type of room only for one person for shorter period (2-3 nights) - room too small for two people, shared kitchen without stove (could not cook at all), paper cups and cutlery
- Sops (9/5): Loved staying here, would come back :) - My first time staying in a boutique hotel and I was quite impressed. The hotel is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, away from the busy and noisy zone 1 London area. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchens in every floor, fully equipped. Felt like staying in an air b&b! Although no reception is available, the staff is very quick to reply to emails/messages via the app. Check-in and check-out process very easy and smooth. Only codes are required which the hotel will provide you after booking confirmation. Overall I really enjoyed my stay, the hotel felt cozy and relaxed. Loads of privacy at any time of the day or night. Would 100% recommend. Note that the hotel is located 10/15 mins away walking distance from the nearest underground tube station. Although not a huge problem, it can get annoying walking back when exhausted or if you have heavy luggage.
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good - Great location only a 10 minute walk to the bus and Tube station.
Lovely cosy room which was lovely and clean with a great shower Nothing
- Eliise (7/5): Good, but needs some easy improvements - The location is great, close to a tube station and a nice and calm neighbourhood. Check-in was easy and contactless, which i like. Hooks! People really need hooks to hang their coats, or whatever or towels, there were no hooks in the bathroom either. But there is room and place to install hooks, so please do. It will be a small investment to install a few hooks in every room (yes few hooks in every room, not just one hook, hooks are the best for a traveller), but it will improve the quality of the stay so much, so please, install some hooks, and i will gladly book again. Also, please provide a toilet brush. There was no toilet brush.
- Petra (4/5): Disappointing - Very tiny room, our two bags didnt fit. No bed-lamp or cosy lamp. Not very good cleaned. Hard bed.
- Hayley (9/5): Family visit - Location, safe and quiet
- Tom (4/5): Disappointingly terrible. - The location is extremely handy with tubes from Tufnell Park, pubs and restaurants. I was extremely disappointed as this property did not meet expectations on the following:
•room was smaller than advertised and inadequate for two occupants
•room was filthy and riddled with black mould which was uninhabitable (pictures attached)
•general facilities did not work (light bulbs dont work)
•expensive
We left the property a night early, feeling unwell from the black mould.
- Juliano (10/5): My son and I stayed for one night, it was very easy to access the apartment, the place was safe, organized, the kitchen -
- Vasilis (9/5): Superb -
- Laurita (8/5): Very good -
- David (7/5): Good -
- Dalma (6/5): Fair accommodation in Islington - Great location, easy commute, fast communication, clean Damp “basement”, mould, you can hear EVERYTHING from the neighbours, it’s smaller than what it looks like in the photos.
Shower dripping
There is an unkept but gorgeous back garden, it’s a shame it isn’t maintained.
Some overall maintenance in Room 2 could be good but otherwise okay place to stay
- Arslan (9/5): Good place to stay at. Equipped with all necessities that I needed. Will definitely consider it again when visiting Lond - Clean room, clear communication, location , self check-in Everything was fine and overall good place to stay.
- Sam (8/5): Very good -
- Megan (8/5): Very good -
- Veronika (7/5): Decent, but not rejuvenating stay - Clean, well-maintained, everything is working (shower/outlets/etc) There is no staff on property except cleaners, everything that goes beyond the happy path scenario has to be resolved via email (you can’t even call, calls are for emergencies only).
- Mia (8/5): Great location, easy to find, great space - The bathroom was great and the communal kitchen we could use was lovely, clean, had tea and coffee we could use, it was great! The bed was quite firm and a little uncomfortable
- Paweł (8/5): Very good - Good location, very close to the tube, relatively quite, comfortable kitchen with all needed equipment, enough everything for a quick stay each family, comfartable bed, nothing to complain It's obvious that during a day can be sometimes more laud than during another period of a day or night, but it happens that some of the guests don't tolerated and accept the rules to stay quite during the night. It's a pite that the life TV is not available.
- Conor (5/5): Clean, but lacking in several areas/ not good value - Clean For the price room v small, no facilities like kettle, cups, etc. Room clean but walls and furniture very worn looking
- Catalin (7/5): Good: Room was clean, neighbourhood was nice, door to the garden. Bad: room a little crammed, drains smelled quite badly - Its located in a nice neighbourhood The drains in the bathroom smelled badly and caused the whole bathroom to smell. Room is a bit crammed for the price.
- Ankita (8/5): Very good -
- Hayley (9/5): Superb - Clean room in safe location. Close to tube and many buses The rooms are small for 2 but we know that and still stay there. Room was hot so fans would be good
- Kirk (3/5): Won’t be staying again - Not a lot The location claimed Islington but it’s a 30 min walk from Islington. The furniture was the cheapest quality. The rear garden was a mess. Fire alarm went off at 7:30 Sunday morning due to someone burning toast and there was no one there to turn it off - took about 25 mins of extremely loud siren in the room.
- Fraser (9/5): Superb - The location is perfect! Adorable neighbourhood and so convenient being that close to Tufnell Park station made it incredibly easy to get to everywhere we needed to go!
The room was exceptionally clean and had a cute little balcony out the back. The room was a tad small. However, why travel if you're going to spend all your time in the room anyway.
- Samuel (9/5): Superb - Good location, nice room, bed and shower! Easy to check in! Really nice hotel overall Trash was left in the restroom trashbin when we checked in
- Someguyfromelsewhere (7/5): Good - I personally like the amenities in the kitchen, netflix, amazing shower and garden view. Moreover, the bed was insanely comfy. I didn't like a strange temperature system in the room, because in the night it was cold as outside. Only with a little magic I amended this and afterwards it was hot.
- Tracy (9/5): excellent valiue for money - I would stay again when visiting London -
- Fuaad (8/5): Comfortable and pleasant, but better space for luggage required especially for couples. - The bathroom and TV. The cupboard doors are impractical and no space to put a luggage bag. Take out the cupboard rather put rails n racks for luggage.
- Don (8/5): Perfect for work travel - Short walk from the tube, easy walk to stores and university, and was in a very pleasant neighborhood. Aakanksha was absolutely lovely and accommodating. She did an excellent job of cleaning the room and was just overall very sweet! Loved having access to the kitchen and laundry machine. Nothing stood out
- Christopher (9/5): Superb -
- Osvaldo (8/5): Very good -
- Matthew (8/5): Very good - Very convenient The tv remote didn’t work
- Adski (9/5): Superb - Really nice functional rooms. Smaller than some others, but still really comfortable for a one or two night stay. Entry was really easy with all instructions given beforehand. Wifi and TV worked a treat and easy access to the kitchen for hot drinks and seemed equipped with the basics but I only used it for tea and coffee. Had outdoor access as was in basement but only popped my head out once. Even though space is small and rooms were right next to each other, only ever heard someone when they opened their door- other than that soundproofing worked well. Would probably struggle with two people in a room for more than 2 nights, depending on the room and size of sharers. But this is only slight thing and will be staying again
- Francisca (9/5): Splendid - Everything was great Nothing to point out
- Ienciu (10/5): It was short but very comfortable, clean and warm - It was soo clean and comfortable Nothing
- Jazzmin (7/5): Comfortable and convenient for the night - It was cosy and clean and the bed was comfortable and would stay there again It was very very warm in the room and could only turn the thermostat down so much even with a window open and there was now warm/ hot running water from out bathroom sink
- Vanessa (4/5): Disappointing - Convenient, close to the station as well as town. Good WiFi Not very clean, room was worn down, could hardly move around in the room. Rooms in the Basement are easily accessible if you have luggage. Walls very thin you can hear people talking, flushing the toilet etc. Room was pretty cold as night and it was difficult to turn the heating on.
Overall cleanliness of the room was poor.
- Mihai (10/5): Exceptional -
- Edoardo (7/5): Good -
- Micael (1/5): Headaches and a toilet without door - The only positive thing was the price, nothing with a private bathroom was that cheap. Okay to be fair the room was clean as well. We couldn't close the toilet door, so I had to take a shot in front of my wife and while the cleaning service knocked on our door to ask when we will leave, wtf!?! In addition, the whole room smelled like someone was killed before and all evidence has been removed with chlor. I mailed my host but at some point he stopped to reply. So gfys, I hope this review prevents people from making reservations!
- David (9/5): Superb -
- William (4/5): Disappointing. - Modern facilities with a washing machine. Rooms in the basement are mouldy and smelly, rooms are also very cramped.
- Kells76 (9/5): really nice!! - comfortable - good location no bin in the room
- Neil (10/5): Exceptional -
- Virginia (7/5): Handy for independent travellers. Very useful if you want shared kitchen options. Nice and clean and comfortable. - Clean. Comfortable. It was not easy to get in. I had not used that kind of key safe before and I arrived in the dark so found it tricky. Then the key safe to my room did not work and I had to call someone. A bedside light would be useful.
- Erin (9/5): Superb - Very convenient check in. Great facilities and comfortable bed. The only thing that could be fixed would be the bit of mould above the shower, but it wasn't too bothersome
- Gemma (8/5): Very good - Great place for the price. It was very clean which was my biggest concern. It was a very small room but that was all we needed. I would definitely stay again.
- Blake (9/5): Quiet and content. - The garden is very green and accessible from the room, lovely to come back to. The tube is literally round the corner next to a bunch of other shops and amenities. Nothing worth noting, to be honest.
- Thomas (7/5): Good -
- Kelly (8/5): Very good - Great little place. Comfortable bed. Excellent value for money.
- Alice (5/5): Passable - The room was small but good. TV was great. the communal space - people were in there in their underwear it made me feel unsafe as a woman on my own.
- Jessica (9/5): Superb - Good location and easy check-in. The room was clean but dont expect room service while you are there which makes sense for the price. There is a kitchen which has all basic utilities. Our room was in the basement with direct access to the garden so plenty of light, it was very quiet to sleep. There is an emergency green light on the roof which can be disturbing to sleep. The shower is high pressure water and there are no hangers for the towels.
- Rolant (9/5): Superb - The location and how clean it was The room was small
- Juan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Saheed (4/5): We needed a bigger room - Location Our small room size. We opted for a room that was double size for two people and the room was so small. We did t have room for a chair, suitcase, a place to sit without using the bed with leg room and room to walk around the desk and chair. The room was for 1 person. We left disappointed with a room that was supposed to be for 2 people
- Yuliia (10/5): Good accommodation for fare price - The room was clean and had everything we needed - towels, hair/body wash, conditioner. You can also use kitchen with microwave, washing machine, fridge, coffee machine - we just didn’t need to use it. The location is perfect - very close to Tufnell Park underground station. I had a very good support from the staff - they answered all my questions during and after the stay.
- Gemma (8/5): Would recommend! - The electronic entry code system is super easy and the location isn't too far from the Tufnell tube station. A nice, quiet neighbourhood as well!
We had a cosy basement room but we had everything we needed. The communal kitchen is also per floor so there's enough utensils to go around. The shower has pretty good pressure as well. Hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, towels...etc. that were provided were all at a good standard. Someone set off the fire alarm in the morning when they were straightening their hair... So it was good to know that the fire alarms worked so well but after we all realised there wasn't actually a fire we couldn't turn the alarm off!! There wasn't a member of staff to help... we messaged, called and left voicemails to no avail... We eventually had to call 999 for the fire brigade which seems like such a waste of their time!
- Lewis (8/5): Very good -
