• Beata (10/5): Apartament typu Standard z 2 sypialniami. Chętnie tu wrócę. - Przestronny apartament, widok na góry, 2 osobne sypialnie i wspólny pokój z aneksem kuchennym, przestronny balkon, łazienka po remoncie, odnowiona ubikacja. Łóżka bardzo wygodne, nawet rozkładany tapczan w 2-gim pokoju. Możliwość regulacji temperatury w każdym pomieszczeniu. A przede wszystkim autentyczna możliwość korzystania z sauny i łaźni parowej na miejscu (często bywa tylko w ofercie, lecz skorzystać nie można). Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna nawet w niestandardowych sytuacjach. - Dojście do łazienki przez sypialnię z łóżkiem podwójnym. Trochę to krępujące. Na szczęście ubikacja z małą umywalką dostępna od strony przedpokoju. - W łazience brak muszli klozetowej, ale jest bidet (?!).

• Tomasz (9/5): - Apartament wygląda lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Jest wygodny, przestronny, klimatyczny. Piękny i duży taras. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra (blisko centrum handlowego, blisko przystanku autobusowego). Kominek zaopatrzony w drewno, choć nie skorzystaliśmy, bo temperatury na zewnątrz były zbyt wysokie. Sauna w piwnicy budynku. Bardzo dobry kontakt z recepcją. Przemiła obsługa. Nie podobało mi się, że naliczono nam dodatkowy podatek lokalny, który nie był wskazany w momencie rezerwacji. Nie chodzi o kwotę ok. 30 euro, która jest nieznacząca w porównaniu do całkowitej ceny, ale o sam fakt. Nie miało to jednak żadnego wpływu na pobyt i ocenę.
• Ana (10/5): Lijepo, uredno, prostrano, dobro opremljeno - Lijepo, uredno, prostrano, odlično opremljeno, oduševio me kišobran kad nas je iznenadila kiša i jabuke u predsoblju i puno drvca agruma u hodniku. Simpatična spremačica koji smo sreli. Svidjelo nam se jako.

Obawialiśmy się wyposażenia kuchni - jednak uważam, że było naprawdę dużo wszystkiego. Przemiłe Panie, które dbały o porządek. Dziękujemy, jak będziemy jeszcze kiedyś w Bad Kleinkirchheim - to będziemy chcieli do Was wrócić.

• Roland (8/5): - Jó helyen van, mindenhez közel (bolt, felvonók, fürdő), nagy apartman. Felszereltsége rendben volt, konyhai eszközök mind voltak, kivéve kenyérpirító. Welcome süti és kedves fogadtatás volt, tehát a házigazdák nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak. Minden nap volt cukorka és alma a földszinten a bejáratnál, igen hasznos volt a cipő tisztító gép, amelyet túra után kellett is használni. Karintia kártya benne volt az árban, ami szuper és elengedhetetlen a környék szolgáltatásaihoz. Kulcsátvételhez nem üzentek előre, hogy egy másik helyen kell átvenni, innen km-ekre. Ugyan le volt írva a szállás információi között, de jó lett volna, ha üzennek érkezés előtt is. A szoba tágas, de elavult a berendezése. A világítás nagyon gyenge, rossz helyen a kapcsolók, az izzó árasztják a forróságot. Ágyak iszonyú kényelmetlenek, a keret túl kilóg és beleveri az ember a lábát, matracok nyikorognak és kényelmetlen, derékfájást okozhat. Tető ablak nem marad nyitva, tehát használhatatlan. Konyhai gépek régiek, őskoriak, alig működnek, funkciók igen korlátozottak. Nappali fotel és kanapé 40 éves kopott, koszos, szövet, ami igénytelen. Asztal ormótlanul nagy, a lábai kilógnak, nem fér be alá az ember lába, belerúg mindenképpen. Székek régiek, nem praktikusak. A szállásra igencsak ráférne egy komoly felújítás. 6 főre 1 wc jut. Fürdőben a bidé helyett lehetne egy wc.

• Žana (9/5): Superb - Everything was as expected and more! We were very happy with the location of the apartment. What was great was the well-equipped kitchen—we really enjoyed it—along with the fireplace, comfortable beds, and much more. We will definitely come again! Nothing to point out except that we have check in on another location which didn't present any problem. We also have some misunderstsnding in the check in, but it was quickly resolved.

The apartment is old, Third floor with no elevator, unpleasant smells from old carpets or wood, not clear which. Worst of all, there was no air conditioning despite it being clearly stated that there was. The nights were very, very hot which caused me a lot of (every day) discomfort.

• Sasa (9/5): Decent cozy stay but arrogant staff - Very spacious, cozy, quite nice view. People on reception. They we’re being very arrogant and rude (except one lady). We had to wait super long for the check in (I am not sure what they we’re doing for that long). At some point receptionist came and said “who is Mr xy”. My brother answered that this is him and then she started to ask something about our reservation at which point I said “I did the reservation” at which point she very arrogantly sipped back “I can’t know who Mr xy is”. I double checked my reservation and I put Mrs on it. One thing is to lack the knowledge of English but another to even be rude when it’s your own mistake. Also one lady told us that we can use spa in hotel and one day we used it and the younger lady on reception was very kind and offered towels etc. Next day there was Slovenian lady who was very arrogant saying that we can’t get towels and then she said we are not allowed to use the spa anyway and that the other lady told us that the first day. She was very rude. The lady first day definitively said we can use spa in the hotel but then I don’t know if it’s again lack of English. They would also not allow adults to sleep on top bed of bunk beds which is bizarre as they are very solid beds - doesn’t make much sense. We wouldn’t return there as their behaviour put us off. Bathroom and kitchen a bit outdated.
