Kathryn (7/5): Great location - Location was great Old apartment complex which is not particularly well kept, with lots of noise. One day there was a screaming match going on for hours where police needed to attend. Laundry is not included in apartment - it is a communal pay as you go one. The kitchen items felt unclean - I washed them all before use. There was mold in the shower. The couch is very dirty. I Requested late checkout prior to booking and was told this would not be an issue, then after booking I was told they could confirm this the day before checkout, and then could only make it an hour later. Bedroom is very light despite blinds and thin curtains.
