• Irene (10/5): Excellent Stay. - The location, communication with the host and their support. The accommodation was perfect for our family. A good price, modern spacious and comfortable. A family member felt that a couple of plumper firmer pillows would have helped them sleep. Pillows are very soft. This was a minor comment only as they loved the place.

• Christine (10/5): Would definitely return to this property next time we’re in Melbourne. - Very homely. Provisions were plentiful. Great location. Good responsive communication with owners. Bedding was good quality and comfortable and everything was clean. Front door mat was shabby and needs to be replaced. Not a good welcoming when you first arrive. Furniture was loose and dangerous. My daughter sat on a chair and it collapsed on her. The hot water system is dangerous, the water is scolding and very dangerous for kids in the bath. Needs to be tempered with a valve to control the heat.

• Claire (10/5): Best place to stay to hit Brunswick, Melbourne Uni and CBD locations. - Great place to stay. Excellent location. Had everything we needed. Plenty of space, warm, clean and comfortable :)
• Jodie (10/5): Fantastic house and location. Great communication from the hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. - The location was fantastic. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The hosts were friendly and communication before and during our stay was great. The 3rd floor shower needs to be fixed. The door will not close properly so the water floods the floor every time you shower. It's handle is also very broken. There was also only 1 tea towel provided which was inadequate for our week long stay with 8 people in the house.

The view from the top floor was absolutely amazing looking over the balloons rising over the city in the mornings was well worth getting up. We had a big car so getting in the back garage was impossible but this is a city space.

• Miss (10/5): Good location and space! - Good space, location , clean, enough rooms for 7 pax, well stocked kitchen The check in was a little hassle as I didn't check the details before arriving and noticed I was not given the check in details. Called the line and managed to get through really quick. Some ants infestations, might be from the plants.
• Earll (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect for 2 families with young children. The home is 3 stories, kitchen and living on the ground floor, 2 x bedrooms and family bathroom on the second floor and a huge third bedroom and ensuite on the top floor. The view from the top was spectacular! Everything we needed was provided including porta cot and high chair. Great secure off street parking for one vehicle. Quiet street within easy walking distance to Sydney Road and plenty of public transport options. Highly recommend.
