• Evgeniya (6/5): Location is good, but does not worth the money - Location is great, two minutes walk from Ponte Vecchio and comfortable to get to from the train station. Fast and stable Wi-Fi. The place needs some improvements. There are lots of spots and scratches all around the apartment. The kettle wasn’t working, the drain is clogged both in the kitchen and the bathroom. At least one of the beds was very unstable and shaky, I assume the floor is uneven hence the unstableness. There is a strong sewage smell, but I guess it is common for Florence. Overall, this place is highly overpriced.
• Katarzyna (10/5): Genialne położenie - Fantastyczna lokalizacja, blisko do centrum historycznego, plac Santo Spirito z cudowną atmosferą, knajpkami. Kawa po sąsiedzku pyszna i w super cenie. Widać i słychać kościół, dachy kamienic - niezapomniany widok. Na placu codziennie stragany z warzywami, owocami, ubraniami, książkami.... w niedzielę trafiłyśmy na kolorowy targ staroci, biżuterii, rękodzieła, ubrań. Zabytkowe mieszkanie z wejściem po schodach, w środku także schody do sypialni, dla nas pożyteczny ruch, ale może być wyzwaniem dla niektórych. Mieszkanie, choć urokliwe, jest nieco zaniedbane. Kuchnia i łazienka słabo wyposażone, nawet dla gości spędzających mało czasu w mieszkaniu. Jest klimatyzacja, ale okna - zabytkowe - raczej nieszczelne. Zgadzam się z komentarzami, że powinna być jasna informacja o braku windy i stromych schodach.

• Christy (9/5): Great stay in santo spirito! - Perfect location, well equipped simple apartment. Both bedrooms were nice and comfortable 😊 Shower has inconsistent water temperature, not a big deal in the summer. You also need wifi to access the ground floor entrance door- would be ideal to just have a key.
• Rocky (2/5): Great location. - Great location. Please bring back the old fashion key in a keysafe and not wireless remote entry. On the very top level (4th floor) with no lift and carrying 4 large suit cases plus an additional level to the mezzanine with extremely narrow stairs to the bedrooms far from ideal. Wish not to comment.
• Caroline (8/5): Overall, cute place not far from the train station or city center! - Great location and a cute place overall. It was on the 4th floor, which just would have been something to mention upfront in the listing. Not bad for a day trip, but it would be rough to get luggage up that far.

• Saskia (9/5): Lovely apartment at top location with very helpful host - Location was perfect, close to all major sites. Apartment along lively square with every day market and several restaurants and bars. Well - equipped, nicely decorated living room and aircos in every room. Extremely helpful host, hwho helped us finding he paking (garage) and carrying our luggage!! He was always available. Note that you have to take 4 flights of stairs to get to the apartment and that the parking is a 15 minute walk (with luggage) away. So with heavy luggage it was a bit of a challenge.
• Gwendolyn (8/5): Very good - I like that it had laundry facilities! The location was fabulous! I think the layout was cool. The lighting was not adequate at all! Neither in the living room/kitchen nor in the bedrooms. I really think this could be improved. The shower needs to be unclogged, and there seems to be a large gap between the landing on the first step in the middle of the stairway. I feel like somebody could break an ankle or something!

• Candice (7/5): Great location. Super helpful host. - Great location. Apartment is charming. Air conditioning works very well. We appreciated having a cool place to rest in the heat of the day. The apartment was clean with the exception of some mold growing in the shower grout lines. The host was super helpful and responsive. The mattresses are not great quality. A bit thin and lumpy. Replacing them would make this place just about perfect.
• Borja (10/5): Cute little apartment close to everything - Very comfortable, cute, walking distance to most monuments and interest points, washing machine, two cute floors, lot of pillows. Great price. The only thing is don’t have elevator but almost no building in the historical area has elevator.
• Aravind (7/5): Very good place walkable to every place in Florence. - Center location right in Santa Spirito with access to a lot of good restaurants and bars right below the apartment. Good property for a family or friends of 4 people. The toilet didn’t have a lock as the previous occupants had lost the key which we were never able to find. The bedsheets had ants and since the property has a lot of wooden fixtures there were some wood termites to be taken care off.

One bed is very squeaky even with one small person sleeping in it. Also a hole in the wall behind the toilet is not good maintenance.
