• Frank (8/5): Gerne wieder! - Die Kommunikation war gut und zuvorkommend. Auf Wünsche und auch unsere Flugverspätung wurde komplikationslos eingegangen. Alles war kein Problem! Die Lage war perfekt - sowohl für die Anreise von und zum Flughafen (Picadilly Line), als auch in die Stadt (sowohl mit der Bahn, als auch zu Fuss). Innerhalb weniger Minuten konnte man zu Fuß die U-Bahn, Diverse Restaurantes oder auch einen Supermarkt erreichen. Es war notwenig eine Kaution mittels Kreditkarte zu hinerlegen (300 Pfund), die wir auch komplett zurück erstattet bekommen haben. Auf meine Bitte hin war es auch möglich, diese via Paypal zurück zu bekommen. Ich konnte mich nicht dazu durchringen im Nachhinein die kompletten Kreditkartenangaben (Nummer und Ablaufdatum) online weiterzuleiten. Auf meine zunächst aufkommende Angst vor Pishing wurde aber ebenso verständnisvoll wie lösungsorientiert eingegangen.

Üst katta banyolu bir oda var alt katta bir oda mutfak ve salon bulunuyor. Daire genişliği çok iyi. Ev çok soğuk ısıtma sistemi var denilmesine rağmen yok. Küçük ısıtıcılar koymuşlar ama evi ısıtmıyor. Eşyalar çok eski. Foroğraftakilerlenaynı fakat 20 yıllık kullanılmış hali gibi. Banyolar çok eski. Salon camı bozuk açılınca tekrar kapanmıyor. Daire yüksek katlı bir rezidansın üst katlarında.

• Mattia (10/5): London calling. - Struttura pulita, comoda con tutto il necessario per un weekend a Londra, host gentili e che ci hanno dato chiare indicazioni sul nostro alloggio. Per gli standard Londinesi, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, presenti supermercati in zona. Il lettino per il bambino era presente ma non erano presenti le lenzuola, problema di poco conto in quanto ha dormito coi genitori.

• Maria Chiara Baldi (6/5): Si può migliorare - Vicinanza ai servizi. Disponibilità del personale di accoglienza. Reception con personale sempre presente. Ascensore ai piani. Appartamento silenzioso. Letti comodi. Biancheria pulita. L'appartamento era situato su due piani, collegati da scale interne molto piccole e pericolose, non praticabili da anziani o da persone anche con piccoli problemi motori. Cucina molto sporca con lavastoviglie piena di piatti/bicchieri sporchi, lavatrice con all'interno strofinacci ammuffiti, stoviglie e tazze/bicchieri sporchi all'interno degli armadietti. Rubinetti dei bagni privi di miscelatori.

In un bagno non c’era acqua calda e il letto singolo che doveva esserci in una stanza era un materasso poggiato a terra… Abbiamo per errore dimenticato le chiavi in stanza e per farcene portare un altro mazzo abbiamo dovuto pagare 50£, per non parlare del fatto che i gestori chiedono una cauzione di 300£ che mi è stata restituita con un cambio valuta differente (a seguito anche di molte sollecitazioni). Alla fine invece di riavere indietro i miei 350€ ne ho ricevuti 20 in meno…

• Elena Almudena (9/5): Muy cómodos para familias. - Apartamentos muy acogedores y cómodos. Ubicación 10. Eché en falta mayor comprensión y asistencia por parte del anfitrión para limpieza de una mancha de la moqueta por vomito de un niño. No teníamos los productos ni utensilios específicos para limpiar la mancha y a pesar de quitarla como buenamente pudimos y dejarla casi imperceptible, nos cobraron la limpieza de la fianza.

• Andrew (7/5): - The location was great. Short walk to Gloucester Rd station and really nice neighbourhood Apartment split on two levels. Showers were poor and bathrooms in general were average. Also tradesmen in the middle of the night in the apartment opposite shouting loudly in the hallway in multiple nights.

He asked us to pay 300 pounds in cash upon arrival for deposit. Upon check out, he pointed at some light stains on the wall which I am sure already existed before we checked in and took 200 pounds from our deposit. • Elisa (10/5): Excellent location in very modern building near tube and loads of wonderfully London stuff - I love the property...very modern building, duplex apartment with downstairs and upstairs rooms, pleasant balcony for a casual decompress and meditation (if one finds trains calming, as I do), nice kitchen with lovely cutlery, dishes, wine glasses, etc. Excellent location, walkable to Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park for runs, pleasant strolls, and various doings, approx. 14 minute walk to museums (Science, Natural History, V&A), pubs and restaurants everywhere, supermarkets, not so far from Stamford Bridge [for Chelsea fans only! :)], tube stop 3 minutes away. All good all around. Perfect for my family, young adult kids in the downstairs room and parents upstairs in the en suite. Very communicative host. Highly recommend this apartment. The windows/sliding glass doors are trickier than the usual similar style of the slide-out and open types. But, hey, not a tragedy.

• Janez (8/5): Very good - The location of the apartment is really great. Everything is close by, from shops to the subway. It is spacious enough for 5 people, and the beds in the children's room were great. The larger room is a bit small for two, but it worked out. There are quite a few things that could be improved. If you want to cook for yourself, there are practically no pots and pans. The upper double bed is poor and the bathroom is barely adequate for the price. It is old and worn. If you are a light sleeper, the train is quite noisy.

• Sarah (8/5): Fab base in Central London - Amazing location. Super easy check-in and out. Really affordable for London and great to have our own base and small kitchen. Nice and comfortable and clean. Will definitely stay again when visiting London. Some instructions on using the storage heaters would have been helpful - it did get a bit cold at times. Also take earplugs as if you're a light sleeper the train outside could keep you awake at night.
• Shane (4/5): Definitely don’t recommend apartment 605. - Apartment 605 Was surprised to find accommodation was split levels, description nor photos did not mentioned this, I have a leg injury and a 3 year old and the stairs were a killer. ( did mention this to Matthew) Internet was not working and they had to contact the provider, issues with hot water, 2 bathrooms with baths with high step to get into, no hand rails in get in and out of bath which was really slippery, had to place towel on bath floor to prevent slipping, hot water would run cold on the 3 /5 person and we had very quick showers ( no time to wash hair) Bob did come out to re programme the hot water but it made no difference. Upstairs shower screen is fitted badly and sits inside the shower making the space even smaller to shower. Beds were so hard and uncomfortable and the extra mattress that replaced the Fulton was even worst. Lounge chair leg broken and just put on deck, place is really run down and could do with a major make over. To get your refund for your deposit - it’s not a block on your credit card they make a payment then you have to download the WhatsApp to send your details for Bob to refund, if the exchange rate changes you lose and this takes up to a week. This is the worst accommodation I have stayed in and would definitely not recommend apartment 605 to anyone The location was the best part of this booking.
• Μυρτώ (8/5): We highly recommend it - Our stay was very pleasant. The room met our expectations, and the location was excellent, with easy access to the metro. Communication with the host was smooth and professional. If I had to mention a minor downside, the WiFi occasionally had interruptions, but it did not significantly affect our experience.
• Roisin (7/5): Great location, nice apartment, we enjoyed our trip! - The location was brilliant, the apartment was clean and well equipped, the bedrooms are on two separate levels which didn’t bother us as our family are grown but if I had smaller children it would not suit. But not a problem for us, if your planning on using the futon you need to let them know because otherwise there will not be bed linen on arrival for the futon unless requested. You will need to pay a deposit of €300 euro on arrival and we didn’t receive it back until two weeks after our stay.
• Chrystie (4/5): Disappointing - The coffee was good. The PIC lacked in giving us any details about the apartment, unaware of it being a two story. Since it was non-refundable, we had to make special accommodations for one family member, unfortunately leaving them out of meals, t.v. time and games. The wifi was horrible, and patio furniture was broken. The beds are all uncomfortable. Owners do not either care or the company they hire to manage, do not. Either way, I will not recommend it.
• Alison (9/5): Great location, quiet (after the trains stopped at midnight). Comfortable, well equipped and clean - Well equipped, very comfortable. Location is great It was warm in the flat, we needed to turn all the radiators off (but it was a particularly warm weekend too)
• Bushra (9/5): Superb - The apartment is a lovely Duplex near Gloucestor Station in South Kensington area and had great connections to central London! My family and I had a lovely time here. the entire apartment was well heated but the living room's balcony door had a slight opening which was letting the cold air in, luckily the curtains were insulated and thick so we were able to stay warm in the living room. All the other rooms were very warm and comfortable.

• Gigiandre (9/5): Beautiful flat in a great location!!! - The flat was very cozy and comfortable, clean and very easy to reach. Great coffee machine for a good morning coffee. Very good position, just a few steps from the Tube Station, from which you can reach every part of London. The owner Matthew and his team mate Bob were very kind and they even let us keep the luggage in the flat after check-out time, as we had a late flight back home. I surely recommend to book this flat. I didn't understand the flat was on 2 floors but it wasn't a problem; maybe the description could be more accurate.

The beds were the most uncomfortable things we have ever slept on, we had to go buy a topper to make it bearable to sleep on, one bedroom smelt musty. The couch was uncomfortable and that was the only seat to sit on. Very steep staircase inside apartment to second bedroom, kitchen and lounge. Ran out of hot water at night, after two showers. It was expensive for what we got.

• Tanim (9/5): Superb property. Immense location - everything you need is right there. - Bob was the star of the show. Bob is the gentleman who meets you at the apartment. He called me and text me prior to arrival. He met me at the car park. He handed me the keys. He helped me with my luggage. The apartment was very nice. Clean and practical. You could live at this place for months without any issue. Waitrose and Sainsbury's near by. I went with the wife and 3 kids. I felt safe too as they have 24hr concierge/security. The TV couldn't pick up the wifi signal so we couldn't watch the programmes we wanted on Prime/Netflix etc. I believe someone else mentioned this in the reviews I read before so if you could please sort this out going forward that would be great. Also, parking is a nightmare. This is not a fault of the property as this is an issue with central London in general. There's no parking on site so I had to park on the street and it's expensive.
• Pimnara (8/5): Nice Spaciuos Flat with everything you need and locates in the centre - It locates near to underground station and in a good area. The place is spacious enough for the family of 3. The bed mattress was too old. It made queazy sound when got in and out of the bed. We could hear the noise of underground train passing by every time they went by which was disturbing at late night and early in the morning.
• Kacper (8/5): Amazing location and great value for the price - - Amazing location -Great value for the price - All you need is there: hair dryer, all kitchen accessories and appliances - everything - 2-3 mins walk from Gloucester Road underground station, 3 super-markets and great choice of restaurants - 15-25 mins walk from Natural History Museum, Science Museum, Royal Albert Hall, Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park, V&A Museum - Complex communication (contact person, person for keys, person for collection deposit - 3 people) - Hole in bedsheet (but not really big problem) - Keep in mind that there is test fire alarm in the building every Tuesday around 10/11am - not knowing about that, it was stressful
• Iskandar (9/5): Great stay! Great and responsive service by the caretaker - Property is spacious, clean and well located. Not dislike but more of suggestion. Perhaps cleaners could come over once in 2 days or otherwise provide a mini vacuum cleaner in the unit.
• Lise (7/5): Great location, good value, basic apartment - Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Some instructions on the appliances would be helpful. A combined washer/dryer is unknown in the US and how to run just the dryer or how to interrupt a dry cycle to check if the clothes are dry would be helpful.
• Isabela (10/5): Wonderful!!!! - The apartment is very nice, in a great area of London. Very spacious and provided with everything you might need. Very close to metro station Gloucester Road, direct line from and to the Airport Heathrow, supermarkets and restaurants nearby, safe area. We couldn't have asked for more!
• Joanna (8/5): Very good - The apartment suited all our needs and was great to have 2 bathrooms, as there were 3 of us staying. The location was perfect, 5min walk to tube and only 15min walk to the National History Museum. Was great that each room had a fan, as it was very warm when we stayed in the nights. We didn't open our bedroom window, as it looked like anyone could walk pass it from the apartment block. Was nice to have the option of a balcony, but not great to be right next to a supermarket car park.
• Christina (9/5): Delightful base for exploring the City. - Great location close to underground, shops and restaurants. Well equipped apartment with complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, cooking oil, salt, pepper etc. The apartment is in a secure block with serviced reception which made us feel extremely safe. Very quiet block, didn’t hear any other occupants. If you are a light sleeper take ear plugs as the circle line runs by the apartment block and the late and early trains can be clearly heard.

• Alex (6/5): Great location, Sainsbury’s is next to the apartment, close to underground station. - Location is very handy, fairly safe area. The weather was hot during our staying, the sunshine direct heat the upper level double room which is very hot in the room.
• Arman (6/5): Not worth the money paid. - Excellent location next to the tube station and nearby attractions. Quite outdated and malfunctioning appliances (washer, oven, dishwasher) deprive guests of what they count for when booking an apartment instead of a hotel. The property badly needs refurbishment. Cleaning was absent. ‘King’ beds are really small, two adults can’t fit comfortably.

• Melissa (9/5): Great stay. - Great Location - near to 2 supermarkets and near to the tube station. Was well equipped with washing detergent, soap and toiletries and washing equipment in the kitchen. Comfortable and spacious apartment. Tv had many channel options. Had a lift. Easy check-in/check-out process.
• Veena (10/5): Really enjoyed the stay - Good location. Very close to tube station. Comfortable beds. Bob was very helpful in organising everything There was no hand shower. It was difficult to get out of bath as no hand rail.

• Lorraine (9/5): Overall a happy experience for myself, daughter and son-in-law. Would recommend. - Comfort, convenience, warmth, all facilities provided, space to move. Owner cleaned and changed linen and towels twice through our two week stay. Maybe third bed on floor - difficult for an old lady to get up from.
• Yasmin (4/5): A decent, well located apartment, unfortunately let down by some issues which can be easily resolved - Spacious and met our needs as a three generational family. A travel cot was provided upon request. Plenty of wardrobe space. Communication was good. Handover should have been better, and on time. The lady didn't know about the WiFi password. After several texts and calls it was never resolved during our stay so we had no WiFi and had to purchase extra data for the mobile. It wasn't explained that we could park by the side of the building to unload cases and family before moving the car. We parked in Sainsbury's carpark but hadn't been informed that this would be only for an hour. Dishwasher tablets were not included so it couldn't be used. Basic saucepans not included, otherwise it was adequate. Maybe the door bell should be fixed. The upstairs double bed does squeak a lot. The upstairs toilet seat is not the right size for the toilet, also not sure if the bowl is discoloured or was not cleaned properly. Also upstairs shower screen not fitted properly because it swings into the bath. The sink hot water tap at times gave very little water. Overall it should have been fitted out to a higher standard to reflect the price charged.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The bed was a bit hard for our liking. Would be better to have a screen on the bath for the shower.

• Mohammed (8/5): Wonderful staying at this apartment - Everything was great, the guys who welcomed us and the good preparations and contact prior our arrival. The place is secured and big supermarket is nearby with close distance to hydeprk garden Just the sound of train but it was not that much.
• Fatima (10/5): Exceptional - London Choice Apartment representatives were very helpful and available whenever needed. They even provided a cleaning service. The only negative aspect was the mattress as it creaks a bit. It wouldn't have bothered us if we didn't have our 1 year old with us in room in her crib as it would wake her up sometimes, but it wasn't a major issue overall
