• Desh (9/5): a good and recommended place. - Location was great. We arrived late and there was someone to assist us with keys. Check in process was easy and instructions were timeous and clear. There are no lifts in property, and the unit we booked was up a few flights of stairs. The staircase is narrow and not too easy to carry luggage.

• Paula (9/5): Buena ubicación y relación precio-calidad. - La ubicación es muy buena, se llega en 5 minutos al metro o estaciones de bus. Buena limpieza, agradable, fácil de entrar. Las almohadas eran muy altas para mi gusto.

• Karen (8/5): Probably a good value for the price. - Modern and clean. It is not a 2 bedroom. It’s more of a studio with two beds. The kitchen was not well equipped.
• Penny (7/5): Location is great; facilities are certainly comfortable but need some improving - Location; good size comfortable beds; some kitchen facilities available Payment & communication with property manager HOM clunky - would be improved by being all done through Booking.com app; insufficient room to hang & dry towels for 3 people; one of kitchen chairs is falling apart and dangerous; stairs are narrow and care is needed when carrying large bags; seal for kitchen sink plug is missing and hence plug does not work

• Tracey (7/5): We loved the location and Lasterria is a cool part of Santiago….staff were friendly…good value! - The location was fantastic…..we were there for 4 nights and we had no body wash and could have done with our bins emptied but all in all it was a very comfortable little flat…. The stairway echoes badly and I had to tell some people to calm down as they were waking the whole place…..also the people above me stomped most of the time and that was frustrating….narrow stairs and no elevator is always a challenge as well.
• Viviani (10/5): Excelente. - Muito confortável e fidedigno as fotos, gostamos muito. Apenas um detalhe, que os apartamentos de cima estavam com mais barulho de madrugada no nosso, mas entendemos que são as pessoas.
• Daniel (8/5): - Localização e infraestrutura do apartamento Prédio com isolamento acústico bem ruim. Não encontrei dispositivos de segurança no apartamento/prédio, como detector de fumaça e rota alternativa de fuga em caso de incêndio.
• Flávio (9/5): Bom custo benefício - Da privacidade e pelo apartamento ser bem completo. Fácil de se locomover porque é perto da estação do metrô. Falta de isolamento acústico, incomodava os passos ouvidos do apartamento de cima. Parecia não ter laje. Faltou um espelho de corpo inteiro. Só havia no banheiro o normal. Janela da cozinha sem persiana ou cortina fazia entrar a luz externa que era a do corredor.

• Emily (8/5): Very good - The bed was soooo comfy!! It’s an apartment building so noisy. Ear plugs helped me sleep.

• Maëlys (6/5): Pleasant - The appartment is beautiful, no doubt. The staff was nice, always ready to help you. Good mattress and good location as well. The apartment was dirty. The floor was full of hair, it was the same in the bed. The shower floor was not mopped or very poorly cleaned.
• Jordan (9/5): Great spot for your time in Santiago! - This small but might apartment held everything we needed for a week in Santiago. The kitchen is compact but easy to use. The bathroom is nice with natural light. It was a perfect setup with a smaller room for me (parents and adult child stayed here). The Netflix is a great touch. They even stored our luggage for a few hours after checkout! Loved the security. AC works great! Just a couple of minutes walk to the bustling area of lastarrias for restaurants 3rd floor walk up. Would have been nice to have a bath mat for the shower and a hand towel in the bathroom (we used the kitchen towel).
