• Rory (6/5): I enjoyed myself. - Close to scene. Bar next door had no closing time and made a lot of noise playing live music VERY badly.
• Gokce (6/5): Leuke locatie, maar heel luid om te slapen - Het was een leuke locatie. Overlast van het geluid. In de straat zijn er luide live optredens tot in de nacht.
• LOUKIA (4/5): You cannot get any rest at this hotel. - The location is excellent as it is on a side street behind the main street Istiklal, close to shops, sights and public transportation The facility is clean Small breakfast area outdoors with a decent breakfast included in the price. The area has become EXTREMELY noisy with bars playing loud music until the early hours of the morning, be it a weekend or a week day. The hotel has NO double glazing or any other way to eliminate the extreme noise coming from live bands, live singers or karaoke happening underneath the windows of the rooms especially those with numbers ending in 02 and 03 no matter which floor one stays in When we complained about this to the owner, he replied that he 'needs money' to stop the noise. He offered to take us to another of 'his' hotels if we paid 16 euros per room, per night. We had 3 rooms for 5 days, that means extra 240 euros to the already 1000+ we had paid. We refused to give him even more money! Every morning he greeted us with a huge smirk on his face asking us 'did you sleep well'. Other guests were also complaining (when we met at breakfast).

La struttura è essenziale, bagno estremamente piccolo senza alcun appoggio per le cose personali. La zona circostante è molto movimentata, la musica dei locali si sentiva in stanze e rendeva difficile il sonno.

THE HOTEL HAS NO DIRECT APPROCH FOR TAXIS & THEY ARE PARKED ABOUT 150M AWAY FROM HOTEL ENTRENCE, CEBRAIL WAS VERY KIND TO COME & HELP US UNLOAD THE BAGS FROM THE TAXI AND CARRY IT TO OUR ROOMS , HE ALSO GAVE US EARLY CHECK IN AS WE HAD AN ALL NIGHT FLIGHT FROM LONDON & REACHED HOTEL AROUND 9AM. HE CARRIED OUR BAGS TO THE TAXI WHEN WE CHECKED OUT & WE DID HAVE SOME HEAVY BAGS AS WE WERE RETURNING FROM A MONTH LONG TRIP OF UK & STAYED IN ISTANBUL FOR 2 DAYS. HE BOOKED A WONDERFUL CRUISE FOR US WHICH WE REALLY ENJOYED & ALSO BOOKED THE RETURN TAXI TO AIPORT, IF THIS HOTEL DESERVES 5* THAN 2 OF THESE FIVE WILL GO TO CEBRAIL. У нас в номере был балкон и это тоже было приятным бонусом, чисто, отзывчивый персонал, наличие завтрака. Минусы не помешали нам хорошо провести время в Стамбуле! Для нас они были незначительны, но для кого-то могут оказаться решающими при выборе Завтрак каждый день одинаковый, номер на двоих крошечный (но если только ночевать - нормально), если вы спите чутко - вам будет громко (нам было нормально), так как на улице тусовка до утра)) в нашем номере для двоих не было большого зеркала, был лишь один ключик для полотенец, мало мест для хранения

• Marek (7/5): - Ak chcete byť v centre diania mesta, tak určite odporúčam tento hotel, kde ste doslova vo vedľajšej uličke od jednej z najrušnejších ulíc mesta. Taksim námestie a metro máte 10min pešo a prístav Kabatas je tiež ľahko dostupný. Zároveň tento hotel je pre tých čo milujú nočný život, keďže do štvrtej rána vám priamo pod oknom bude hrať živa hudba, takže nie je čo riešiť, ako by ste boli na koncerte priamo zo svojej izby. Raňajky boli také jednoduchšie, takže mate týždeň každý deň na tanieri to isté. Zároveň tento hotel je pre tých čo milujú nočný život, keďže do štvrtej rána vám priamo pod oknom bude hrať živa hudba, čo som nevedel a rozdiel hlučnosti pri zavretých oknách je minimálny, takže ak sa chcete v noci vyspať asi zvoľte inú variantu.

• Dayana (10/5): Thank you . - Everything Booking has become such a mess customers do not know what to believe on it anymore. I found a bunch of 9+ properties that were a 6 maximum! This hotel is rated 8 but I believe it deserves a solid 10. The staff was kind. The location perfect to walk to most tourist places. I even walked to Haga Sofia. I did took me about an hour though but the views are so nice I didn’t even noticed. The place has a lot of restaurants/bars around but I didn’t have a problem with the noise. The room look exactly as the photos on booking (to my surprise as a lot of times I have found places that look nothing like the photos). I stayed 3 nights and both of the following days the cleaning staff knocked my door to come in clean. I didn’t need it though. Anyway, I’m satisfied with the accommodation and location. Thank you everyone and continue to do the amazing job you’re already doing. God bless

• GregK82 (10/5): - Overall a good hotel with very friendly staff. I would recommend it to anyone willing to stay in the Taksim area. You have everything around you. Can get a little noisy outside during the night. So just have in mind that. No issues if you have noise cancelling earbuds.

• Kathryn (7/5): BRING EAR PLUGS - Though the room was small, the air-conditioning was a big plus because opening windows was NOT an option due to the noise level. The location is great, but Beyoğlu is loaded with hotels. Unless you’re ’My Cousin Vinny’ (who could famously sleep through prison rioting), I would think twice before booking this accommodation. The place is surrounded by restaurants in a back street with loud music playing all evening, and one place even has live bands that play until 3 am and beyond. Ear plugs were sufficient some nights. Some other nights I wore noise-cancelling headphones ON TOP of ear plugs.

• Alejandro (9/5): - Las habitaciones eran muy cómodas y confortables. Colchones muy cómodos y los baños y duchas muy limpios. El dueño es muy amable y servicial. El día que nos íbamos había convocada una manisfestación y todas las calles de acceso al hotel estaban cortadas, por lo que no llegaba el taxi. El dueño nos llevó por todas las calles hasta donde estaba el taxi esperándonos y habló con la policía para que nos dejara pasar. Es cierto que no es adecuado si vas buscando poco ruido, ya que justo debajo están todos los bares de marcha y están con conciertos y música muy muy alta hasta altas horas de la noche. Para el desayuno, vas a un local de al lado. Es un desayuno cpmpleto pero no es buffet libre. Poca variedad en ese sentido y el café es soluble.

• Crille Galvez (6/5): Fint ställe för den unge vuxen som sover tungt. - Byggnaden: super vackert rum med tegel i taket och väggarna. Frukosten var helt ok. Receptionisten var bra, särskild en farbror som jobbade där. Närheten till centrum var en fördel. AC:n i rummet var bra men den fick inte att finjustera. Även om du hade 24 grader så blåste det kallt. Inte familjevänligt: Otroligt högljutt på nätterna, då fler pubar och nattklubbar finns precis vid bottenplan. Så ljudet var: från dunkande musik till ca 3-4 på natten. Därefter alla sopbilar 4-6. Kl 6 började byggarbetarna och då var det dags att vakna.
• weasel (7/5): Eye-opening experience - The vibes around Taksim Square was incredible The hotel we stayed was surrounded by pubs and bars. It's noisy till the wee hours. The breakfast provided was standard daily. Would be nice to change every few days. The Tourism Police are useless as we didn't get help when required.
• Lara (9/5): Couldn’t need anything more! - The room was everything one needed! Modernly decorated, clean comfy and central to many great attraction. Getting around was very easy especially thanks to Cabriel. Cabriel welcomed us and was so helpful, efficient, friendly and hospitable. He gave us good guidance of where to go and how to get there. There are many great restaurants and shops on your door step. It really is a great place to stay! The surrounding restaurants are a quite noisey at night but we were so tired after our sight seeing it didn’t keep us up. I would recommend they perhaps get double glazing windows in future. Also just a suggestion to get a full length mirror for the bedroom.

Кровать большая и удобная, постельное белье меняли ежедневно, хорошего качества. Да, отель на самой оживленной улице Стамбула, рядом всё - метро, рестораны, магазины, достопримечательности. Но!!!! Если Вы хотите лечь спать и уснуть после насыщенного дня, у вас это не получится, внизу находится ресторан с живой музыкой, играют и поют так, что беруши вам не помогут и это до 2 часов ночи, в лучшем. Спать не возможно. Узкие улицы, очень узкие. Рядом то ли строительство, то ли капитальный ремонт дома, который тишины не прибавляет… если бы знала, то ни за что не разместилась в этом отеле. Что касается завтраков, то очень скудно: один кусочек помидора, четверть огурца, яйцо, 4-5 порций в пластике масло, варенье, мед…4-5 оливок, маслин…что-то ещё… европейский завтрак, как они любят… кусок булки намазать маслом и вареньем. Чай. А вот кофе!!!! Только растворимый! В Турции, которая славится кофе, в отеле - растворимый! Это недопустимо!

La chambre est prore, le ménage est fait très régulièrement. Possède l'air conditionnés. L'isolation phonique est catastrophique. L'hotel est situé proche de bars faisant énormément de bruit jusqu'à 3h du matin. Les fenêtres sont cassées et ne se ferme pas correctement. On se croit dans une salle de concert dans la chambre. Obligé de dormir avec des bouchons d'oreilles... pas top... Douches très petites, faible protection, on met de l'eau de partout dans la salle de bain.

• Francisco (3/5): Muy ruidoso, y con una limpieza deficiente - La habitación está bien: suficientemente amplia, una buena ducha, un buen aseo. Un correcto desayuno. Personal amable, sobre todo las chicas del desayuno. Aunque poco eficiente en otros casos: personal de recepción, ante determinadas circunstancias que se produjeron a lo largo de nuestra estancia. Para nosotros bien ubicada. Muy cerca de la C. Istiklal y a una parada de tranvia de la Plaza Taksim. Dos inconvenientes básicos: Ruido por las noches, hasta altas horas de la madrugada. Incluso el camión de la basura a las 6 de la mañana. Acumulación de gente en los bares adjuntos al hotel, música en directo hasta las 3 de la mañana. Que la sientes perfectamente en la habitación. Ante la sorpresa nuestra la primera noche, la respuesta de la recepción fue ofrecer tapones para los oidos. Que afortunadamente nos permitió dormir algo. Ruido TODAS las noches de la semana. Ropa de cama y toallas en ocasiones en un estado lamentable. Sábanas y toallas rotas. Dos días seguidos sin hacer la habitación, cuando lo reclamamos cada uno de esos días. Al segundo subió una persona de la recepción, trajo alguna toalla limpia, pero no hizo ni la cama. Entendemos que puede no haber un cambio de ropa diaria, pero que cuando esta está rota o en mal estado, debería cambiarse. Y entendemos que la habitación se ha de limpiar y hacer la cama todos los días. Pues aquí no, eso no pasa. Y creo que la habitación no se barrió en toda la semana que estuvimos en el hotel. Tuvimos alguna confusión con el nombre del hotel. Si buscas el nombre que sale aquí en Booking, Istanbul Taksim Istiklal Street KAMIL Hotel, no aparece en Google maps. Su nombre real "KAMIL BEY SUITES"

• Adnan (10/5): Es war alles sehr schön, Danke - Vorerst wollen wir uns bei dem Personal bedanken. Tomi hat uns sehr gut beraten und immer geholfen. Die Höflichkeit vom Personal sei es der Zimmerservice oder Küchenpersonal und die Rezeption. Alles super. Die Zimmer sind sauber und groß (Suite hatten wir) es ist sehr zentral. Und Preisleistung ist einfach top! Wir waren in der Suite, ein großer Spiegel wäre empfehlenswert :) ansonsten gibt es nichts zu berichten.

• Pehterev (8/5): Был очарован стал разочарован - Очень хорошее расположение в центре города на «барных» улицах Если хотите выспаться- то точно не в этот отель. Отель с очень плохой звукоизоляцией. Да и честно говоря был тут полгода назад и был сильно восхищен отелем. А в этот раз настолько же сильно разочарован. Завтраки стали совсем плохие- есть нечего, номер убрали один раз и даже воду и чай не поставили, шампуни нет, ну короче все те мелочи которые «сделали» отель шикарным в прошлый раз, куда то пропали… к сожалению…

• Ermin (3/5): - Man konnte zu fuss fast alles erreichen in der nähe. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer hatten einen eigenartigen geruch. Dir Toilette hatte keine richtige Tür, sondern nur ein stück Holz dass man hin und her schieben konnte. Nachts war es extrem laut draussen, so dass man nicht in ruhe schlafen konnte.

• FAIDRA (9/5): Εξαιρετικό προσωπικό - Ήταν πολύ καλή η εμπειρία μας στο ξενοδοχείο, Το προσωπικό (ειδικά της ρεσεψιον) ήταν πολύ φιλικό και όλοι εκεί πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και πολύ πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν σε ότι χρειάστηκε. Η τοποθεσία είναι πάρα πολύ καλή και κεντρική Αρκετα καθαρο και τα κρεβατια παρα πολυ ανετα . Ήταν το πρώτο μας ταξίδι στην Κωνσταντινούπολη αλλά όταν ξαναπάμε θα κλείσω το ίδιο ξενοδοχείο 100% Το πρωινό ήταν αρκετά λιτό, υπάρχει αρκετό περιθώριο βελτίωσης, αλλά αυτά είναι γούστα Υπάρχει κάποιος θόρυβος το βράδυ αλλά αν έχεις κλειστό παράθυρο είναι εντάξει, βρίσκω τα προηγούμενα σχόλια κάπως υπερβολικά

• alessia (6/5): - Hotel in ottima posizione. Molto vicina al centro e soprattutto vicino ai mezzi di trasporto. La struttura offre il servizio di check-in anticipato (incluso nel prezzo) e questo è un ottimo servizio soprattutto per chi arriva, come noi, alle 7,30 del mattino. Camera ampia, pulita e appena ristrutturata. Lo staff gentile e disponibile. All’interno del bagno c’era una puzza indescrivibile di fogna/ muffa e anche se facevi andare tutto il tempo la ventola, questa puzza non se ne andava (anzi peggiorava). La struttura è in mezzo ai locali e c’è molto rumore/chiasso. Durante la notte si fa fatica a dormire. La colazione non è il massimo.

• Awatif (7/5): Istanbul, gerne noch mal, aber nicht in das Hotel wieder - Die Lage ist super ,Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmen überein. Das Personal war sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wenn man in einer Disco schlafen will, ist das Hotel sehr optimal dafür. Es war leider die ganze Nacht laut durch die Musik von den Bars und Diskothek, die da drunter waren und in der direkten Umgebung vom Hotel. Wir konnten die ganze Nächte nicht schlafen.
• Javier (7/5): If it wasn’t for the noise it would be really nice - The location is great with 24h reception, renovated, and quite a nice Turkish breakfast (BUT NOT BUFFET) quantity wise it is enough but maybe a bit repetitive if you’re staying for a few days, it was really clean, the personnel was super nice they let us leave the suitcases during the day. The beds were really comfy with nice pillows. THE NOISE OUTSIDE WAS SO LOUD. There was a club downstairs and the music was banging until really late. It was even loud with earplugs. The windows didn’t close properly so it made it even worse. Our rooms were small, with little to no surfaces to leave anything in the bathroom or in the room (no wardrobe )

• Beatrice (6/5): Carino ma da migliorare molto - La camera era accogliente, come nelle foto. Il ragazzo in reception disponibile ad aiutarci fin da subito. La posizione: seppure nel quartiere centrale di Taksim, l'hotel si trova in una strada piena di locali che tengono la musica ad alto volume fino alle 3:30 di notte e purtroppo tutte le stanza hanno le finestre rivolte su questa strada. Il sabato sera c'era la musica nel bar sotto e neanche con i tappi (offerti dalla struttura) siamo riusciti ad addormentarci.. Il bagno: emanava un terribile odore di fogna perennemente.

• Piotr (6/5): W porządku, ale chyba nie wróciłbym drugi raz - Bardzo miła obsługa, czystość, super lokalizacja Nieszczelne okno i duży hałas każdego dnia oraz mimo upgrade’u do lepszego pokoju dostaliśmy podstawowy 15 m2.
• Renato (5/5): Impossible to Sleep Due to Noise - The location was great for a first visit to Istanbul, as it was quite close to all the important sights and attractions. The staff were friendly, and both the room and bathroom were clean We had a very hard time sleeping due to the loud noise coming from the nearby bars and clubs surrounding the hotel. In particular, there is a bar right next to the hotel that plays live music at high volume until late at night, which completely ruined our rest. Even with earplugs, it was difficult to sleep. Not ideal for light sleepers.
• Celi (8/5): Lindo y cómodo, aunque ruidoso - Todo muy limpio y bien equipado, la habitación chica pero cómoda y bastante nuevo todo. Al reservar sin conocer uno no sabe los bares y ruidos que puede haber en la zona. Realmente el hotel no puede hacer mucho al respecto (tal vez poner dobles vidrios, eso si para reducir un poco el impacto de los ruidos) pero el único punto negativo es que dormir es un desafío por los bares y música fuerte.

• Luciana (10/5): - Ottima colazione nel bar accanto alla struttura. Staff sempre gentile e pronto a trovare una soluzione per ogni tipo di richiesta. La struttura si trova in una zona molto centrale e piena di locali, sarebbe utile fornire dei tappi per dormire più serenamente.
• Noemi (6/5): - Disponibilità staff e arredo moderno Impossibile dormire la notte. La struttura è sopra un locale che ogni sera fa musica ad altissimo volume. Le finestre non sono insonorizzate per cui sembra di essere tutte le notti in discoteca fino alle 3-4.

• Meruyert (10/5): - Отель оставил приятные впечатления: чисто, персонал вежливый и все достопримечательности, рестораны в пешей доступности. Уборка проводилась каждый день, в номере было просторно, завтраки были вкусные, спасибо женщинам на кухне. Отель находится через одну улицу Истикляля, соответственно все кафе, бары, клубы находятся ближе, для нас шум не было проблемой, если что берите с собой беруши. Администраторы и хозяин отеля помогли со всеми вопросами, спасибо Сервету и Азиз бею! Рекомендую!
