• Ulrich (10/5): everything OK - Very central location, excellent public transport connections, very good facilities; parking spaces directly in front of the building; reasonable price-performance ratio; excellent communication with the landlord. I can't comment on that; there was nothing we didn't like.

• Vera (10/5): - Gemütliches, voll ausgestattetes kleines Häuschen im Hinterhof. Gute Lage, perfekt angebunden in multikulturellem Viertel. Wir waren eine Woche im Herbst dort und haben nichts vermisst. Für deutsche Verhältnisse ist das Bloor-Viertel auf den ersten Blick vielleicht abschreckend, es hat sich aber auch für unsere Kinder alles gut angefühlt und wir hatten keine Probleme. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer ist sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Alles wurde perfekt erklärt und auf Nachfragen sofort geantwortet. Wir würden wiederkommen!

• Daniel (9/5): 3 noches en Toronto - La casita está muy equipada y completamente decorada. Las camas de las habitaciones son bastante cómodas. El metro está muy cerca de la casa y en 25 minutos se llega al centro de Toronto. El anfitrión fue muy amable y el día de salida nos dejó incluso dejar las maletas en el apartamento hasta la hora del vuelo. Un detalle que nos ayudó mucho en el último día de nuestra estancia. Se puede llegar fácilmente al aeropuerto a través del metro y un autobús express desde la estación de Kipling. El sofá cama de la planta de arriba es un poco duro, pero usamos las camas nido del piso inferior. Hay un baño completo y un aseo arriba, no hay dos duchas (para que los futuros huéspedes lo tengan en cuenta)

• Francesco (7/5): 3 notti a Toronto - Possibilità di parcheggio (seppur piccolo, i grandi suv hanno difficoltà). Meno di 10 minuti dalla metro. Pieno di fast food in zona. Casa ampia e presenza di tanti asciugamani. Appartamento con due camere da letto al piano di sopra: una di cui senza finestra. Due bagni: entrambi minuscoli, quello al piano di sopra senza doccia. Tutte le finestre di tutta la casa non si riuscivano ad aprire (presenza di lucchetti). Sistema di aerazione in tutta la casa ma con difficoltà a raggiungere il piano superiore. La sera zona non bellissima. Pulizia nettamente da migliorare: bagni soprattutto. Abbiamo anche trovato una blatta che fuoriusciva dal frigo (può essere anche che sia entrata da fuori). In fase di prenotazione, ci era stata data la possibilità di lasciare le valigie fino alle 16 al check out (uno dei motivi per cui abbiamo scelto questa soluzione), possibilità che però poi è stata modificata e ridotta per ben due volte (prima alle 15 e poi alle 13.45). Abbiamo lasciato le valigie come da accordi per andare a riprenderle in orario concordato, ma al nostro rientro abbiamo avuto la sorpresa che il codice di accesso era stato modificato e per quasi due ore in attesa di risposta, dopo più di 7/8 chiamate, siamo rimasti in attesa rischiando di perdere il volo che avevamo. Pessima fine di vacanza.

• Maja (10/5): Beautiful house with many details - Beautiful house, with a lots of details. Someone really invested time making this house into a home. For longer stays - perfect. Spacious, clean, comfortable beds, with fresh flavoring scent, responsive and very friendly host. We didn’t have time to spend in the house and patio but it is equipped for enjoying even during rainy days. Parking easy to find with hosts guidelines. Kids toys nice extra touch- my son was thrilled because of cars. Near house there are restaurants. for us everything worked just fine. We came by car so we used it for getting around the city- otherwise we would need almost 2 hours to the cn tower. But it’s great when you know you have a parking lot when you come back

• Mica (8/5): A good homebase to explore the city. - Vibrant yet calm location, proximity to restaurants and subway. The patio was a nice option although we did not use it. A minor inconvenience, it got hot upstairs, then with the AC set high it would be uncomfortably cool downstairs. Still great value overall.
• Mary (10/5): We enjoyed our daily trips to the grocer/butcher. Overall, it was a nice place to stay. - House was clean and well taken care of. Key code was convenient and easy to use. The host was quick to respond and answered all questions quickly. We would stay there again Only complaint was parking a mini van was really difficult- but parking was free so that was great! Also location to the subway is convenient so we just left the car and used public transportation the whole time- which was much less stressful than driving. :-)
• Jessica (8/5): Very good - Great instructions for our arrival and booking interactions. Amazing location with efficient transit, very walkable to good coffee, food and drinks. The home is nice and clean, great value and check in was very easy! Second bedroom is small with no window but there is a sofa bed in the living room if that's a problem. Quirks of a laneway home!

• Valerie (8/5): comfortable, family friendly, quiet location - The home was very comfortable. 2 full beds and a trundle bed. The home is exceptionally kid friendly- lots of toys and books in the loft and by one of the entrances. There is a delightful private patio behind the home, with a walkway to the main street. The residential location is peaceful, but just a block away are some great cafes and little shops. The bathrooms are small, but well decorated and efficiently use the space! The TV is in the loft, which means that if someone (children) is sleeping in one of the bedrooms, you can't really watch the TV. There is no TV on the main level, which seems like a better place for one. The location is not great if you want to visit attractions in the Toronto area by car. With traffic it took us a long time to get anywhere- over an hour to get to the Toronto Harbor, and 25 mins to get to shops on St Claire near Earlscourt Park. I would heavily recommend walking to public transit.

• Julien (9/5): Small heaven in downtown 👌 - A wonderful place that makes you feel good and relax. Very nice decorated, it looks exactly like the pictures. We exchanged a few messages with the owner and everything worked perfectly smooth. Definitely recommend this place ;) There is a small room upstairs with no windows but it was totally fine for 1 night.

• Macska8 (10/5): Fantastic location, quiet street, easy access, great for a group of friends of family. - Great location, fantastic communication from host, easy self-access to the home. Quiet street, but walkable to lots of food options and subway station. Spacious apartment, and fully equipped kitchen. It was cold and snowy, but in better weather, it would have also been lovely to have time on the outdoor patio. We really enjoyed our stay, so it wasn't a problem, but the living room area has the couch / pull out bed as the onlly seating option, so we just sat around the dining room table. The tv was upstairs, so we couldn't watch it together.
• Yuna (10/5): All we needed and more - It was all we needed and more. The host was very communicative and accommodating, always welcoming and attentive. The apartment was convenient and seemed safe and cozy. The heating helped when we visited in the Canadian winter. We had plenty of kitchenware, toiletries, towels etc. We could make our own meals with ease and enjoy a day in, or rest after a long day of sightseeing. The location is right between two subway stations, and the main Bloor road is full of shops and eateries. There's an outside hang-out area at the 'front', and a parking space right near the back door if needed. Two toilets, one on each floor, which was useful. Just some small observations for whom it may be important: The apartment has two floors, and both beds are upstairs. There's a couch at the bottom floor in case a disabled person may want to stay, so be aware. The shower water pressure is very poor, and no removable showerhead (only 'rain' type from the ceiling, adjustable modes). This did not hinder our experience, just a heads-up to whom it may concern.
