- Jürgen (1/5): Finger weg. - Die Schlüsselübergabe hat funktioniert Das Apartment war in einem absolut unzumutbaren Zustand. Müll, nicht gereinigt, Zigarettenkippen auf dem Boden. Wir haben eine andere Unterkunft genommen und laufen jetzt dem Geld hinterher.
- Sebastian (6/5): Wohnung mit Potenzial - Viel Platz, Bodenheizung, Waschmaschine mit Trockner, grundsätzlich sauber außer siehe unten, gute Lage, Parkmöglichkeiten, viele Bette(Einzelbetten) Rollos waren defekt, Dreckiges Geschirr, Kein sauberer Schwamm, dreckige Fächer mit Krümeln, Wäscheberg auf Waschmaschine, Komischer Geruch in der Wohnung. Tür in der Küche abgerissen
- ShaJee (1/5): Over rated - very poor cleanliness - The location of the apartment was good, spacious and full of light, good potential ruined by poor mantainance and lack of cleanliness. We were welcomed to a running load of towels, mats and bedsheets in the washing machine and another load of unwashed lawndry waiting to be done. Host asked us to take care of them by putting them away. No clean mats nor towels were available for us. Bathroom had just a half of toilet paper roll for a 3 days stay, we had to buy it for the rest of the stay. Handwash bottle was filled with the same blue dishwashing soap that we found in the kitchen. Not a single cleaning cloth was to be found to clean up the kitchen. All appliances and dishes were not clean at all, we even found hair hanging around the kitchen. Overall the cleanliness and the maintainance of the entire apartment is very poor. We could find cheaper alternatives for a lower rating but we went for this one as it had a higher rating but that was not worth it.
