• Elva (6/5): This room need for improvement if still want to sale for holiday guest. - The accommodation has an excellent location. There’s a beautiful ocean view from the balcony, and the overall accommodation environment is quite clean. However, there are several issues with the bathroom: 1.The showerhead is fixed and cannot be moved, which is very inconvenient 2.The exhaust fan is broken and hasn’t been repaired 3.The toilet seat cover is yellowed but hasn’t been replaced 4.The drain covers in the bathroom are rusty and haven’t been replaced Additionally, the functions and numbers displayed on the oven have faded, making it impossible to understand how to use the buttons. There’s also no instruction manual nearby, which causes food to burn easily when using the oven. I think the agent and the property owner should seriously review and make improvements. We only stay there for 2nights and we also hope to have a great Gold Coast accommodation experience. Thank you.

• Andrea (8/5): Top location, great apartment with amazing views. - Top location in the heart of Cavil Street. Right outside many restaurants and cafes. Rooms were really comfortable, amazing view. A little noisy on a weekend but to be expected in the heart of town

I have to go 2 location to pick up my keys when I am driving. First is go another location to pick up key to the apartment. 2nd have to park and go up to the apartment to get access for car. Then return, have to report through whatapps and return keys to another location.
• Jonathan (10/5): The perfect place to stay! - There is always a little bit of apprehension when you stay somewhere that you have not tried before. This place was perfect!!! There is a fold out couch so could have easily slept 6. Perfect location and very clean and tidy. Nothing. I think it was really great!!

• Debra (7/5): Quick overnight visit with family of four. Nice and central. - Great views, well appointed and excellent location. Just missing a few little touches, like salt in the salt shaker. It’s also very noisy with the doors/windows open - this is from the street/surrounds - but with everything closed it’s very quiet.
• Jaiminkumar (7/5): Good but could be better - Location Basic thing like microwave not working. We have a 1.5 year old baby and we have to rely on kettle to heat up water and then baby bottle. Owner couldn’t do anything as she was 3.5 hours away and it was long weekend. No garbage bags in property so I have to go and buy my own garbage bags to put rubbish. Need more utensils like small saucepan to make tea or coffee if microwave is not working.

• Debbie (10/5): Great apartment - Very clean and well presented apartment. Great view of the ocean and Cavill Avenue. You can see the Slingshot ride from the bedroom windows, which is quite entertaining. The room is quiet and the kitchen has all your needs.

If I had to pick something I’d say slight noise at night. BUT - it’s expected if you choose the centre of Surfers Paradise and it didn’t bother us. Considering it was schoolies week the noise actually wasn’t that bad!

• Daniel (10/5): We will be back. - Perfect view, great facilities. Easy parking. Proximity to Cavill Ave. Few steps to follow to pick up and drop off the key but well worth it. You’re right on Cavill so expect a little noise of a night time. Didn’t bother us much.

Our family of 5 had plenty of room and enjoyed the clean lov - Views, location, pool facilities, great communication and check in instructions. Modern, clean, welcoming! Would be nice to have cooking basics like oil and salt and pepper and better pans for self catering. Lovely flat and it was great to be able to eat in sometimes. Pool towels would be great.

• Swapnilsinh (10/5): Exceptional - The view and sofa bed 😄. The location is right in the centre as the name says of Surfers paradise. Tiny kitchen table. Internet was bit slow and Netflix connection gave up on us.

Was an absolute pleasure to stay there! - The location was incredible and exactly what we were looking for when originally booking. You can faintly hear the lively bustle of the streets below, but it's fun and not noisy. It is very clean and contains everything you might need for a short stay. It was excellent for us parents and our two boys to have a bedroom AND a bathroom each! We always love watching movies together as a family most nights when we are away on holiday. I would have preferred more comfy seating in the lounge/TV area, but we got by. Not terrible by any means, but a nice big comfy couch would have topped the experience off beautifully.
